~(Y/n)'s POV~
Blaziken, Mightyena, and Charizard let out happy cry as I felt a hand on my hip. I turned around and saw Leon smiling at me. "So let's get to know each other better since we are alone," Leon suggested as he smiled down at me. I sat down with Blaziken and Mightyena on either side of me and Leon and Charizard set up a fire.
Leon and Charizard walked up to us as Leon looked down at Mightyena, "Mightyena may I sit next to (Y/n)?" Mightyena whined as she nuzzled her head into my thigh. "You could sit on our laps after I sit down," Leon suggested as Mightyena looked up at him and cocked her head to the side, "Please Mightyena I promise I will give all the pets and pats you want."
Mightyena got up and moved in front of me while Leon sat next to me. Charizard sat next to Leon and Mightyena curled up on our laps. I put my hand on Mightyena's back softly stroking her fur as Leon put his hand on mine. "So what shall we talk about (Y/n)," Leon questioned as I looked at him with a slight blush on my cheeks.
Now let's continue shall we?
~(Y/n)'s POV~
"Well maybe we should talk about food because I am starving. But we can also talk about other things, like personal relationships," I suggested as Leon cocked his head to the side. "What do you mean by that," Leon questioned as Mightyena looked up at him. "I'm talking about your girlfriend or boyfriend," I suggested once again while Mightyena and Blaziken rolled their eyes.
"I don't have a girlfriend or a boyfriend (Y/n). What about you," Leon asked as Mightyena and Blaziken looked at you with a look that said, 'That worked?' "I don't have a boyfriend or a girlfriend either," I responded as Leon held my hand. I chuckled as Mightyena yipped happily.
"Do you have a crush on any of the Gym Leaders or the Elite Four," Leon questioned as I started to laugh. "Oh Rayquaza no. All of them are too old for me except Tate and Liza who are younger than me," I roared with laughter. Leon's cheeks flushed as I thought for a moment.
"Well I did have a small crush on the previous Champion Steven Stone," I admitted while I rubbed the back of my neck. "R-really," Leon stuttered as he frowned and pulled his hand away from me. "Well of course I did. He was the heart throb of the Hoenn Region but when I became the Champion I obviously lost my interest," I explained as Leon started to smile again.
"Well do you have a crush on one of the Gym Leaders," I asked as Leon took his turn to laugh. "Of course not (Y/n), none of them are my type," Leon replied while he went to grab my hand once again.
Suddenly we heard a loud roar and we all stood up. Blaziken, Mightyena, and Charizard stood in front of us as I gawked at the giant, towering pokemon in front of us. "What in the Giratina is that," I questioned frantically as Leon looked calm.
"It's an out of control Dynamaxed pokemon. We need to stop it before it destroys the Wild Area, come on," Leon declared as he and Charizard started to go towards the sound.
I looked at Blaziken and Mightyena as I nodded as we ran after them. When we got to Leon and Charizard my eyes widdened in fear as my eyes laid on a giant pokemon that looked like a UFO I saw in a movie. "L-leon... what is that thing," I questioned as I froze in place.
Leon looked at me as his facial expression softened. He came up to me and grabbed my hand, "It's alright (Y/n), I'm here for you. It's just a Gigantamax Orbeetle we just have to defeat it and it will stop." I looked at Leon and smiled, "Let's do this Leon."
"So how do we defeat this thing Leon," I questioned as Leon threw out another pokeball. Another pokemon I have never seen before appeared in front of me. "(Y/n) this is Dragapult, we need four pokemon to take Orbeetle down," Leon declared as I nodded.
"Well Leon you wanted to see what Mega Evolution is made of," I stated as I let go of his hand, moved away from him, and he looked at me in wonder. I held up my wrist with my Mega Bracelet as streams of light connected my Key Stone to Blaziken's Blazikenite.
"Through our strength and love ignite the spark between us. Let's show everyone our bond, Blaziken MEGA EVOLVE," I screamed as a bright light surrounded and bursted as Mega Blaziken.
I smirked as I looked at Leon, "Let's do this," I stated as Mega Blaziken and Mightyena stood in front of me and Charizard and Dragapult stood in front of Leon. "Blaziken use Blaze Kick, Mightyena use Crunch," I ordered as they started to go towards the Orbeetle. "Charizard let's Gigantamax and use G-Max Wildfire, Dragapult use Shadow Ball," Leon ordered as I watched Charizard become larger and different from before.
All of them used there moves as the Orbeetle looked hurt. Orbeetle let out a loud screech as a screen covered it. "What was that," I questioned as Leon stepped in front of me. "Orbeetle put up a barrier, so it's going to be harder to damage it," Leon explained as Charizard roared at the Orbeetle.
Orbeetle used a move that hurt Charizard and made the battlefield weird. "That was Max Mindstorm," Leon explained as he grabbed my hand once again, "Don't worry we just need to get the barrier down and we can defeat it." I smiled and blushed as Leon sqeezed my hand in comfort.
"Blaziken use Stone Edge, Mightyena use Crunch once again," I ordered. "Charizard use G-Max Wildfire once again, Dragapult use Flamethrower," Leon ordered. All of our pokemon used their moves causing the barrier to break.
Orbeetle used a move that sent green butterflies hitting our pokemon then used Bug Buzz on Charizard as well. "That was Max Flutterby and I think you know what Bug Buzz is," Leon asked as I nodded, "One more attack from all of our pokemon should beat Orbeetle."
"Are you sure it won't put up another barrier," I questioned. "It won't I promise," Leon stated as Charizard and Dragapult cried out in agreement. "Alright I trust you Leon. Blaziken use Blaze Kick and Mightyena use Sucker Punch," I declared as Blaziken and Mightyena nodded at me.
