has panic attacks. some of you guys don't really understand what panic attacks are,
here queens and kings and nb babes
panic attacks aren't something that you can predict and junk, they come out of no where and can be triggered by random things or nothing at all!
anxiety can lead to panic attacks,, they can trigger them and you can even feel/have anxiety between attacks.
but you can also experience panic attacks and anxiety attacks at the same time.
i thought some of you should learn about this before you think I'm over exaggerating in the book, because im not.

when im explaining you look at girls and i describe what you think of them, it's more or less a feeling of admiration and appreciation towards that characters.
