2 days leap comes in Samaina's life. It was Samaina's Engagement day. The preparation were going on for the event. The past 2 days were very tiring for the Maheshwaris. The past 2 days were filled with Preparation for the wedding and packing boxes for shifting houses.
The evening soon came. Everyone was dressed in beautiful dresses. Naina was wearing a navy blue legenga while sameer wore a black suit. The engagement was held in the lawn area of Maheshwari house. The lawn area was decorated with flowers and lights. It was around 6 when guest started to come. Naina was in her room with the girls getting final touch ups while sameer was with boys in Rohan room.
Preeti:"haaye behen tu toh geher dha rahi hai..
Juhi:"haan naina you look dam beautiful "
Amrita:"sameer to gaya aaj"(they all laugh teasingly "
While in Rohan room...
Pandit:"mana pardega bhai teri aur bhabhi ki love story kitne twist kitne turns ke baad yahan pohonchi hai..."
Arjun:"haan sameer tum dono ki story koyi super hit movie ki kahani ban sakti hai.."
Sameer:"waise muhje toh yakin nahi ho raha naina ab meri wife hai matlab pechale 1 mahine me kahi baar esa laga ki yeh sab ek sapna hai.."
Munna:"aare chitna na kar sab hakikat hai....aur kuch mahine baad aapne Rohan aur preeti ku bhi toh shaadi hogi.."
Rohan:"what?"
Munna:"haan bhai aaj subhe hi mine chachaji or Mausaji ko baat karte suna tere aur preeti ke baare me..."
Sameer:(hugging Rohan )"congrats bro"
Rohan:"thanks "(he said as he was still digesting the words munna said...just then Vishaka enters )
Vishaka:"Boys tum sab ready hue"
Sameer:"haan mumma"
Vishaka:"great Rohan munna tum sab isko leke aao jaldi neeche engagement ka waqt ho raha hai"(saying so she left)
Rohan:"chal bhai....tera intezar khatam hua"
The boys take sameer down to see the guest all busy talking. Seeing sameer everyone gather around blessing him as he makes his way to his seat on the stage. There were 2 stages set up. One on the side slightly facing the other stage where sameer and naina were supposed to be seated and another which is the main stage for any dance performance or other event. As sameer was seated in his place ,He look here and there for his beloved wife which is noticed my Deepika.
Deepika:"kya hua bhaiya bhabhi ko dhoond rahe ho?"(all laugh)
Sameer:(ignoring others)"yes deepika aapko pata hai kahan hai meri naina"
Deepika:"wahan..."(she said pointing at the entrance. Sameer turns to see Naina coming out smiling while the girls around her are giggling )
Naina looks up to see everyone looking at her, but her eyes only search for the one and only sameer. As soon as there eyes meet sameer winks at her while she blushes and looks down.
Vishaka:"naina chalo"(she says as she takes naina towards the stage where sameer is seated)
Naina voice over
Zindagi ke kuch pal sabhke liye bahut khass hote hai...jisme se ek pal hota gayi shaadi....Shaadi zindagi ka esa pal hai jahan aapke life ka new chapter suru hota hai...per humhari kahani me toh yeh bhi sab ulta tha...Ab aap hi socho koyi bhi husband wife haneke baad shaadi karta hai kya..(laughs) I guess hum karte hai ...
Naina voice over ends...
Sameer voice over
Per chahe kuch bhi kaho us din esa bilkul bhi nahi lag raha tha ki meri or naina ki shaadi ho chuki hai...Hum 1 mahine se ek saath the phir bhi us din everything felt so new....I just can't explain it...bus itna janta hoon ki us din naina meri thi....sirf gharwalo ke saamne nahi per pure duniya ke saamne....Naina became mine only mine.....Meri Maina...
Sameer voice over ends
As Naina is made to seat on the stage with sameer guest also settle down in their seats.
