Harper's POV
"Your just a nasty piece of trash that can't do anything!" I screamed at the small boy standing in front of me
He yawned and replied "And yeah I am trash because I have to always stay next to you like trash stays in dustbin."
"Are you talking back to me?" I screamed enraged
"Yeah because that's how a conversations works your dumbshit!" He snapped
"But I am your freaking boss!"
"Um I didn't know that my body could use any other way when it comes to having a conversation with your boss. If you know please enlighten me how to have a conversation without talking, Do go ahead I am waiting"
"Shut up and now tell me where you kept the filed" I asked sternly
"I don't know!" He replied blankly
"What? Why do you always sound so stupid?" I said smirking
"I meant I hesitate to articulate in fear that I may deviate upon the highest degree of accuracy" He said making me go all confused
"Wait what the hell are you saying?"
"In Simple words, 'I don't know'." He said smirking "And this is why I don't use intelligent words because when talking to stupid people stupid words really come in handy!"
"Fine I've had enough Mr. Di Angelo, you should've been fired a long time ago" I said gritting my teeth in anger
He clicked his tongue mockingly and leaned closer, hands steady ion the table "Oh Really? Then why didn't you do so?"
"Because the owner of this damn mortuary is on a trip and I can't fire you without his permission." I said frustrated "Tell me did you seduce him using your ugly ass?"
"Only you can think so low, I am disgusted" He said bitterly "And for your information I am married and have two beautiful daughters. So instead of being jealous on my handsomeness try to exercise you fat ass!"
"How dare you call me fat!" I yelled
"Because you are fat?" He said innocently
I was going to argue more but Nico's phone rang and I saw him smile widely while looking at the caller id.
Hmm Who was this?
"Hello Sunshine" Nico said smiling
"Hello to you too. How is my favorite death boy doing?" The voice from the other side called out loudly
"Shut up Solace!" Nico muttered, cheeks turning pink
I snorted at the scene but I had to admit that guy was good looking.
"Oh death boy I really want to see your face right now, I am sure it must be resembling a tomato" The other voice said softly
"Oh stop it and don't call me death boy" Nico murmured in a low voice as if he didn't want the other voice to hear what he said.
"You know you love it Neeks"
"Alright why did you call?" Nico asked seriously
"Uhm Did someone forget about our date tonight?"
"Date? Oh Schist! We planned to McDonalds tonight right? Sorry Will this stupid mortal called Harper has been messing my company with her idiotic ways. I had so much paper work to do that I forgot about our date."
Did he just call me a stupid mortal? How dare he insult the queen of intelligence? And also his company? From when did this become his company?
I am telling you Nico Di Angelo is a greedy delusional stupid guy.
"Oh about her! I thought you would've sent her to the fields of punishment by now!" The other voice said laughing "And its alright I knew how much you've been working for sorting those spirits out so let our little date be a small break for you"
What spirits?
And also he has not been doing any work! I am the one who does all the work not him!
"I am planning to do so if she irritates me further and Thank you Will"
Oh so this is his so called most handsome husband Will Solace
"Don't thank me, gift me with kisses instead" the other voice said
Ewww.

"Hmm lets see did you leave Bianca and Maria at Hazel's house?" Nico asked worried
"Yes all done so if you are feeling generous to give more than kisses I'll just say that I have no problem at all"
"Of course you horny piece of sunshine" Nico said blushing and smiling widely
"Hey not my fault that your so cute!!!"
Cute? From which angle?
He's just a piece of trash from every diagonal for me.
How can a hot man like Will find Nico freaking Di Angelo cute?
"Will!!!" Nico said groaning but his red neck and cheeks said something else
"I know you like it my sweet Ghost King!" Will said
Ghost King? How can this peasant be anything close to a king?
"Oh Gods I am hanging up" Nico said embarrassed
"Fine I'll get you tonight then" Will said almost sounding smug "Love you Neeks"

"Love you too Solace" Nico said and cut the call. He then stared at his phone with a lovely expression and giggled like a twelve year old kid.
I snorted and asked "What are you twelve?"
Nico stiffened and the smile dropped.
He looked at me coldly and then whispered"On a scale of one to ten, yes I am Twelve while you're still stuck on negative"
I looked at him widemouthed.
Did he just insult my beautiful face?
"You know what you suck!" I said angrily
"Yeah and greatly, I've been told" He said winking and I looked at him confused until I understood what he meant.
"Ew God I feel like puking" I said disgusted
"Shouldn't have deep-throated then" Nico said coldly
"What?" I said yelling
"Oh shut that dam mouth of yours please" Nico said rubbing his forehead "Fine I have decided"
"What are you gonna quit?" I asked excited
"Nope just the opposite I am going to fire you!" He said blankly
I laughed "Fire me? Excuse me you're not my boss! So stop joking"
"Oh Harper" He mocked "Didn't anyone tell you?, I am Nico-Di Angelo the mysterious owner of this company and I came here to work as a disguise to see if all the workers are doing well"
I gaped at his words.
So the whole time I've been treating my boss like crap.
Jesus, what have I done?
"I guess you don't need anymore explanation so please take your things and get out. Also your salary for this month will not be given as you and I both know who has been doing your job, So have fun begging on the streets"
He said smirking and walked away leaving me on the floor with not a single penny with me.
Did he just ruin my life?
