I decided to ditch last period since i didn't want to go. So I was in the bathroom the whole class, I crushed some oxy on my binder rolled a piece of paper and snorted it before the bell starting to ring
I put everything in my backpack and walked out seeing a group of girls talking, they eyed me up and down but I ignored it
Being known as the "stoner" of the school gets you eyes that never leave you, gets you people asking who your dealer is, or being made fun of for almost over dosing
I walked out the bathroom and into the front of the school
Chris-so you coming?
he walked in front of me holding his backpack and smirking
Y/n-for the millionth time. Yes, just gotta do something first
I looked behind Chris seeing Mattia talking to his friends and a couple girls

Mattia-Yea, are we walking?
Y/n-the bus. Hurry up I gotta be there by 3:30
his friends just looked at me, confused and shocked

The bus stopped and we all hopped on. Mattia and I walked to the back and sat down on the two empty seats. I sat by the window

I gave him two water bottles and a small squeeze bottle

Y/n-so you can pee in that and leave it in the stall for me

Y/n-I just did oxy in the bathroom 20 minutes ago? And you find peeing in that bottle weird?
Mattia-no I mean using my pee to pass the drug test

he chugged both water bottles and we still had a couple minutes till our stop
Mattia-so, what kind of drugs do you do?
I gave him a look and he shrugged his shoulder

Mattia-just trying to make small talk, I don't know what to talk about besides drugs. Plus I'm curios

"yea, they said I was dead for a couple minute, my friend found me laying on my bed, foam coming out my mouth, he picked me up and I threw up on the ground, hospital made my mom put me in rehab"
"so your mom knows?"
"she didn't at the time, but I never really talk to my parents, she only did that so the police would leave her alone, she didn't even bother to pick me up from rehab after the summer"
"why do you do drugs anyway?, don't you want to remember the fun things"
"Fun", living a life like mine there's nothing "fun" I hear my mom and dad arguing 24/7, I hear the gunshots in my neighborhood, hear police sirens every night, glass shattering on the floor into a million tiny pieces, seeing bruises on me from my dad whenever I try blocking him from hitting my mom so he hits me instead. But I'm not telling him that, why would I tell someone about something like that?

The bus stopped and I seen we were here, I got up and so did Mattia and we got off the bus
"alright, go use the bathroom and put it in bathroom that says "testing" that's where they check us, behind the toilet seat"

"you won't, they talk to other kids who need or get tested, just do it and meet me in the waiting room after your done"
He nodded and we both walked in
The security patted us down making sure I didn't have anything in me, like any weapons or drugs
Luckily or me I put the small bags I had in my bra
I walked to my parol officers desk while Mattia went into the bathroom

I had to act normal. Happy I guess, like I didn't just take molly in my school bathroom

Thomas-I'm never in the mood to talk to kids who went to rehab

Thomas-stupidity. It's the usual gotta ask you questions and then see if your negative or not

He got up from his desk grabbed a drug test and walked to the bathroom. I seen Mattia walk out and go sit down. He slightly nodded after
"gotta check your pockets to see if you have anything that can prevent the drug test"
"but they already checked me?"
"we still have to. Just put your arms up and I'll pat you down"
I raised my hands and patted my pockets
After that he gave me a cup to pee in and I walked in the bathroom. I got the bottle from behind the toilet like I told him and poured it into the cup. I put the bottle in a bag I had and put in my pocket of my sweater and flushed the toilet acting like I actually used it and walked out
"done"
I handed him the cup
We walked to a room and he put the drug test in the cup and if came out negative
"you passed, come back next week"
"great, have fun Thomas"
I said walking to Mattia and he got up. We walked out and I took out the bottle from my pocket throwing it away
Mattia-did you pass?
Y/n-I always do, now let's go eat
Mattia-but we gotta go back to school? The game?
Y/n-it's 4pm the game doesn't start til 7, we got time. Plus you said you'll buy me food after this so let's go, I'm hungry.
I said pulling his arm

we ordered some food and sat down eating it while he asked me more questions
Mattia-shit, we gotta go or I'm gonna be late for the game
he grabbed my hand and I quickly grabbed our food wrapping it in the tin foil and put it in my hoodie, he ran to the bus before they closed the door
Y/n-I couldn't eat in peace?
Mattia-the game starts at 8
Y/n-it's 6 o'clock?
Mattia-Chris wants us to practice a little before the game starts, just eat your food
Y/n-I'll save it for later, I'm tired right now so wake me when we get there
I leaned my head on his shoulder as I shut my eyes and fell asleep minutes later
Mattia's pov
I was in the bus with y/n beside me, she had fallen asleep on my shoulder so I was listening to music, but I couldn't help but think about what she told me, even after going to rehab for the summer she still decided to choose drugs, I wonder if she thinks about her family, how they feel about it
The bus stopped and I woke her up since it was out stop, we got off and walked in the school going to the field
Y/n-let me go back to sleep
she whined
Mattia-ok we're here just lay down on the bench
She walked off by the coaches that were sitting by the fence on the field and laid down falling asleep on the grass

I took off my shirt and put on my jersey and started practicing

I turned around and seen Chris waving his hand gesturing for me to walk to him
Mattia-what's up?
Chris-why were you with y/n?
Mattia-oh, she wanted me to do something for her
