I stumbled backwards, cursing at my ankle. A jet appeared out of thin air and hoisted me up.
Inside was a blur. They fixed my ankle and cuts and bruises and gave me fresh clothes to change into.
The rest of the journey home, I spent aimlessly gazing out the window. Which was blacked out. My prep team and some random people made me look nice for my appearance back home.
They chatted about Gods know what and I just zoned out. The fly home was long and uneventful.
When I got home. I was instantly locked away in my new victors home. I wasn't allowed out until my trip back to the Capitol.
I had relatively no visitors, until the day before I had to leave.
I had just gotten out of the shower, and my hair was sopping wet. There was a knock at my door.
