Nicole's POV
Today is Sunday and I'm debating if ever I would knock at his door or continue to walk away. What if sabihan niya din ako ng get out? Or no, I don't want to be with you? Hays.
He was shock or should I say we were both shocked when we saw each other after he opened the door. I saw how he pursed his lips before looking away.
"Uhm,... hi," I said awkwardly.
"What are you doing here?"
"Uh,... right? What am I doing here?" I even pointed myself.
Nicole! You are so dumb!
"I was supposed to buy ice cream, maybe,.... you want to come?" putol putol niyang tanong.
"Sure," mabilis kong sagot.
We were in his car silently and awkwardly. I don't know what should I do. I jist kept on glancing at him pero nasa daan lang ang focus niya. His eyes are so pungay and his lips are so kissable, how can he look good with just a white shirt and black pants?
"Wanna play some music?" he asked me.
"Pwede ba?"
"Yeah, sure."
Kinonnect ko yung phone ko sa radio ng car niya. I tried to choose a great song so I played.

When Sean saw what song I chose he smirked a little bit.
Going back to the corner where I first saw you.

I saw him mouthing the song while looking at me so I tried so hard not to look at him but I can't I just can't help but to also look at him.
Nakita ko ang mga mata niyang binabalot ng luha at inihinto niya ang sasakyan.
"Why?" I bite my lower lips to stop myself from crying.
"One of my favorite song," he whispered at pinaandar ulit ang sasakyan.
"Ah," tumango tango pa ako.
"I left because,... I have to focus on my studies," I stopped for a bit to properly breathe. "I got dos at that time that will not make me qualified for our program."
That's one of the reasons, bakit ko siya iniwan. I saw how he suddenly forced a smile.
"Did you passed? I bet you did. You're currently studying there." he chuckled.
"Uno," I chuckled.
"Then it's worth leaving, congrats, I'm proud of you," he said and I saw how sincerity in his eyes. "For real, Nicole."
*Magui is Calling you*
"Hello,"
[Gonna be drinking later you want to come?]
I saw how Sean glanced at me and immediately looked away.
"Maybe next time, I will review later,"
[Aw, I even ask some of my male block mates to come]
"Uh...Mag--"
[1 week since you guys last talked, and he already has Chloe. Just find a new one.] rinig ko ang mga malalakas niyang tawa siguradong nang aasar.
"Ms. Fucking Del Fuente, I'm not in a relationship with Chloe so please shut the fucking up with your fucking chismis, I just felt the fucking betrayal by my own cousin." my eyes widened because of what I just heard.
[Oh...you are with him? HAHA just kidding, enjoy the start of new love]
We both looked at each other with shocked eyes because of what Magui said.

