Jeonghan
"fuck" Jeonghan exclaimed furiously, staring at the big fat D minus his Music professor gave him.
"Oh shit that's bad." a voice spoke, Jeonghan turned his head to see his bestfriend Jisoo who clearly saw his bad grade
"But I heard you did so well at that presentation, why did he give you a D minus?" Jisoo asked, Jeonghan just shrugged and placed the piece of paper back in his backpack.
Jeonghan then dragged Jisoo into an empty classroom which made Jisoo confused.
"The thing is... I saw my Music prof harassing a freshman, and he saw me and he threatened me. That if i say a word about what I saw, he'd fail me in his class" Jeonghan spoke in a low voice, almost like a whisper which earned him a very unsatisfied expression of Jisoo.
"Now that's just fucked up! We should report this incident right now! How dare he give you D minus when he's clearly the wrong one! " Jisoo shouted, and Jeonghan immediately shushed him by covering his mouth with Jeonghan's palm.
Knowing Jisoo, he couldn't stand people who always do bad things, well except for Jeonghan who sometimes cheat in class, but Jisoo just couldn't let this serious matter go.
" If I report him, he would really fail me! And I can't fail Music, this is my last year here, I can't fail now! I don't wanna repeat another year. " The brown haired male explained, Jisoo then removed Jeonghan's palm covering his mouth and wiped it using his handkerchief. Talk about being a clean freak huh.
" Listen, Hannie. Think of that freshman he harassed, that poor girl or boy must be suffering right now." the blonde boy stated.
" If we're not going to report this serious incident, he may cause trouble again or find another victim to harass. I know your grade is more important now Hannie, but think of those poor souls who have been wronged. " Jisoo stated, right hand placed on his hips and his left hand patting Jeonghan's delicate shoulder.
What should I do, i mean my conscience would really bother me If i stayed quiet. If i do the right thing, would it also benefit me? What will happen to my grades? Will i really repeat senior year? Negative thoughts keep rushing in Jeonghan's mind and that earned him a stinging head ache. He couldn't think straight and had to decide now.
I hate this his final thought before giving Jisoo his decision
"Okay, let's go" Jeonghan sighed. A smile formed in Jisoo's lips and he immediately dragged Jeonghan to the Dean's office.
"But you know, you shouldn't have majored Business Management." Jeonghan suggested, earning him a confused look from Jisoo's face "I mean you sounded like a Priest scolding me back there. You should have become a Seminarian."
"That's what i wanted to do at first, and then i realised that I was gay and I need dick in my life so i just switched to Business Management." Jisoo said which made Jeonghan laugh
"Why are we friends again?" the brown haired male jokingly asked
"Because we love to diss each other and also, we're both gays" the blonde male explained and both of them laughed. Jeonghan couldn't imagine not being friends with Jisoo, when he basically thought of him as his other half.
Both of them laughed like a crazy person until they reached the office. Jisoo knocked on the door and signaled Jeonghan to get inside. The brown haired male took a deep breath before turning in the door knob that would allow him to get inside the office.
The head of the school was still talking to someone, it was a guy with dark raven hair and he had pale skin. He had muscular arms and his skinny jeans was hugging his sinfully thick thighs. Sadly, Jeonghan couldn't see his face, just his absolutely sexy back.
"uh excuse me, I had to report something." Jeonghan stated which made the Dean look at him. She smiled and the guy she was talking to stood up and bowed. He immediately went outside and unfortunately, Jeonghan couldn't take a look on his face.
" I'm Yoon Jeonghan, from the Music Department. I would like to report uhh, something." Jeonghan spoke softly, the Dean gestured for him to sit down and he gladly sat his butt off.
"What seems to be the problem?" she asked. Jeonghan was hesitating to say anything but Jisoo's words struck him and his conscience would really bother him all night long if he's not going to say anything.
" So uhh, this Professor, uhh he uhh, he harassed a girl, a freshman and I have proof. He also threatened me that if I report what I saw, he would fail me in Music." Jeonghan started, good thing the Dean was listening intently.
"Now, my recent presentation in his class which I worked so hard and I received good feedbacks from my classmates, he gave me a D minus, just the day after I saw his malicious act. " she nodded softly and took out her phone, she pressed something from the screen and showed Jeonghan a picture of a familiar person.
" Are you talking about him? " she pointed out, Jeonghan nodded slowly.