They attack using their moves and it looks like Orbeetle is going to faint. "Alright let's finish this Charizard use Max Airstream, Dragapult use Shadow Ball," Leon ordered as both of them attacked Orbeetle.
An explosion of purple and red surrounded the Orbeetle as we watched it change and decrease in size. Orbeetle cried as it quickly looked around and hovered away quickly.
Charizard turned back to normal as Blaziken looked at me. I nodded as he returned back to normal as well. "So first time battling with a Dynamax/Gigantamax pokemon. Did you enjoy it," Leon questioned as he returned Dragapult to their pokeball.
"It was certainly interesting. Did you enjoy the power of Mega Evolution," I questioned as I looked down at our hands, that were still entwined. "It was amazing! And a lot of people can use it," Leon asked as I shook my head. "Not a lot of people, just select poeple who have Key Stones and Mega Stones," I explained as Leon started to lead me back to our campsite.
"Oh so if I found a Key Stone and a Mega Stone for me and Charizard, he could Mega Evolve," Leon asked as I nodded my head. "Well you're lucky because Charizard is one of a few pokemon that can Mega Evolve, plus it has two different Mega Evolutions," I kept explaining as Leon's eyes lit up.
"Two different Mega Evolutions? That is amazing," Leon exclaimed while he smiled at me. I watched him while giving off a huge smile as he tried to figure out our way back to our campsite.
I smiled gently as I observed his striking yellow eyes and his cape and long purple hair waving behind him as he walked. I glanced down at our hands, his thumb glazing over the top of my hand. I felt my cheeks heat up and quickly looked away from him.
After a few more minutes we finally got back to the campsite. Blaziken, Charizard, and Mightyena sat down near Leon's tent while I let go of Leon's hand and sat down in my original spot. Leon sat down next to me and glanced my way.
We sat in silence for a few minutes, I looked up at the sky. "So how long are you going to be in Galar," Leon questioned, making me look back at him. "Few weeks," I stated as he smiled at me.
"And you are staying in Motostoke with Kabu," Leon asked while he started to run the back of his neck. "Yep, he was kind enough to put up with me," I stated and let out a giggle. I looked at Leon, who looked semi-deep in thought, and gave him a smile. He smiled back and took a deep breath.
"Would you like to spend those few weeks with me," Leon boldly offered as I blushed. "What are you going on about Leon," I questioned while Leon gently placed his hand over mine.
"I am just asking a beautiful girl, who happens to be a strong and dependable Champion, if she would spend time with me," Leon coyly answered as he used his other hand to cup my cheek, "As something more than what we are now."
I stared at Leon with wide eyes, "B-b... but we j-just met." Leon leaned closer to me, his lips hovering over mine, "That's how I know you are the one. This is love at first sight." Then my next words were muffled by Leon placing his lips on mine.
The hand that was on my hand immediately wrapped around my waist, the hand on my cheek drawing my face closer to his. Finally realizing what was going on, I closed my eyes and wrapped my arms around his neck. I started to kiss back and we stayed like that for a while.
Feeling his lips leave mine I opened my eyes, "Wow." Leon chuckled at me as my cheeks flushed with a pink blush. "Wow (Y/n)? Really," Leon questioned as he gently kissed my nose. "That... that was... amazing Leon," I stated as Leon grinned. "It wasn't just amazing it was bloody brilliant love," Leon stated happily as his accent sent a warm feeling throughout my body.
"So you didn't answer my question," Leon pointed out as he rubbed my cheek gently, "Are you going to spend your time with me, as my girlfriend?" I smirked and leaned my forehead against his, "I thought that kissing back was the answer, but I will answer you again."
And with that, I leaned in and kissed him gently. Leon kissed me back as I ran my hands through his hair. I pulled back and kissed Leon's nose, "Now do you have your answer?" "Yes I do (Y/n)," Leon responded while we pulled away from each other. We heard cries as Blaziken, Charizard, and Mightyena came over to us.
Mightyena jumped on Leon and yipped happily. "Well ello Mightyena, you must be happy that we got together," Leon stated happily as Blaziken and Charizard sat down next to us. Charizard let out a cry of happiness and Blaziken leaned his head on my shoulder.
I stroked Blaziken's head and Mightyena's fur while Leon kissed my cheek. "I think all of them are happy," I stated as I turned to Leon. "Well are you happy love," Leon questioned as I nodded my head rapidly. "Of course I am Leon! This has been amazing," I replied as I kissed his cheek gently.
~Leon's POV~
We sat outside until the sun went down, talking about our lives. I watched as Blaziken and Charizard laid down next to each other near the dying fire. Mightyena curled up at our feet and started to fall asleep. "This was an amazing day Leon," (Y/n) muttered while she snuggled her head into my shoulder.
"It was (Y/n). You sleepy love," I questioned as she nodded into my shoulder. I chuckled as I brought her closure to me, so she was sitting on my lap. "Wrap your arms and legs around me," I stated as I got up, holding her thighs. (Y/n) wrapped her arms around my neck, her legs around my waist, and snuggled her head into the crook of my neck.
I gently stepped around Mightyena and started to walk to the tent. "Where are we going Lee," (Y/n) whispered as I gently kissed the crown of her head. I gently brought her inside of the tent where I had my cot set up. I set her down on the cot gently and she whimpered when I let go of her.
I took off my cape, my hat, and my shirt. I yawned as I laid down next to (Y/n). She turned to face me, placed her hand on my chest, and snuggled closer to me. In return I turned to face her, wrapped my arms around her waist, and kissed her forehead.
Mightyena quickly came into the tent and laid at our feet once again. Iquickly covered us up with a blanket I had next to us and went back to hold her waist. I chuckled as (Y/n) kissed my chest, "Night night Lee." "Good night (Y/n)," I replied as we both fell asleep.
