Recap of last chapter:
"Jimmy..." I say and he smiled lightly, He walked over as he stopped infront of me. I blushed as he looked into my eyes. I was about to say something before he pulled me into a hug. I was shocked as I didn't move at first.
"You know what this means right?" I heard him say into my ear as I blushed more then before. If that's even possible. My gaze moved towards him as I looked at his head. "W-What do you m-mean?" I ask him.
"A war is starting Y/n, We need to stick together....Okay?" I for some reason felt happy he said we had to stick together so I nodded as I hugged him back.
"Of course...T-Together.." I smiled as he hugged me....This was the start of my second chapter....The start of our story.
But it still lingers in my mind...."Watch out for the Men in Black."
"Who was that Police Officer?"

Its been a few days since the Haunted case happened, Everything was normal until then. Though the words of that man still lingered in my mind.
"Watch out for the Men in Black."
"Who was that? Why did they say that?" I questioned as I sat looking at my breakfast. I haven't touched it since I sat down. I was to busy in my thoughts forgetting where I was and what I was doing.
My hands were holding my chopsticks as I sat there, "Why....Why would I have to watch for them?" I question again as I didn't hear my name be called 2 times already.
"Y/n!" I snap out as I look up at the person who called me, I noticed it was Ran-chan. I make a 'huh' before looking around.
"Oh! Right, I have school." I quickly begin to eat my breakfast, everyone was looking at me weirdly as I finish and rush getting up and heading to the door. I hear footsteps behind me as I put my shoes on and I grab my backpack.
"Ran-neechan! I'll be back after school. Hurry Conan-Kun!" I say going out the door as I walk down the stairs of the building. As I walked down the street I could hear hurried footsteps behind me, I turn around as Jimmy rushed towards me.
"Geez, You could have waited for me." He said as he huffed from running down the stairs. I bow and I apologize before turning to continue walking. My thoughts still messed up as Jimmy walked next to me. "I just don't understand, Who was that..." I question myself as we continue walking before making it to school.
As we arrived kids were walking with their kids talking and laughing, for some unknown reason...I didn't feel like doing any of those. I just couldn't help but be alert about everything around me. When I see something from my corner of the eye I can't help but get alert and look in the direction.
For some reason it felt like I was being watched, My eyes darted looking around at my surroundings. "Hey Y/n?" I snap out of my concentration to look at Jimmy who was beside me. We walked down the hallway as he asked.
"Are you okay? Your acting strange." He claimed while looking forward. I looked at him confused until I sight looking ahead of me.
"Its n-nothing really, I-I'm just tried." I lied as his eyes looked over at me, I smiled at him as he looked away when we heard. "Conan-Kun! F/n-Chan!" My gaze looks up when I see Ayumi-chan running in our direction.
I decide to smile as I wave at her, "Hey guys hurry up! Class is starting early." Mitsuhiko-kun exclaimed as I gasped rushing towards the door. I got inside with Jimmy at the same time, as we got inside I noticed some guy in a black suit and some glasses.
My eyes widen as I looked at his direction frozen, "Who is that? Why are they here?" I question and then my thoughts snap. "Watch out for the men in black." I seemed to have been staring long enough for the teacher to walk inside the classroom.
"F/n? Are you okay?" The teacher asked as I snapped looking in their direction. I fake a smile as I say it was nothing. I stop smiling once I get to my seat as I glance in the direction of the man. Everyone seemed to be amazed at him except for me and 2 more people.
I turn to look at Jimmy who was also looking at him with a questioning look and then at Haibara who was staring at me but it seemed like she had a shadow over her eyes. I look back to the man and stare at him. He seemed to have turned in my direction from the small movement as I quickly look away pretending to be looking at my book.
I sweat nervously as I could still feel his stares, "Okay, Class. You may have noticed the man in the suit. No one needs to worry, they are just Ms. Yumi's bodyguard. There have been some problems that need someone watching over her." I glance at Yumi who was smiling proudly at the front of the class.
