sometimes i'm scrambled. (created November 2nd, 2019) (ended July 15th, 2020) More

waiting
run into the burning building
useless, unused book
slanted
screams coming from the trees
paradise
purple nail polish
a light storm
goo
move like the weather.
autumn harvest candle
prosperity
dissociation
rupture
the lake isn't real
trains
brickwall flower in the teeth
dirty television static
katie pie's final
a swimming silence
greatful
the slow mile
of this blanket
eccentric loss
lost sense of self
her storm
honeydew and cantaloupe
beyond the never there
reality grows
3 am calling
headshots
i wrote this to try and help my friend understand
eating oatmeal for the first time
the stars of your life

i try to keep the memory of a dream i've never had alive.
i try to remember the fleeting moments once mentioned yet never seen.
what could it look like?
flashing, blazing colors to never be remembered.
i remember orange.
something was burning into the blue, black night sky.
what color were the birds?
a color too magnificent to commit to the brain.
it was beautiful, i can tell you that.
the way the eyes shine in the sun light,
and how gas couldn't even be spotted.
a wonderful emporium of gas light never captured in the museum fight.
you'll never see it again.
but it was very beautiful.
filled to the brim with sublime.
somber to the brightest extent.
