The alarm woke me up from my best dream and I felt like crying as soon as I wake up.
I was fighting along in the Star Wars Universe, it was damn cool.
But I must cope with the real world if I want to eat and earn.
I make my bed as soon as I get up and quickly wash my face and brush my teeth.
According to my contract agreement, time isn’t exactly fixed which I’m glad, but I must wake up before Mr Yin, prepare his breakfast and wake him up.
He have to arrive to his office by 9am ,so I pretty much need to help him prepare plus me , so we both won’t be late, but my classes starts at 9:30am so I do have time to not be late.
Mr Yin said I could make any dish I like as he doesn’t have any preferences So I prepared Pad Krapow Gai (Thai Basil Chicken) for breakfast.
I hope he’ll like it.

I went inside his room slowly afraid to make him up.
Wait War! Why are you walking with no sound afraid to wake him when It’s your job to wake him up!
Well…but walking in with a loud sound would be rude..right?
Mr Yin’s room is huge and cold.
Why didn’t he turn on the heater? How could he stand this cold?
I ask myself while opening up the curtains.
He groaned when the sunlight hit his face. His handsome face scrunched up and that make me smile. I stand blocking the sunlight which shine directly to his face and called him .
‘Sir are you awake?’
‘yeah..’ he replied with a deep and rough voice.
His hair is messy and Oh Shit! He didn’t wear anything! I mean..no t-shirt.
I stood like a pole…except..I’m not straight like a pole lol
He suddenly looked back at me and that’s my cue to leave.
‘Please freshen up. I’ll prepare the table for breakfast’
After I left the room, I realized that I held my breath. My face probably look like a tomato now.

After I prepare the table I waited for him as he haven’t come down yet.
‘Where’s your plate?’ He asked as he sat down.
‘I can eat later’
‘There’s only two people in the house and we’ll not eat breakfast together? I’m against this. Prepare yours too. Let’s eat together’
Wow so many words in a sentence.
He wants to eat together? I feel happy and shy at the same time.
I grab a plate for me as well and sat to join him.
The room is quiet but the silence is not uncomfortable..much.
I looked at him to see his reaction on the food. It doesn’t seem like he dislike it but did he like it? Felt a little shy and afraid to talk to him first. Yet he seemed to have noticed my stare, he looked at me asked if I have any question.
‘How is the food?’ I took the chance
‘Oh. It’s perfect’ and then he gave me a smile to die for.
‘I’m glad’ I beamed at him.

After he left for his office I take my time cleaning up and getting ready for my class.
It’s still early plus my University is just a block away, so I could just walk for a few minutes.
..
‘Ren!!’ I waved at my best friend, running towards him as I saw him walking inside the gate.
‘Good morning broo’
‘Wow you just had to bro-zone me after years of friend zone? I want to cry’ he faked cry and I laughed at him
‘Crazy’
‘You seem to be in a very good mood’
‘really?’
‘Why? Did you see your crush naked this morning?’
It’s obviously just a guess but he’s not wrong. I mean, he wasn’t naked…I think? I only saw half his body.
Thinking back to this morning, I couldn’t hide my embarrassment.
And Ren teased me all the way to our class.
