"get off bitch" lawrence mugged me as he played the game with his friends.
i sighed before getting up and walking to the back room.
i entered the bathroom on my phone scrolling through instagram as the smell of weed hit my nose.
i leaned against the walls as i stared down at my bruises.
"tf you doin in here" i looked up and saw one of his friends standing at the door.
"oh sorry" i looked down walking past him.

he went to put his hands in my pants but i kicked him back watching him hit the bathroom door.
i ran out the room not caring that i didn't have a shirt on.

i was a few miles away from the house on the streets of compton when i collapsed behind a car. my whole body hurts.

"VANESSA!" i jumped as i heard lawrence's voice come from down the street.
"what's wrong?" i looked back at him with complete fear in my eyes before feeling myself go limp.
