Rachel's POV
I walked through the hallways trying to find my best friend.
(Don't worry she is our average stupid mortal only, if not then where is the fun?😈😏! I am evil I know that too)
After about an hour of searching I found her inside an empty classroom reading a boring thick novel as usual.
"Annie do you know how long I was searching for you" I said whining
She looked up sighing "Now what? and don't call me that"
Ok maybe that was a bit rude but I don't care as I was using her for fame only. As you can see Annie here was a bit pretty not as much as me though.
Since I was pretty intelligent I knew from the first glance that making her my friend would be extremely useful as she attracted all the boy's attention and when she rejected them I would go and pretend comfort so as to get into their pants.
Ahh Life was so comfortable after Annie came though she was really scary sometimes I still stuck right next to her like a gum.
"I heard a new boy is coming and that he is really hot" I said excited while she juts rolled her eyes and went back to reading her boring book
"Annie! Are you even listening to me?" I shrieked making her huff and walk out of the door leaving me gaping.
I mean who even does that?
Ok maybe I was just using her but she could be a little respectful to me right?
As I walked through the hallways trying to search for my 'best friend' I suddenly crashed into someone making me fall down on my bum.
"Oww" I screamed and swiftly took out my pocket mirror to see whether my makeup was okay.
When I noticed that everything was fine, I sighed in relief and looked up ready to kick the guy's ass for making me fall though it was my mistake but goddesses like me don't beg for forgiveness.
Oh I am not actually a goddess but my beauty is greater than the goddess of beauty herself so I consider myself as the most beautiful person in the world.
Also you might ask my then boys are attracted to Annie right? I'll tell you its not because she is beautiful, its just because they are too scared to ask the queen of beauty aka me.
I mean whoever sees me would fall down to their knees trembling, because of my physical appearance. So you get what I am trying to say right?
Ahh now that you've agreed that I am the most good looking person in the world, lets continue the story.
So when I looked up I locked my beautiful very real green eyes with a pair of electric blue ones that were looking at me with concern. I looked down at the muscled body of the boy and barely suppressed a squeal that went through me.
"Are you alright?" The boy asked with a manly voice
"Yes" I said looking down appearing to be coy
"Here take my hand let me help you" the guy said kindly
He pulled me onto my feet and asked "I am new in this school can you help me find someone?"
"Of course" I said dreamily, still drooling over his body
"Huh lady are you alright?" He asked shaking me out of my unholy thoughts
"Yes, Tell me who do you want to find" I asked with pretend seriousness but I was actually admiring his face.
"Uh her name is Annabeth Chase" He said and immediately my mood darkened
"Oh she is my best friend, who are you to her though?" I asked with fake cheerfulness
"Oh she is my girlfrien-" He began to say before I cut him off
"Oh my god! You're so unlucky!" I said acting shocked
"Why?" he asked confused
"Because though I won't admit it to her, Annabeth is actually the slut of the school" I said sadly "She sleeps around with every boy in the school"
"A slut?" He asked his eyes widened
"Yeah, she had gone to bed with almost every boy here" I said shaking my head
Guess my acting skills have improved because the boy suddenly looked down, oh he is sad so my plan is working.
But suddenly a very familiar voice destroyed everything "Jason?"
The boy whose name is 'Jason' I guess, turned and waved at Annabeth who ran towards him.
They shared a hug and she looked at him seriously and asked "Did Percy do something again? Oh wait is he injured? Holy Hera he had hurt himself by doing something reckless right?"
"Calm down Annabeth!" Jason said grinning
"Ok I am calm now tell me what happened" She said her voice calm but she was clearly tensed
"Uh Its funny how you always assume that I come to see you only if Percy has done something and we need your help" Jason said chuckling
"Jason!" She said glaring
"Ok ok I am coming to the point. It has actually something to do with Piper's mom" he said slowly and she gasped
"Please don't tell me she has replaced by jeans again with all those silky dresses" Her face horrified
"Um No this time she did something to Percy actually" Jason said biting his lip to stop a smile
"Look I know its has something to do with that seaweed brain" Annabeth said smiling "Now what did Aphrodite do?"
"You know that Percy will be 18 in a week right? So Aphrodite decided that it was time to gift him with the a-adult s-stuff" Jason said his facing going red
Annabeth's face was no different than a tomato. She gulped and asked "What did she give him?"
"Um A box full of some toys and protection with different flavours" Jason said flushing red from head to toe
"What was his reaction?" Annabeth asked blushing
"Lets say that he almost fainted" Jason said laughing
"He is still hyperventilating right?" Annabeth asked slyly
"Yeah" Jason said nodding and the both blondes shared a heartful laughter
"Who is Aphrodite?" I asked suddenly and they both turned to look at me strangely
"None of your business" Annabeth snapped her mood dropping
"But Jason did you forget what I told you?" I asked surprised because the boy had acted like nothing about Annie is wrong
"No I didn't" He said angrily and I smirked knowing that Annie is going to be in trouble
But what I didn't expect was the sharp smack I received on my right cheek. I looked at Jason surprised
"What the heck?" I screamed
"That was for calling Annabeth a slut" Jason said scoffing
"Oh don't believe your girlfriend so badly!" I said sneering
"Woah wait! Annabeth is not my girlfriend" He said chuckling "She is my girlfriend's best friend or my best friend's girlfriend or my good friend?"
"Yeah that is so many titles Jason!" Annabeth said smiling
"So she is not your girlfriend?" I asked excitedly forgetting that I just got slapped
"Nope"
"Good! My parents aren't at home tonight wanna come along?" I asked leaning seductively against him.
"Not in a lifetime" He said pushing me away looking disgusted
"Are you deaf or what? I said I have a girlfriend!!!!" Jason said frowning
"Break up with her! Anyway why would you want her when you have the goddess of beauty herself asking you out?" I said scoffing
"SORRY WHO IS THE GODESS OF BEAUTY YOU SAY?" Annabeth asked loudly, smirking
I shrugged and replied loudly back "ME!!!!! I AM THE GODDESS OF BEAUTY!"
Suddenly there was shimmering sound and a woman came towards me out of nowhere. She was so beautiful that I was really jealous of her.
She looked at me from up to down and said in a sweet sickly voice "Goddess of Beauty huh? Let me see if you can even have a beautiful face or a good love life after this"
Suddenly I felt my face becoming light, so light that it didn't feel like I had make up on. I shrugged and walked through the hallways winking at all the cute boys but they just looked at me disgusted.
I frowned, something was wrong.
I swiftly took out my pocket mirror to glance at my beautiful face and shrieked loudly. Because the face I saw was hideous. I held the mirror again with trembling hands to see a horrible face staring back at me.
In the mirror I had thin black hair and boring brown eyes. My face was covered with some kind of allergy and my eyebrows were so thick that half of my forehead was covered. I had short piggy nose and big fat ugly lips.
I sobbed looking at my face.
How can this happen to me?
I was supposed to be the goddess of beauty.
Then I remembered the gorgeous lady's words
And true to her words, I never had a good love life.
I got divorced five times and was hated by all my ex husbands.
I don't know what I did to deserve all this.
(Hmm do you guys know what poor Rachel did to deserve this?)
