You feel Jimin's hand very tenderly grazing your back as you lift your head up and look at him, his eyes slightly puffy from obvious exhaustion.
"Jimin...why are you still awake?..."
"I want to enjoy this moment."
"What?..."
"This moment of you being relaxed...you've had a bad day."
"Jimin you should go to sleep too...you look tired..."
"It's alright, I want to stay awake."
Wiggling yourself further up on Jimin's chest you watch his cheeks turn a darker shade under the pale moonlight shining through the window, your chin resting on your folded hands.
"Jimin...why won't you sleep around me?"
"H-Huh?..."
"You never sleep around me...is there a reason?.."
Jimin seems to get physically uncomfortable as he shifts and sits up while still holding you, his face burrowing into your neck.
"I...I...I have a hard time sleeping...I have to take a sleeping pill that helps me sleep...and during that sleep...I have night frights...and I often get v-violent...so anytime someone else sleeps with me I just stay awake..."
"You...you stay awake all night?..."
"I don't wanna hurt anyone...especially you...it scares me..."
You look down at Jimin while leaning forward and wrapping your arms around him tightly, your hand moving up and down his back softly.
"I'll so sleep with Jungkook then so you can rest you're tired-"
"No...I like holding you...you're so soft...and warm..."
"I'm surprised I'm not crushing you."
"You aren't crushing me. You shouldn't doubt your beauty."
Jimin leans up and lays his forehead on yours while placing his hands on your cheeks, his warm breath fanning against your skin as he gives you a warm smile.
"You're so beautiful Y/N. You have no idea."
Jimin...
"Um...I wasn't able to make dinner...do you want something to eat?..."
"What time is it?"
"3am..."
"Y/N you need to sleep."
"I will! But I want you to sleep too...please...let's eat a good meal together then I'll go sleep with Jungkook and you can get some rest...we um..have school tomorrow..."
You look at Jimin's face and watch him smile wider, his hands tenderly moving down to your waist.
"Alright then...only if I can help you cook."
You nod softly and get off of Jimin's lap while dragging him into the kitchen, his back leaning against the counter.
"What are you going to make?"
"Um...well...I haven't been to the store...sooo I can heat up some ramen?"
"That sounds good to me."
Jimin smiles and wraps his arms around your back as you put water in the cups of noodles, your cheeks heating up with a blush.
"Jimin..."
"What? You said I could help?"
"This isn't helping."
"Sure it is, I'm supporting you!"

With a mischievous grin Jimin turns and places a small kiss on your temple while taking a deep breath, his hands hooked around your waist.
"When are you going to see your mom again."
You freeze in your place and swallow hard as your reality comes crashing down on you, your entire form stiffening at his words.
"Um...I...I don't know..."
"We should go see her tomorrow."
"W-We?.."
"Why not? I need to meet your parents...plus Jungkook is pretty stable right now...maybe we could get call your friend Hobi and he could take you and I there."
"I...I don't know Jimin..."
You let out a small squeak when Jimin moves to where he's leaning against you as you're now leaning on the counter, one hand resting on the counter and the other on the bend in your waist.
"Jagiya...I know it's going to be difficult for you to be there alone. Please let me go with you? Don't bear this on your own...I want to be part of your life, good or bad."
"Jimin...."
"The next time you go you don't have to take me with you, but just this time."
You look up at your boyfriend and wrap your arms around his waist while nodding against his chest, your voice a small painful whisper.
"Okay..."
"Good."
"Oh...the ramen is done..."
Grabbing the two cups of noodles you squeal when Jimin grabs your waist and lifts you up onto the counter, his hand reaching in the silverware drawer to grab out two sets of metal chopsticks.
"Jimin we could just eat at the table.."
"Or, we can eat like this."
With a small giggle you scoot forward and help Jimin hold his chopsticks and get them into his cup as you blow on the hot noodles, Jimin's black hair lightly parting down the side.
"Ooo, your hair looks nice parted like that."
"Like what?"
You carefully take your fingers and begin parting Jimin's hair then you kiss his now exposed forehead, his eyebrows raised with confusion.
"I parted your hair and it looks really handsome, you have more bangs on one side than the other."
"Oh...you...you like it."
Jimin's cheek turn fire red as he reaches up and feels his hair, a slightly frustrated huff emitting from his throat.
"My hair feels really long."
"Do you want me to give you a haircut?"
"You don't have to...I just didn't know I could do my hair like this."
"I really like it!"
"You think it's handsome?"
"Mhm!"
"Alright then..then I like it too."
"Finish your noodles so you can go to bed handsome."

"Goodnight Jimin..."
"Goodnight Jagiya."
Jimin grabs your waist and leans forward while pressing a small kiss on your lips, his forehead staying on yours for a couple seconds after breaking the kiss.
"I'll see you in the morning."
"Okay..."
You turn and walk into Jungkook's room while crawling under his covers as he shifts and lets out a tiny whine, his arms immediately wrapping around your body.
"Noona..."
"Shhh go to sleep Kookie."
"But Noona's here to snuggle..."
"Shhh I'll still be snuggling when you wake up okay?"
"Oh...okay...I'll sleep then...so Noona can snuggle..."
He's so out of it...
As you lay in the darkness snuggled up to Jungkook you allow a few extra tears to roll down your cheeks, your hand reaching up and gently cradling his face.
Such a sweet boy...
How can the world do so much to someone like him...and yet he's still so precious...
