"Damn" I said looking at my watch and I took off my head phones and hung them on my mic I walked out the booth
"I'm out" I said and dapped up Mark my producer. I grabbed the blunt that was tucked in my ear and walked outside and lit it up and smoked it.
I walked over to my car and started up the engine it is killing me not talking to Tiana since the wedding is Tomorrow.
Soon my phone rang. It was Sinko and I held it up to my ear and answered it
"Hello" I answered
"Nigga where the hell are you?" He says "we are all at the hotel waiting for you"
"All?" I said in confusion
"The guys we all here" he said
"I'm on my way, I got you" I said pulling out the parking lot and drove down to Grand Hotel where we will be staying.

I walked in the hotel and saw the guys. I smiled and dapped them up. I dapped yo August.
We all flew down to Maryland for the wedding and Tiana's dad was at the house speaking with the wedding designers and everything.
"You ready?" Trey asked
"Yup" I said

I said hey to Reggie and everyone and we check into our room. Everyone is staying in one room with two other people. So my roommate is Reggie.

They are all in each room together. I plopped down on the bed and fought the urge to call Tiana.
"Ugh" I said throwing my phone on the bed.

I sit up "it's killing me man..I just wanna hear her voice and I wanna talk to my kids bu- Wait I can call grandma shes with them"
"Duh" reggie says and a slip him the double middle finger combo
I grabbed my phone and called my grandmama. That name will never get old.
"Hello" she answered
"Grandma!" I said in excitement
"Oh AHT boy, You can't be calling Tiana" she says
"I'm not calling Tiana, lemme talk to ash"
I heard some ruffles and I heard Ashton say "daddy"
"Hey baby boy..miss me"
"No" he says I frowned
"Wow" I said acting hurt
"Yes" he says and I smiled

"Singing" he says Then I heard grandma say something then she came back up on the phone
"Don't use my grand baby as the messenger" she says and I could feel her glaring
"Tell Tiana I love her okay" I say
"No problem" she said
"Is everything set up at her house" I asked
"Yes everything is fine! Get off the phone" she then hung up and I laughed
Reggie came back into the room and he was wearing his suit "what do you think? You think I could holla at some lady's at the wedding?"
He posed and I threw a pillow at his ass "boy! You ain't even suppose to have yours on until tomorrow"
He laughed "I know, Reggie just looks good in a suit"
I laughed at the fact he's talking in third person. "Man..I'm so nervous"
"You can do it Chris" Reggie said sitting on the bed "all you gotta day is I do..right"
"No..there's the vows and shit...how am I supposed to fit all my love for T, in a whole vow" I said pulling my knees up and hugging them.
"Easy...just say how much you love her and talk about your future" he says "I know that You and Tiana will live happily ever after y'all are like Bonnie and Clyde, she's really smoke to your blunt. The moon to your sun"
I smiled "Thanks RJ"
He looked at me "you haven't called me that in a while"
"Well I'm bringing it back." I said standing up "I'm taking a shower..I smell like sweat"

"I wanna spend the rest of my life with you and I love you so much-" I wrote on the piece of paper but then crumpled it up I sat at my vanity thinking of the right words to put into this vow
"Baby what's wrong?" Mrs,Brown asked walking over to me
"I can't write this stupid vow...how am I gonna write this? I don't have all my words together mrs,Brown"
"Baby girl you ain't gotta call me miss brown..call me grandma your family now" she says rubbing my shoulders "well when my and Mike got married...we spoke from the heart baby, all you gotta do is speak from your heart and just let it all out"
She kissed my cheek and walked over to miracle and picked her up "Miracles dress so is beautiful"
"Yeah I called AJ, he was the designer for that dress and mine" I said pointing to miracles dress
"Will Ashton be wear a little cute suit"
"He sure will..he will be bringing the rings down the aisle" I say looking at a knocked out Ashton sleeping next to a knocked out Kaye. She is super tired from staying up all night.
Lord knows what she was doing?? For her to be this god damn tired.
"I am so happy chris found someone to love and to keep safe cause god damn that boy was a...how can I say this in a nice way..hoe..Chris was a hoe" grandma says placing Miracle in her bouncer pin and swinger her back and forth
"And I know. I am so nervous! What if we get an divorce! What if something goes wrong during our marriage! What if he does something wrong and I end up asking for a divorce" I rambled going straight to conclusions
"Baby! Baby...relax now, everything will be fine, all you guys have to do is tell the truth to each other have school others back and follow the guide lines of marriage and everything will be a breeze" she says rubbing my shoulder and looking at me threw the mirror
I smiled "thank you grandma" i stood up and walked into the bathroom taking a nice warm shower.
Tomorrow is the biggest day of my life! Happiest day of my life! Chris gave me two amazing gifts I could ever ask for.
It feel like just yesterday I was in Chris's studio bringing him some inside out burgers. I looked up and remembered that memory.
Flashback (2018)
I heard Chris singing while writing I then knock on the door and i opened it
"So I knew you was in here hard at work so I thought why not make it a lunch date" I said holding up some inside out burgers
"Date"Chris said then smirking
"Don't get it twisted nigga on my way up here I couldn't find the right words so I went with it"i said then putting the food in my lap
"Mmm I like my burger a typical way"He said cringing at what might be in the bag