"The fuck!" Sean whispered and tapped the end call at the radio.
"Sorry she's always like that,"
"She's my cousin, of course, I know that,"
We arrived at the ice cream shop I ordered chocolate flavor and he ordered vanilla. Before we started eating I took a video for Instagram but I didn't include Sean.
"Take a picture of me too," he put his mini spoon inside his mouth and smiled.
"Why would I?" nagtataka kong tanong sakanya.
"Just take a picture of me," I did as he said.
"Messy easter," he whispered and he chuckled.
Ever since we arrived here earlier hindi na natanggal ang mga ngiti sa labi niya I just don't know why but hoping it was because of me.
He then handed me a tissue and pointed to the right corner of his lips.
"What did you do for the past 3 years?" rinig kong tanong niya.
"Nothing, house, and school, you?"
"School and house too,"
"Did you had a boyfriend?" tanong pa niya.
"I don't have a time for that,"
Actually, that's not the only reason kung bakit hindi ako nagkaroon ng boyfriend dati. Ang pinaka reason talaga ay hindi ko naman kasi siya iniwan because I fall out of love. I left him because I really have to.
"How about you? Chloe?" I whispered he just looked at me and raised one of his eyebrows.
"I'm not inter---" he cut me off.
"We are nothing,"
"Why?" I asked again.
"What do you mean why?" pinaningkitan pa niya ako ng mata.
"I mean she looks beautiful and she's a model,"
"I'm into girls who have beauty and brain,"
"Walang, walang utak na tao."
"She does have but she never put it in good use,"
I'm used to him being like that and it made him look cute but at the same time bastard.
"Magpinsan talaga kayo ni Magui" I chuckled.
"The only difference is she's the one who's leaving and I'm the one who's being left or I'll just rephrase what you said" he chuckled. " magkaibigan nga talaga kayo ni Magui, parehas kayong nang iiwan,"
I glared at him para marealize niya na naiirita ako.
"Chill, love."
"What did you just call me?" taka kong tanong.
"Love,... lavender you look like lavender,"
"Huh?" I raised one of my eyebrows and rolled my eyes.
"Finish that and let's buy some food to eat,"
"Busog pa ako,"
"Then let me eat," he said.
"Eat?....what e..at are you talking about?" gulat kong tanong.
"Hey! food, what are you thinking?" natatawa niyang tanong.
"Wild, love," he whispered.
Ano ba kasing iniisip mo Nicole Kazaya?! Pagkain ang gusto kanina, wag kang malandi! Did I just hear him saying, Love? Or I'm just hearing things?
"What would you cook ba?" tanong ko sakanya.
"I'm not the one who will cook," he said.
"Then who?"
"You,"
"What? Bakit ako? Ayoko nga pagod ako atsaka tinapon mo kaya yung adobo ko."
"Please, look, I'm sorry about your adobo."
"Pero tinapon mo," pangaasar ko sakanya.
"Iba ang tinapon sa natapon." he corrected me.
"Whatever," sagot ko at nauna ng maglakad sakanya.
Nagluluto ako ngayon sa condo ko habang siya at nakaupo sa harapan ko at parang walang balak alisin ang tingin niya sakin.
"Ano ba yang mga tingin na yan?"
"I just realized, you look good at cooking." sagot niya.
"Ha?"
"I said, you look good at cooking,"
"Uh...."
"Masarap ba?" tanong ko sakanya habang tinitikman ang adobo na niluto ko.
"Pwede na," he replied at nagpatuloy sa pagkain.
"What do you mean pwede na? Half masarap, half hindi?"
"Masarap," tipid niyang sagot.
"Parang napipilitan kalang e,"
"I swear it's tasty, I love the taste like how much I love the one who cooks it."
"Ha?" gulat kong tanong.
"Did you change the names of my netflix account?" diretso niyang tanong.
Bakit naman ang diretso niya magtanong. Kinabahan tuloy ako.
"Huh? Uh,... why would I change it? Diko nga napansin kung ano name ng mga accounts mo e," pagsisinungaling ko sakanya.
"Ah, ok." tipid niyang sagot.
Tinikman ko naman yung niluto ko at halos mabuga ko dahil sa sobrang alat.
"Anong masarap ang sinasabi mo?" irita kong tanong sakanya.
"I learned how to cook, professionally. Don't worry about our future. You don't have to cook, I'll cook for you every single day." pagbibiro niya.
Kumain lang kami at naghugas na ako ng plato, he kept on insisting na siya na daw maghugas pero ang sabi ko saakin condo to kaya ako ang maghuhugas wala naman siyang nagawa.
I told him too na manood muna ng netflix habang hinihintay ako.
"Thanks for the time," he said.
"Welcome,"
"Uhm,... Nicole" he looks so kabado when he called my name.
"Yes?" naiilang kong tanong.
"You left because of your grades right? Not because you got tired and you fell out of love with me?" he asked and his eyes were full of desperation.
"I never fell out of love with you, that will never happen."
"Thank God," he said ba halata sa mukha ang relief. My heart was in relief too. I finally got able to say those words.
"Uhm,... Nicole." tawag niya ulit sakin.
"Can we start a new life and forget the past?"
"Uh...can I still bother you?" tanong ko sakanya.
"Bother me, annoy me, & tease me all you want. I love those shits, Just don't leave without saying anything okay?"
"Thank you," I whispered.
"But even if you leave me a couple or hundred of times you will still be the one who owns my heart and no one will replace you,"

I tried to watch Netflix ease the smile on my face. medyo kinikilig lang naman ako. everything happened so fast and I hope this wouldn't ever end.

he changed the name of my Netflix that made me smile even more. I don't know if this is real, but at least for a minute let me live in this fantasy where I can be at peace with him.
