"Oh my gosh! I'm never ever going there again!" Angel says to herself
"Same here!" Eric says while driving the car
"What crazy place are we going now?" Angel asks
Phone rings
"Why's Courtney calling me now? They're right in front of us." Angel says as she points to the car in front of them
"Well answer it!" Eric replies
"Alright." Angel says and picks the call
"Hey girl! Hope we're not going to any crazy place again?!" Angel asks
"Oh no!....I'm gonna drop Alexa off at her house,after that I'm going straight home."
Angel breathes a sigh of relief "Glad to hear that."
"Yeah,so see you tomorrow. Remember,the award giving ceremony is tomorrow." Courtney replies
"Why would I forget? See you tomorrow girl!" Angel says
"Yeah,b....." Courtney tries to say but Angel interrupts
"Wait! Can I talk to Alexa too?!" Angel asks
"Oh, she's already asleep." Courtney replies
"Asleep?! But we just left the club some minutes ago." Angel says shockingly
"Yeah,but you should know Alexa by now. She's a heavy sleeper,and she sleeps whenever she feels like sleeping no matter where she is."
"Oh yeah, remember that time in 6th grade,when we went out for lunch with our parents?!"
"Of course! Then,Alexa slept while eating her spaghetti, with sauce and meatballs." Courtney laughs
"Yeah,then the spaghetti sauce got all over her face." Angel laughs
"And we started calling her The Saucerer?!"
"Yeah!"
They both laugh
Angel sighs "I'm really gonna miss you guys."
"We'll miss you too. But we can still be calling each other right?"
"Yeah,but it won't be the same without you guys." Angel says sadly
"It's alright girl, we'll just call each other every day. We made a promise to each other before we entered highschool that no matter where we go,we would always remain besties. Remember?"
"Yeah,I do." Angel replies
"And we're gonna keep that promise ok? Everything's gonna be alright."
Angel sighs "Yeah,I guess."
"Yeah,ok bye now..... I'm about to make a right turn to Alexa's house, we'll talk more in school tomorrow."
"Ok,bye."
Phone cuts
"You guys have known each other for a really long time." Eric says
"Yeah,since kindergarten." Angel replies sadly
"Woah! Kindergarten??! That's really long!! And you're still best friends up till now?" Eric says shockingly
"Yeah,I'm really gonna miss them." Angel says as she bursts into tears
"Please don't cry. You guys have been best friends since kindergarten,now that's really rare! If you guys can be best friends for that long, I'm pretty sure you'll continue to be....no matter what."
Angel sniffs "You really think so?" Angel asks as she cleans her tears with her handkerchief she took out from her handbag
"I don't think so, I know so. Everything's gonna be fine,ok?"
"Ok."
"Yeah,where are they going after highschool anyways?" Eric asks
"Well, Courtney's going to England cos her dad is there and he insists that she and her mum go to England and live with him permanently so her mum decided she could go to college there. While Alexa's going to New York, cos she has always dreamed of going there since we were in the third grade and now she finally has an excuse to go there....."
"Oh,but at least I'll be with you.... right?"
Angel smiles "Yeah."
"I'll be your best friend and your boyfriend." Eric says
Angel blushes "I'm feeling tired now,I need to rest a little." Angel says as she stretches the chair backwards and places her head down
"Sure....you can relax, I'll get you home safely my sweet princess." Eric smiles
Angel smiles "You're so sweet my prince charming..." Angel mumbles as she dozes off slowly
Some minutes later....they arrive at Angel's house
"Angel? Angel!!" Eric says as he attempts to wake Angel up by tapping her gently
"Uh?! Uh.... uhm..... I'm sleeping mum,leave me alone!" Angel mumbles sleepily but doesn't wake up
Eric smiles "I'll just have to carry her." Eric picks her handbag, carries it on his left hand,and carries Angel. He closes the door of his car with his body, luckily a servant rushes to the gate to open it for him. He carries Angel inside and meets her mum already waiting for her in the living room.
"Finally! Where have you been? What happened to her?! Is she ok?" Angel's mum asks with a lot of concern
"She's ok ma'am.... she's just a little...." Eric replies
Mum interrupts "Is she drunk?!"
"Not at all ma'am. She's just really tired." Eric replies politely
"Oh,ok.... please take her to her room."
"Ok ma'am, but where's her....."
"Oh,you can follow me. I'll take you to her room." Mum smiles
"Ok ma'am."
"Oh, stop being formal. You can call me Mrs Perkins." Angel's mum smiles as she leads Eric to her room
Eric smiles "Ok Mrs Perkins."
They both reach Angel's room, Angel's mum opens the door and leaves(you know why😂😂).
"Wow, why'd she leave like that." Eric says to himself
"Well, I'll just put Angel on her bed." Eric says as he places Angel on her bed with her handbag beside her
Just as he was about to leave, Angel's dress hangs on his wristwatch.....
"Oh...." Eric says as he tries to remove her dress from his wristwatch,moves closer to her and places his hand on her face to move her backwards
"She looks so cute and innocent when she's asleep. But when she's awake,she becomes a cute drama queen." Eric smiles and walks away until....
"E....Eric,I....I.... love you. Please don't leave me." Angel mumbles in her sleep
Eric stops and turns back to Angel but he sees that she's still sleeping
"Oh,I thought I heard something." Eric says as he starts to walk away
"I...I....love you E....Eric!" Angel mumbles in her sleep, again
Eric stops again and turns back
"Now I'm sure I heard that. Wow, she feels the same way too.... awesome!!" Eric smiles and walks out of her room to the living room
"I'll be leaving now Mrs Perkins." Eric says politely but realizes that she's asleep already
"Oh, she's asleep." Eric says and quietly walks out of the house. He walks to his car
"Hm Angel LOVES Me and I LOVE her too.... awesome!!!!" Eric says to himself as he starts his car and drives away