"Problems?" I question before the teacher gave us our assignments as we started working on it. I couldn't help but steal glances of the man. He was indeed a bodyguard from the build of his structure but what bothered me the most was that he was sometimes looking in my general direction.

As I walked out the school building with my friends, I could feel someone looking at me. The whole day the bodyguard was looking in my direction. They did nothing more but look or glance over in my direction. I couldn't help but stare back when I could. It was something I wasn't going to let past me.
I may be small and shy but trust me, If something I don't like happens I will get back at you. I am Y/n L/n after all. As I continued walking I felt a sudden vibration in my pocket.
I reach into my pocket to pull out my phone, I could see that it was from an Unknown caller. Just as we stepped outside I answer the call, "Hello?" I answer which seems to get caught by my group of friends. They turn around and look at me with a questioning look.
"Are you Y/n L/n?" The person asks as my eyes slightly widen.
"Yes, that's me. Who is this?" I ask and then what I heard shocked my ears and soul. My eyes seem to get some tears as I listen to their words.
"This is the house constructor of Tokyo. I would like to inform you that your house, Number 20356 is being taken down." My eyes widen as I stood shocked, Conan seemed to notice as he asked what's wrong.
"I-I'm sorry...D-Did you just say....M-My house is being taken d-down?" I say outloud for my friends to hear. I could feel the tears in my eyes to sting. The man on the other side of the phone call replied.
"Yes, from the message we got from Mr.L/N. He informed us that you wanted the house taken down." Just by hearing my father's name mention, my phone dropped from my hands. I look out in between my friends as It felt like time was suddenly slowed down.
I breathed in and out as I raced past my friends running at full speed. I could hear the screams of my friends as I kept running, my vision was only focused on the path to my house. I bumped into people here and there as I turned corners and street lights.
As I kept running I could feel my legs tiring me out as I pushed myself further to keep running. I decided to use the shoes Professor Agasa gave me as I jumped into the air clicking my shoes. I land on the ground as I skate with full speed down the street. In the distance I could see some machines.
"Please! No!" I yelled out as I soon arrived, I jumped again in the air clicking my shoes. As I landed I looked at the land infront of me. Tears ran down my cheeks as I look up at my destroyed home. I could hear the screams of my friends, It surprised me they could run the whole way.
But that was not what my eyes were focused on, my eyes fixed on the land infront of me. My once stable house was no more. It was broken and on the floor. As I looked to the side I could see all my things in boxes. I slowly walk over to my things as I hesitantly put my hands on the top of a box.
"Y/n?" I hear Jimmy's voice, I turn to look at him in tears as my friends were looking around shocked. My eye's widen as I remembered the tree house, I look over towards the direction of my backyard. There was the sight I never wanted to see, my tree house was fallen on the ground. Everything and anything inside was crumbled on the floor.
I slowly and weakly make my way over before making it infront of my tree house. I stumble as I catch myself. I look at the spot my tree house was. I couldn't shout, I couldn't move...I couldn't do anything.
All my hard work was gone, I moved to lived here all alone. My parents left me for American alone in this house. I payed the bills, I cleaned, I cooked....everything I did to maintain my house...my home. Everything was for nothing.
My eyes looked over towards the shinny object on the floor. I gasp noticing it was my dairy, though I was ready to leave behind this house and everything with it. I can't help but fall to my feet, I grab the diary in my hands. I remove the dust and then that's when I felt the tears.
I clutch the dairy as close to my chest as possible as I crouch and scream out with tears. I couldn't hold it in any longer. I yell out shaking my head with tears, I wish everything could hear my sadness and disappear.
That day was painful, I had lost almost everything but....It wasn't as bad as losing someone who was important to me.
It was then that I learned, I needed to fight back...I needed to get stronger. It was the only way I could survive. But I was never alone, I will never be.
Thanks to him, I survived and lived....If it wasn't for him...I don't know how long I would have lasted.
"N-No more, I w-won't lose to them. I will fight...n-no matter what."
