Preston's PoV.
After what seems like hours, it possibly could have been, I dunno, We head to mid, checking over our shoulder every step of the way. Mitch and Jerome have fallen, leaving the team #merome to the skeleton that shot then both.
"Preston, I have to use the bathroom, watch out." I hear rob say, stalked by the sound of his chair creaking as he got up. I simply reply with one word.
I look behind me to see an empty hallway without rob. "Okay viewers, tomorrow is the day that this is being released, but most likely it won't be for a few days after. And next week is the poofless six month anniversary. I'll tell you what I got rob, or what in going to get-" I get cut off when I hear robs footsteps, returning to the room. "HAHAHAHAHAHA!" I say, trying to act casual.
I turn to rob who had a very confused look on his face. He scratched his bears in a questioning way. "What's so funny?" He asked, sitting down.
"Uh, you know, I just told our viewers a joke." I stutter.
"Ooh, I love jokes, what was it?" Rob asks.
I think for a second. "What's white and can't climb a tree?" I say, making something up as I go.
He shrugs. "I don't know."
"A FRIDGE!" I yell. I force a fake laugh as a coverup.
When rob starts laughing, my fake laughs turn real.
