Which way of writing is better for you guys

Emma started to walk to some dogs that were playing around. She saw a cute guy, playing with the dogs and started to blush
She waved at the guy and he waved back, she then went over to him and greeted herself. "Hey I'm Emma, you are?" She asked kindly. "I'm Chan!" He said with a smile.....and so on

Emma's POV
I was walking over to some dogs that were playing around, I though they were cute. On my way over to then my eyes met with a cute boy, long black hair, Bright blue eyes. He was wearing a green sweater with black skinny jeans. I waved to him and he wave back. I blushed and greeted myself.
"Hey I'm Emma, you are?" I asked
"I'm chad!" He then respond

Emma: "Nice to meet you!"
Chad: "Nice to meet you too!"
Anyways that's it and more parts should be out as soon as possible!!
