I saw the bright sun and blooming rose,
Saw the birds humming my favorite song,
But it was all just a dream.

As the weight lifted off my shoulders,
I started to fly like a bird high in the sky,
But it was all just a dream.

I started to feel the happiness around me,
Finally felt alive again,
But it was all just a dream.