"Two spices of home pepper and extra cheese with corona pickles"we both said in sink
"Mind blown" I said putting her hands up to her head and making an explosion noise with her mouth

I smiled and let the water run over me. We went from loving the same burgers to loving each other.

Tiana's dad fixed my tie in the mirror and I did a shaky sigh. Here it goes..today is the day.
"I want you treat her right Christopher..you love her" Miles asked
"Of course I do" I say looking at myself in the mirror as he fixed up my suit
"I want you to be there for her Chris, don't leave her behind. Now my baby girl loves to do things before she think. If she is about to leave with your kids tell her to stay and just talk it out. Cause that leads to an healthy relationship if y'all arguing everyday and she's leaving the house...I know she's don't that before" he says and patted my back
"Yes, she has and I let her leave but I'll take your advise" I say running my hand over my haircut I got last week.

"Thanks dad" I say and it felt weird saying that because I haven't said the word dad in nearly 19 years.
He then left the room and closed the door to my dressing room. We were at Tiana's childhood home for the wedding. We are having the wedding in the back yard.
I took a breath and sat down at the large chair. Soon my phone rang and it was grandpa
I answered it "hello"
"Your little girl and boy wants to say hi" he says
I walked up to the door and opened it seeing Miracle and Ashton. Miracle was in Grandpas hands and Ashton was standing next to him.
"Hey mama" I say taking miracle out of his hands and grabbing Ashton
"You look so pretty baby" I say laying her on the bed
I picked up Ashton and twirled him in the air as he laughed.
"Ahhh! Look at my little champ..you looking all fresh just like Yo daddy" I said running my hand over his little curls.
"I never pictured you getting married yet son..but I'm so proud of you" grandpa says dapping me and then hugging me "your father would be so proud"
"I know he is" I said
"Imma bet you 20 dollars that you'd going to cry like a bitch" he says as he releases from the hug
"I ain't crying like no bitch, Aight" I said laughing
"Mhm sure...come on Ashton, let's go miracle" Grandpa day said taking Ashton hand and picking up miracle
"Bye" I said
"Don't forget to say 'I do'" he said then left.
Okay here goes nothing. I walked downstairs and there were a lot of people here. Family and friends from Tiana's side of family that I've met and my family. I looked out at the backyard and saw the podium.
Camilla came walking towards me in her brides maid dress and she hugged me. As we were hugging she said something.
"You can do it"she whispered in my ear
She looked at me and nodded. I smiled "thanks cam"
I walked to the podium and all my grooms men stood behind me and all of Tiana's bride maids stood on the other side.
Soon the music started to play and my stomach felt butterfly's instantly. I cheesed super hard when I saw those doors from the house open up revealing Tiana.
She looked beautiful she had the vile over her head covering her face and Miles was walking her down the aisle hand and hand. My eyes got all water and I saw grandpa chuckle and turned to him and stuck up the middle finger playfully not letting anyone notice.
Tiana finally reached the podium and Dad grabbed my hand and then Tiana's hand and put them together so we could be holding hands.
Tiana gave her flowers the Annikah and turned back over to me. I moved the vile over her head revealing her sweet face.
"We are gathered here Today to celebrate one of life's greatest moments, and to cherish the words shall unite Chris and Tiana in marriage." The minister said "now...the vows...Tiana you can go first"
I looked at her as my eyes got more watery and a tear fell onto my cheek but Tiana wipes them away.
She chuckled " Wow Chris, um- I love you because happy and loving and adventurous and strong. I love you because you love your family and friends more then anything. just as fiercely as I love mine and my family has become yours. You are my best friend and I'm so happy we are on the same team. You are the love of my life and you make me happier than I could have ever Imagined and more loved then I could ever thought was possible. You make me unbelievably proud and I promise that I will make your proud as your wife. I vow to listen to you and learn from you. I vow to laugh with you and cry with you. I vow to value our differences just as much as our common ground. I vow to put all my effort into strengthening our marriage. I love you so much Chris" she ended her vow and I cool feel my whole body wanted to break down and just hug her
"Now, Chris it's your turn" The minister said
I nodded "well shoot..y'all got me crying now" I wiping my face a little making everyone laugh. I cleared my throat
"Tiana...your the best girl that I could ever ask for. I love you and I know that this love is from God. I want to be your husband so we can grow old together and watch Miracle and ash have their own kids and their kids have their own kids at some point. Through all of the uncertainties and trials of the present and future, I promise to be faithful to you and love you. I promise to guide and protect you , as long as we both shall live. I promise to continue to make your friends jealous of our amazing relationship. You have taught me that two people joined together with respect, trust, and open communication can be far stronger
and happier than each could ever be alone. You are the strength I didn't know I needed, and the joy that I didn't know I lacked. Today, I choose to spend the rest of my life with you" I ended it and wiped a few more tears off of Tiana's face.

