left the saloon
Law wanted to hit the trail
well before noon
They tied up the prisoners
and stowed them in the wagon
3Gun looked for Billy
seemed he was laggin'
With a wave and a wish
for a trouble free trip
then 3Gun went back to Billy
in no mood for some lip
Billy pointed at the stage
'Do you see what I see?'
The name had been changed
no longer Rickety
'What the devil . . .?'
Whip Cracker frowned
when 3Gun came in
He wiped his mouth
and scratched his chin
'I know, I know.
'Twern't up to me.
They just laid down cash
and became the new company.'
'Who was the fella
that came in this run,
he seemed familiar - a hired gun?'
'Don't know. Can't say.
But he knew them new owners
fur darned sure, okay.'
3Gun called Billy
'Got a job for you.
Ronan was first to meet
Dunn and Dusted and
I know you think
he can't be trusted.
