Zaroon's POV
"Are you okay?" My cousin asks me.
"Yeah, just give me a second." I answer.
I pick up my phone I want to text her or call her
I don't know if it's a right thing. I mean she hasn't said anything ever since.
I can't hold back anymore. It's not that I've loved her after that damn dare. I've loved her the day her eyes locked with mine I kept falling for her every time .You can tell from her eyes she loves me too. But I feel like she doesn't anymore. She's broken
Tears start falling down from my eyes and I take my face in hands.
It's the same eyes that told me she loves me because they sparkled with joy every time we talked. But that day her eyes were empty and I felt like I'm the one who took stars from them. They don't shine anymore. And it's all because of me. My phone gets a notification
It's her
Maha : can we meet?
"Can you get to your parents house in my car? I have something important to do." I tell my cousin and she nods.
I shifted stuff witj bilal into an empty building bcz the park, open air. Its better to be in a builfing.
Maha's POV
Ever since I met him. My heart is not at ease
There's a part of me telling that he's really regretting and I should go back. But my heart is clenched to a fact that If he really tried to love me, he would have protected me from everything that hurts me.
But what do I do when he's the one who hurt and broke me but what hurts the most that I still love him. I've risked everything. Fought with my family...Just for him
I don't know if I'm going back to him
Or maybe I need break .....
I get distracted by my phone
When I get text from Ara.
'Has bano has been in contact with you?'
I reply No.
'The last time I spoke to her was when she met Saad, and you met Zaroon.'
Ara replies
'No one is in contact with her '
I try calling her Bano,
She doesn't pick it up. Her engagement is tommorow.

I spot Zaroon walking towards me but waves his goodbyes to a girl, nearly his age and she sends a flying kiss to Zaroon before entering the car.
"Maha." He walks towards me.
"Who was that?" I ask.
"She- uh- my cous-"
"Nevermind." I sigh and close my eyes.
"Maha it's not-"
"I said nevermind, Zaroon." I say. " I don't care."
"Yeah ofcourse you don't." He rolls his eyes and folds his arms.
I stand up. "I have to go. Zara is coming soon." I say.
"Suit yourself." He says and I look at him blankly. He didn't even try stopping me, or atleast try talking to me.
I take a ride to Bano's house. We all decided meeting there and Zara's going to be there.
"Assalam O Alaikum Bilal bhai." I greet as soon as I reach.
"They are all upstairs." He tells me and I walk upstairs to Bano's room from where I can here baby cries, and all of a sudden it's as if I forgot my hurt. I enter the room with a smile to see Zara feeding one baby, and the other one crying and Hiba rushes to hold the baby in her arms.
"Maha!!" The girls cheer.
"O my God!!" I say and sit near the baby Hiba's holding.
"Zara when did you reach!!?" I ask taking the tiny baby in my arms and my eyes fill with tears. She's no more than a month.
"Just about twenty minutes." Zara says.
"She is so adorable!!" I kiss the baby's soft cheeks.
"Actually, that one is a he." Zara laughs.
"Maha I was confused too at first." Bano giggles.
"Why weren't you picking up?" I look at Bano.
"Well, I switched my phone off because I had a mental breakdown." She smiles.
"Okay, no being sad!" Jahan Ara snaps.
"So this is Hashir, and you're feeding Noor."
"Yep. She's so annoying!" Zara says as the baby finishes her feed.
"Shut up Zara." Bano says.
"She looks like Zara, right?" Hiba blurts.
"Litterally!!" Ara agrees.
"Both of them do, they are twins." Bano says.
I take the baby from Zara and she wraps her soft fingers around my fingers and closes her eyes.
"I'm melting!" Bano says and Ara smiles.