Everybody aww and cooed Ashton stumbles a little bit but he managed to get here. August walked up to him and grabbed the rings passing them to me then picking up Ashton and returning him to Michelle. Miracle was with Nina in her arms.
I passed my ring over to Tiana.
"Now Chris repeat after me...I import your full name take thee brides full name to be my wedded Wife"
"I Christopher Maurice Brown take thee Tiana Ann West to be my wedded wife" I repeated after him

I looked at him and he fell backwards. Revealing that he was shot with a gun. Everyone screamed and security was no where to be found.
"Oh my gosh!" Tiana shrieked and I held her in my arms in shock

"Here comes the bride...here comes the bride" someone started singing
Everyone looked at where that singing was coming from and we looked in the aisle to see...Bree in a white dress and a gun in her right hand.
"Bre-"
She held the gun up aggressively "shut up!!!" She said pointing it all around and everyone ducked
August tapped on me "Yo we gotta get out of here"
"Take my kids and my family take them to the safe house now!" I said
August and Sinko nodded and ran over to my family and told them to follow them.
"Now! You took my one- my only man that loved me!" Bree yelled "Tiana! With her little dumb ass career! Always acting all perfect when she isn't she's not!"
Everyone made some confused faces and I frowned, what the fuck is she talking about not everybody is perfect I hope she knows that.
Tiana then began to speak "Bree...you don't gotta do all of this" she says "put the gun down and just leave...we can figure this out and we can get you some help Bree please- just out the gun down" Tiana had a shaky voice
I grabbed her hand and stood behind her
"It's too late for all of that T" Bree says that we all heard 4 gun shots go off. I ducked under because the podium broke and it shattered over us. I sharp object landed on my leg
I saw Fresh,mijo,Trey and Asap all standing there in shock like the just saw a ghost.
"Oh my god!" Annikah yelled almost breaking down crying and I saw Camilla covering her mouth
"Shit" I kissed in pain I looked behind me to she Tiana gun down and my heart sunk all the way down. "YO!"
I saw security take Bree as she was screaming it random shit.
"Baby!" Dad said running up to us "not my little girl no! Lord this can't be happening my baby girl!!"
I grabbed Tiana hand and removed all of the gravel off of her to see three gun shot wounds in the stomach and near her heart.
"Come on..Tiana don't do this" I cried and I punched the bridge of her nose and covered her mouth
"She ain't breathing...yo!....she not breathing!!!!" I yelled
"Call the ambulance!" Tiana's dad yelled
"God please, please, please.. don't do it like this" I said rocking her limp body in my hands and looking down at her ring
"Don't leave me T, you ain't going out like this what happened to being strong Together huh?" I said shaking her face that had blood all over it.
I felt her pulse to see if it was still working...nothing was there absolutely nothing was there.. she wasn't breathing.
I screamed as loud as I can and broke down crying
"Chris baby"someone said and I looked up to Grandma
I looked behind her to see Kaye and Annikah covering there mouths all crying.
"Gram she ain't dead" I said not believing it
"Chris come on baby, the police and ambulance are here, you have to get up"
"No! I'm not leaving my wife!" I said
"Chris....I know okay" she said beginning to cry "get up please"
I nodded and kissed Tiana's cheek and her face was all cold. "Imma meet you up there..you hear me"
