He just groaned. Lumipat siya sa tabi ko at niyakap ako ng mahigpit, agad din akong nakatulog sa mainit niyang bisig.
I choose to wear satin surplice sage green dress that is above the knee. It hugs the upper part of my body and a little bit flowy in the hem and a white kitten heels. I also wore the topaz necklace he gave. Hindi rin ako ganoon nagmake up and decided to wore a nude lipstick and mascara. I don't feel like a need to wear make up this days, tinatamad ako.
I heard a knock from the door. I gaze upon it.
"Come in." I said and organized my belongings sa lagayan nito.
Tumingin ako sa pinto dahil wala naman nagsasalita doon and saw manuel smiling at me.
"Why are you smiling? Ganda ba ng girlfriend mo?" I said teasingly.
"Girlfriend?" he asked and raised him brows in me.
I get my gift to him and handed it to him, kinuha niya iyon at kumunot ang noo.
"I told you, you are enough as—"
"I know. I know, Manuel. Paulit ulit ka." I laugh and put my hand in his chest, "Open it, baby." I said and smiles at him. He is looking at me suspiciously.
He opened it and his eyes widened, he tried to open his mouth twice to maybe form a word but in the end he just smile widely at me.
"This is the best gift, baby. Thank you so much! Hindi ako gagawa ng kahit anong dahilan upang mawala ka sa akin, pangako iyan." he uttered and hug me tightly.
Inside my gift is the ballpen I bought for him and a simple letter.
"I'm officially yours, love."
Bumaba na kami at bumungad sa akin ang dami ng tao, ganito kalaki ang pamilya niya? Wow.
"Ang dami niyo." wika ko na kinatawa niya,
"Kulang pa iyan. Wait until you saw my motherfucking cousi—"

"Speaking of the summoned devils." he said and smirked, sinundan ko kung saan siya nakatingin at napamaang ako.
Wala bang pangit dito? Ang gandang lahi nilang lahat! I saw 2 gentlemen and 2 fine women going near us and smiling widely.
Niyakap agad nila si Manuel ng mahigpit and greeting him.
"It's nice to see you again, Avella." Zach said and smiles at me. Sinamaan naman ng tingin ni Manuel si Zach kaya napatawa ako.
"Same here, Zach. I'm sorry din noon." I said and awkwardly smiles at him, ngunit tinawanan niya lang iyon.
"You know each other?" I beautiful girl with an eyeglasses that really suit in her said while looking at me as if studying me.
"Don't be such a bitch, Laurenza. Atleast greet your sister in law." he said which earned a smack from a girl named Laurenza.
"Hi! I'm Laurenza! Unfortunately, kuya ko itong nasa tabi ko. It's nice nice meeting you, ate!" she said kindly and smile sweetly at me.
"Thank you! You are beautiful." I can't helped to say kasi totoo naman! I can't stop complimenting pretty people.
"I super like you na!" she said and giggled.
"Sister in law? You mean me?" Magui said and smirk at me, ngumisi rin ako sa kanya at tinaasan siya ng kilay. Tumawa ito at nilapitan ako upang halikan ang pisngi.
"You are one of those few people that I like, be honored, Avella." she said sweetly kaya napatawa ako.
"Should I say thank you then?" I said and we both laugh at it.
"This is Zaugustus, baby." Manuel said at tinuro ang masungit na mukha ngunit gwapo na lalaki.
He held his hand formally at me. I felt intimidated.
"Zaugustus Marchero." he said firmly, kinamayan ko ito, "Avella Rue." I said that sounded like I'm in a fucking formal meeting! Nakita ko ang pagngisi niya doon.
"Do not scare him, kuya zags!" laurenza said and glares at zaugustus that is looking at her, confused.
"I'm not. Did I scare you, Ms. Avella?" he ask, kaya agad naman akong umiling. "Just drop the formalities and we are good." I said, ngumiti siya ng maliit. "okay, sis." he smirked when he saw my reaction, nahiya ako roon kaya napatawa sila.
"Manuel, you should make some speech daw, so, the party will start." Mama Alona said and umalis din upang lapitan si Tito na nakatingin lang kay Mama. I smiled. Sana magkaayos sila.
Lumapit si Manuel sa may harapan ng crowd at nag-test ng mic gamit ang pangalan ko, kaya napatawa ang lahat. Namula naman ako doon at nahihiyang niyukod ang ulo.
"I don't have any wishes, I had my beautiful girlfriend, bonus nalang kayo nandito kasi si Avella talaga yung highlight sa buhay ko." walang hiya niyang pagkasabi na kinatawa ng lahat, napangisi siya roon. Tangina talaga.
"I wish to have a continous healthy relationship with all of you but please do know business is a business. Let's have some fun!" he exclaimed and we all clap.
Kinantahan namin siya ng birthday song at nagblow siya ng candle. I'm looking at him while he's busy talking with his relatives, I just love discovering small details about him: the way he laughs, his eyes blink, his mouth form a smile. I just love every piece of him.
In the zephyr wind, I realize that I have everything I want in life, two families, a friend, a home, and a man I want to be with the rest of my life. Napangiti na lamang ako sa naiisip
