"Bianca you can't skip your meals. Should I call your parents?" I asked sternly to the young six year old child
"I want a happy meal not this stinky sandwich" She said pouting "My daddy makes tasty food that is not stinky"
"You will eat what is given to you Bianca" I said sharply
Ok let me clear it to you, I hate kids. They are so messy and such a headache to handle. My husband shares the same interest as mine so we have decided not to have any kids. However I always have to look after these little devils as a part of my job of a teacher. I am a woman who is in her late thirties and got married at a respectable age.
"I want to go home and eat happy meal with willy and daddy" Bianca said pouting "Can I go home please?"
"No Bianca now eat your food or else I will have to call your mommy" I said as I guessed she was closer to her father so maybe her mother might be more strict.
To my surprise Bianca giggled. I frowned and asked "Why are you laughing? Did I say something funny"
"Yes Mrs. Thomas" She said happily "I don't have a mommy so how are you going to call her?"
Sweet Jesus. Were her parents divorced or maybe her mother was not alive?
"What happened to your mother sweetie?" I asked kindly
Bianca frowned and replied "How can anything happen to my mommy when I don't have one?"
I looked at the child carefully. Her blond hair was in pigtails and her uniform was neat. She completes her homework in time and also mages to come first in class and sports. How can a single dad help her do all that? She still hadn't touched her food maybe I should call her father and talk about her eating skills. Also there was this thing that she was so more smarter than all kids, maybe her dad was pressurizing her to study more? Anyway I should talk to her guardian.

"Hello are you Mrs Thomas?"
I looked up from my table to see a handsome tall man in his late mid twenties standing outside. I nodded and gestured him to sit. He had golden blond hair and bright blue eyes that seemed to always radiate an aura of happiness.
"Yes. So I am guessing you are Nico Di Angelo?" I asked referring to Bianca's dad
The young man smiled and said "No I am actually Will Solace, Bianca's other guardian"
"Oh so will Nico be coming?" I questioned
"Yes. We actually came together but Nico insisted on picking Bianca first and coming here. I hope it won't be a problem" Will said cheerfully
"No its fine Mr Solace" I said wondering how Nico can be a female name.
Suddenly a man about two years younger and shorter than Mr. Solace entered the room with Bianca in his arms. She was giggling and excitedly telling him all that happened in school. The man smiled and listened earnestly but at the same time he looked weary.He shot a quick dark look at me and went back to listening to Bianca. Mr. Solace gave me an apologetic look and walked towards the young man who was dressed completely in black giving out a dark aura.
I tried not to eavesdrop but curiosity got better of me and I listened keenly.
"Hey Death Breath we are supposed to greet Bianca's teacher and you're being rude"
"I don't like this Sunshine. Why would she call us maybe she is a monster?"
I flinched. Does this man have hallucinations? Monsters don't exist!
"We should talk it out Neeks. Now come on give Bianca to me, your not the only dad remember?"
"Shut up Sunshine. I am giving Bianca to you only when you promise to buy us both a happy meal" Mr. Di Angelo said slyly and Bianca nodded earnestly clapping her hands together
Mr. Solace sighed and said "Okay. Now give me Bianca and we're going back on foot no more Underworld business. Okay? Doctors Orders."
"Why?" Mr. Di Angelo whined like a little child
"You are already worn out now give me Bia"
"Willy!!" Bianca squealed and jumped into Will's arms. Both men sat down and Will muttered a quick apology.
"So what did you want to talk about?" Mr. Di Angelo asked irritated
"Um I wanted to notify that Bianca is not eating much if she goes on like this she might get admitted in hospital for some illness" I said trying to sound stern but Mr. Di Angelo glared at me strongly making me lose all my confidence.
"Oh I am sorry Mrs. Thomas." Mr. Solace said politely "You see Bianca here takes after Nico who doesn't have much appetite. So I cannot do much but I will try to make her eat regularly"
I glanced at Mr. Di Angelo's skinny figure and compared it to Mr. Solace well built body.
"Can you stop staring its uncomfortable" Mr Di Angelo snapped
I quickly looked away from him and focused at the cheery Mr. Solace. "Also I wanted to tell you that Bianca's is topping all her subjects other than English which is too much for a young six year old. I want you to stop pressurizing er to get good grades ta such a young age"
"Who said we're pressurizing?" Mr. Di Angelo snarled, his dark brown eyes flashing angrily. It gave off such a deathly aura that I wanted to leave the room running.
"Um I-I t-thought it was like that" I stuttered completely terrified by the dark young man in front of me.
Mr. Solace frowned and placed Bianca on Mr. Nico Di Angelo's lap which had a very visible effect. Nico calmed down and went back to playing with Bianca without a backward glance.
Mr. Solace smiled at them and turned towards me "I am sorry but it gets on his edge if anything about Bianca is assumed wrong. To be honest we don't pressurize Bia but she just likes to study especially when she spends time at her Aunt's house. You see her aunt is a genius and she tries to put Bianca in her same path so that she can also be a brilliant person when she grows up. I assure we only support Bia and has never thought of forcing her to do something and if anyone did try forcing her then they have to bear the wrath of my husband here who will completely kill anyone who hurts Bia"

At the end of our little meeting I was thoroughly satisfied by the Solace-Di Angelo's. They were quite a happy family. I waved goodbyes as I heard Bianca say to Mr. Solace "Willy we're going to buy happy meal right?"
"Yes Sweetie or your daddy will fry me alive" Mr. Solace said faking fear
Bianca giggled as Mr. Di Angelo punched Mr. Solace on the shoulder playfully. Mr. Solace smiled and gave him a quick kiss. He then took Bianca's right hand while Mr. Di Angelo took her left hand and they waked happily away.
