hi, my name's Alicia Kirk and I'm from Dublin, Ireland. I'm running away to go to London, well not really running away, I mean, my parents know about it. I'm running away from my abusive ex boyfriend. Yeah, he's literally a phsyco.
I'm nineteen and have gotten into London university! I actually can't wait to move, I've always been stuck in Dublin. I mean yeah it's ok, but I want a change of scenery, so it's the perfect opputunity!
"Honey! Are you packed yet?" Mum called. Me and her don't get on, I think she can't wait to be rid of me to be honest!
"Yeah, I'm going to the harbour now." I drag my suitcases downstairs (I've got 3) and haul them into my amazing blue mini. "Bye mum, I'll talk to you soon." The said thing is she just turned round and left. No reply.

I sigh, 'I'm just gonna go then if she doesn't even effing care'
As i drive onto the ferry after passport and security check, I can't belive that I'll be in London later, check out my recently bought flat. There's not one thing I'll miss about Dublin, not even our really cool accent. Bye Dublin.