Sameer:(whispering to naina)"aapne deewane ko marne ka irada hai kya madam"
Naina:"Shayad(she said winking)"kya mera plan kaam kar raha hai?"(she asked smiling )
Sameer:"haayeee hum toh already aapke dewane hai...jo aapke super mar mite hai.."
Naina:(laughs)"Sameer kitne flimy ho tum"
Sameer:"sirf aapke liye "
Naina:"I love you sameer "(she said looking in his eyes)
Sameer:"I love you too jaan..."(they both kept looking at each other with pure love filled in their eyes)
Preeti:(getting up to the other stage)"Namaste ladies ,gentlemen and our love birds ( she said looking at samaina who were still lost in there world)
Rohan:(whispering to samaina)"Ahem ahem bhai bhabhi romance baad me kar lena abhi program dekh lo"(he said as samaina straightens up. Sameer looks around to see all giggling at them and their family members giving them teasing looks. Naina sees this and starts to blush)
Preeti:"toh anyways kahan thi me..."
Amrita:"lovebird pe"
Preeti:"haan humhare love birds ki aaj finally engagement hai. Aur ese acche din pe kuch ganna bajana bhi hona chahiye kyun "
Youngster:"bilkul "
Preeti:"toh chaliye phir kyun na hum suru kare yeh raat jo hai Sameer aur naina ke naam"(everyone clapped)
Preeti:"toh sabse phele hum sabko hasane as rahe hai Sabke yaaro ke yaar....Sameer ke dil ki jaan Munna Pandit aur unke saath aa rahe hai Swati and Amrita"(everyone, claps while other cheers)
Munna and Pandit came up on the stage with Swati and Amrita and perform on Didi tera devar dewana.
After there performance we had Preeti again come on stage with Rohan.
Rohan:"wow what a performance. Per ab baari hai humhare recently married couple ki"
Preeti:"yahni ab Arjun bhaiya or Juhi bhabhi ki performance ki baari. Talliyan "(All clapped as Aruhi came to the stage )
Meanwhile Samaina private conversation
Sameer sees naina fidgeting her fingers while looking lost.
Sameer:(holding naina hands)" kya hua naina "
Naina:"kuch nahi sameer "
Sameer:" naina common na please bahut kya hua "
Naina:"woh pata nahi ek darr sa lag raha hai."
Sameer:"Darr? kaisa darr"
Naina:"Sameer aaj subhe bhi sunaina ka call aaya tha"
Sameer:(getting angry )"yeh sunaina humhara peecha itni aasani se nahi chordne wali."
Naina:"Sameer meri baat toh suno. dekho tum us chipkali ki wajah se aapna mood gharab nahi karoge."
Sameer:"chipkali (he said laughing )
Naina:"Maine itna sab kaha or tumne sirf chipkali suna"
Sameer:"Accha sorry (seeing naina still worried )" Naina dekho tum chinta mat karo. Yeh pal baar baar nahi aata. Aur rahi baat us chipkali ki toh main promise karta hoon that I won't let her ruin our happiness. Yeh humhara function hai Naina aur me kishi ko bhi ishe barbad nahi karne donga. so common smile now"(he asked with a cute smile to which Naina also gave in and smiled....There convo was broken by Pr

Preeti:"toh talliyan Bhaiya aur Bhabhi ke liya"(Arjun and Juhi came and danced on Aaj hai sagai )
Rohan:"wow what a performance so ab kiski baari hai"
Preeti:"Mr. timetable next humhari hi turn hai.."(all laughed)
Rohan:"oh oops "(So rohan and Preeti danced on Wah wah ram ji)
Vishaka:(coming on stage)" That was an amazing performance. Per ab Engagement ka moharat ho gaya hai. Toh sameer naina ider aao"(Sameer and naina nodded as they came to the bigger stage )" bacho rings"(preeti and Rohan nodded as they headed to get the rings)
Sameer:(whispering to Naina)"ready Mrs. Maheshwari "
Naina:(whispering back)"Always have been Mr. Maheshwari "
Sameer:"then lets go and seal it with a ring"(he said as Naina blushes)
Rohan and preeti with the other gang members come up on stage and stand on their respective sides of the bride and groom. All the other family members also come up on the stage and gather around while the guest gathers around the stage. Naina and sameer both are given the rings"
Bela:"chalo sameer beta ring pehenao"(Sameer nods and takes naina hands and gently slides the rings in her hands)
Chachaji:"Naina"(He says indicating her to also make sameer wear the ring to which she nods and slowly makes sameer where his ring)
Everyone claps as the rings are exchanged.