" The student who came here before you also reported the same incident. That guy who was sitting here just a few minutes ago, also saw something inappropriate." she stated
"We're going to take legal actions and punish this person, thank you for reporting this incident. I will assure you that we will protect your identity from this person and thank you for testifying, You did the right thing." she smiled, Jeonghan stood up and bowed to her making his way to the door where his bestfriend Jisoo was waiting.
When Jeonghan got out, he immediately gestured Jisoo that they should go home now.
" Hey did you see that guy who came from the office? " Jeonghan asked Jisoo while drinking the strawberry milk he bought a few minutes ago.
"Oh that guy? Yeah, we take the same class. Why?" he answered, munching the cream bun.
"He also reported that same Professor, guess i'm not the only living witness." Jeonghan stated, biting the straw of his strawberry milk.
"you sound like you're a witness from a serial murder crime" Jeonghan playfully slapped Jisoo's shoulder.
What would happen if I refused to report, would I regret it? What if that guy also didn't report, will there be more victims? Jeonghan thought to himself, did he really do the right thing?
"Hey! Stop thinking about it, it's good now okay? So don't let your mind sink into it" Jisoo assured him with a smile "oh btw, I met this guy, his name is Seokmin and a Sophomore and apparently you guys have the same major!" Jisoo exclaimed excitedly and Jeonghan can't help but to smile,
good thing Jisoo isn't miserable unlike me. He thought
" Yeah, we were partners on that presentation in Music. Only I got to present it because unfortunately, he ditched class to hang out with you." Jeonghan complained.
" Ohhhhh, so that's why he was pouting like a duck yesterday" Jisoo thought
"Are you gonna leave me and go hang out with him?" Jeonghan pouted and Jisoo couldn't help but to pinch his cheeks.
"Hannie, you're my best friend and I love you but please let me have a boyfriend!" the blonde male whined earning a good laugh from Jeonghan
"Hey, I'm just kidding. Now go to him and be a hoe." Jisoo's face lit up and immediately ran away. When Jeonghan was just about to walk in a different direction, Jisoo turned back to him and waved his arms
"Hannie! I love you!" he shouted that made Jeonghan smile, Jisoo is so full of love
"I love you too!" Jeonghan also waved at his bestfriend.
Jeonghan sighed and went to a different direction, it's been a bad day. His prof gave him a bad grade, and now he thinks he's gonna repeat a goddamn year, and what's worse is that Jeonghan couldn't even see a glimpse of his dream man.
A bad day indeed.
Jeonghan took a towel to dry up his hair. He just got out from the shower when his phone ringed nonstop. Judging from the spam calls, he bet it was Jisoo, and he bet he's gonna come home late tonight.
Jeonghan answered the phone and guess what, it really was Jisoo, and he bet that this hoe really had a great time with that sophomore.
"Hello?"
"Hannie... He's cute as fuck but i don't know, i think he's straight." his voice sounded so low, low enough to make Jeonghan think that he's whispering.
"Where are you right now?"
"We're at the cafe where we usually study, and i don't know, he is too innocent for my type," he sighed
"Well, that's just the beginning. So why don't you hang out with him a bit more? We never know, he might be the one who will mend your broken heart." Jeonghan jokingly said
"Haha, funny Jeonghan, nice one. Fyi, if there's a heart that needs some healing, it would be your heart." Jisoo stated
"You know Hannie, I never saw you smile again since that happened." Jisoo's voice sounded worried and that made Jeonghan's cold heart warm up a bit.
"I'm fine Jisoo, Don't worry. Worry about your date, make him your man." Jeonghan assured him, I can't let Jisoo be burdened of my own problems, not now, not ever, He thought.
"Should I?" he asked
"Well, i think it would be better if you guys start it off as friends. You know friends turn into lovers." Jeonghan said which earned him a good laugh escaping Jisoo's mouth.
"You sound like my mom" he scoffed
"Because I got this attitude from her and it's the only way I can do to keep you from falling apart." the brown haired male sighed
" You know what, you should also say that to yourself, you keep saving everyone made Jeonghan smile.
"Hey, I'm fine, I'm okay. Don't worry about me. Let's stop the chitchat, your date is probably waiting for like an hour now."
"Okay, I'll be back before 11. Bye hannie, love you" he stated and Jeonghan finally ended the call.
How could I assure Jisoo that I'm fine even though I'm barely holding it inside?
The mere thought of that made Jeonghan's headache worse.