Sameer:(whispering to naina while posing for pictures )"So kaisa lag raha hai Mrs.Maheswari "
Naina:"Accha toh lagega na Mr. Maheshwari...I just got engaged "
Sameer:"oh really to whom may I ask?(he questioned teasingly )
Naina:"hai koyi handsome cute sa"
Sameer:"accha ji"
Naina:"haan ji"
Youngster:"Ahem Ahem(they turn their attention towards the gang to see them giving Samaina a teasing smile)
Preeti:"romance ho gaya toh kuch khale"(she said pointing towards the area were dinner was set)
Naina:"haan chalo"
Sameer:"muhje toh bahut bhook lagi hai"
Munna:"Same boss. Esa lag raha hai pet me chuhe khattak kar rahe hai"(All laugh and head to get some food )
After having food and all it was night time when guest have left only family members were present.
Bela:"toh kal mehendi ki tayari ke liye hum jaldi aa gayenge.."
Vishaka:"ji bilkul "
Taiji:"Accha ab hum chalte hain"(Preeti also starts going with them when vivek speaks)
Vivek:"bhaisab me soch raha tha ki kyun na aaj bache rahi ruk gaye raat ko. Waise bhi packing aur shaadi ki bahut saari tayariyan karni hai help mil gayegi "
Chachaji:(looks at rakesh and tauji then at the kids)"humhe koyi problem nahi hai"
Vishaka:" Swati Amrita hema kamya me tum sabki parents ko bhi call karke bol devi hoon ki ur staying "
Girls:"ji aunty"(Soon the Agrawal left. Vishaka asked Arjun and juhi to also stay but they declined as they had some work at home.)
The Gang were helping in packing the stuff for shifting. Most of the items had already been shifted to the new house. As after mehendi Sameer and the gents will be living in the new house. While the ladies with Naina in the old one. Elders were already in bed while the girls thought of finish packing and the guys were upstairs in Rohan room packing while talking.
Kamya:"toh tune aur Preeti ne abhi tak naya ghar nahi dekha"
Naina:"Nahi yaar papa aur sameer kehe rahe hai surprise hai. Shaadi wale din hi dekhne ko milega"
Preeti:"koyi na behen intezar ka phal meeta hota hai"
Amrit:"Waise kal toh sameer ka haal dekhne kayak hoga 2 din tak tumse nahi mil sakta"
Preeti:"Bechare mere jijaji"(the girls continued to gossip when the door bell rang)
Naina:" raat me 11 bhaje kaun hoga"(the boys gang also come down hearing the bell )
Sameer:"Kaun hai naina"
Naina:"pata nahi"
Rohan:"ruku bhabhi me kholta hoon"(the gang follow rohan as he opens the doors to see no one)
Munna:"yahan toh koyi nahi hai"(he said as they close the door and settle down in the living room. After about 10 min again the door bell ring)
This time it scared the girls. Sameer goes and opens the door to see no one.
Sameer:"yeh kya mazzac chal raha hai."(he said looking out into the darkness )
Naina voice over
Dhak dhak dhak dhak...Kabhi aap bhi essi situation me aaye hai jab Aapko aapke haar ek heartbeat ki awaz aayi...(laughs) ek dam horror movie jaisa scene tha. Bus dekhna yeh hai ki is horror movie ka end kaisa tha..Kya hum kishi bhoot se mile.... Ya phir kishi chudail se (laughs)
