(TIME SKIP)
1 month later and Jungkook is still looking for Taehyung...he had searched every single corner of this place and yet there was no trace.
What he didn't know was that Taehyung was living in the same house as his best friend and his mate.
To say that Jungkook was heartbroken would be an understatement.
Knowing that Taehyung could die any moment or even worse be dead...he couldn't sleep at night.
It's been a week since hes had a good night sleep...let alone a decent meal!
Jimins heart was breaking at the sight of his friend being so miserable....yet he still couldn't tell him about Taehyung.
He couldn't tell him how horrible Taehyung was right now....how he can't even speak a single word without starting to cough up blood.
Yoongi and Jimin has been trying their hardest to find that bastard Sehun....yet they had no luck.
( A/N it hurts how I keep on calling my baby Sehun a bastard 🤧 )
Right now Jimin was sitting in front of Jungkooks bed while the younger was finally getting a bit of sleep thanks to Jins tea.
"I wish I could just tell him...." Jimin felt his eyes stinging...his chest tightening at the sight of his heartbroken friend.
"Let's just hope Yoongi got a lead". Jin smiled at the younger patting his shoulder.
Just at his mention, Yoongi rushed into Jungkooks room holding a paper in his hand.
He kept on panting trying to catch his breath, while Jimin rushed to him.
"I...I f..found him". Yoongi said in between breathes.
"WHAT!" Jimin exclaimed in disbelief not believing that after all this time they had finally found that bastard.
"I already sent a few people after him...he won't have anywhere to go". Yoongi smiled and Jimin leaped onto him hugging him tightly.
"Now we just have to wait for Jungkook to wake up". Jimin sighed in relief....finally his friend would get his happy ending.
He of course knew that Jungkook had feelings for Taehyung.
Of course before he would've said how crazy Jungkook was to be in love with such a person.
But now....after he found out all the things Taehyung had been through for Jungkook.
He couldn't help but think that there's no one that's better for Jungkook.
But that doesn't mean that Jimin wouldn't keep an eye on Taehyung....Jungkook was still his best friend.
"I'm gonna go check on Tae". Yoongi kisses his boyfriend goodbye and then left.

"Taehyung! Taehyung we finally f-" Yoongi started rushing into the house...but the sight in front of him made him swallow his words.
Taehyung was laying on the floor blood all around him....and what was worse was that despite Yoongi calling him he didn't respond.
"TAEHYUNG!" Yoongi exclaimed rushing to his brother side and trying to wake him up....yet all his attempts failed.
Yoongi felt his eyes sting and his hands that were currently holding Taehyung started shaking.
"TAEHYUNG OPEN YOUR EYES....please". Yoongi sobbed trying to shake him awake but failing yet again.
He had just lost the only family he had left....he had just lost his brother who had always been there for him.
Yoongi slammed his tightly clenched fists onto the hard wooden floor and kept on crying.
Down on his knees, he kept on sobbing and wiping away the blood from his brothers face.
"Tae please...." Yoongi whispered softly hoping that Taehyung would open his eyes....
He felt his phone vibrate in his pocket and saw that the caller was Jimin.
Jimin: Babe hows Taehyung? Did you tell him? How did he react?
Yoongi: J...Jiminie... (Sob)

Jimins hand that was holding the phone up to his ear started shaking.
He felt the whole world crash on his shoulder over his boyfriends words....
"H...he's gone?" He whispered in disbelief, tears rolling down his cheeks.
"I...it's can't be". Jimin muttered crashing down on his knees....he looked at Jungkook sleeping soundly and his heart broke even more.
More tears flowed down his cheeks....how could this happen to his friend...
"I'm so sorry for not being able to save him Kookie...I'm so sorry". He whispered wiping away the tears only for more to drop down.
He walked slowly to his friends side and held his hand and squeezed it tightly.
"I'm so sorry....." Jimin whispered once more trying to hold back the sobs so that he wouldn't wake the younger up.

"TAEHYUNG!" Jungkook shot up from the bed and rushed trying to get up.
Jimin suddenly rushed into the room and went to hold up the younger whos body was probably still weak from lack of sleep.
"I...I need to go...I need to find him Jimin...I need to find him". Jungkook muttered, tears rolling down his red cheeks.
"I...I know where he is..." Jimin whispered his heart breaking at his friends expression.
"We need to go right now Jimin...LETS GO". Jungkook pulled his friend by the arm and rushed out the door.
Jimins tears started flowing yet again...he couldn't bring himself to tell Jungkook that Taehyung was dead already.
He just couldn't....
So he let himself be dragged out while they made their way to Yoongis house.
Which of course made Jungkook confused yet he did it ask...all he cared about was seeing Taehyung again.

"Jimin why are we here?" Jungkook fianlly asked when they made their way into Yoongis house.
Jimin took a deep breath...yet before he could say anything Yoongi entered the room.
"H...he's outside....by the beach". Yoongi muttered trying to hold back his tears.
After he had finished talking to Jimin on the phone he tried to get up yet someone gripped the hem of his shirt.
Taehyung wasn't dead!
He was unconscious and weak...he was so close to death yet he was still struggling.
All he could hear Taehyung say was one harsh whisper....
Jungkook....
As soon as Yoongi said those words Jimins expression turned to one of confusion while Jungkook didn't waste another minute and ran out to Taehyung.
While Yoongi was telling Jimin what had happened...Jungkook ran all the way to the shore where there was a big tree placed.
It was weird how there was a tree on the shore...but Yoongis had planted it here somehow.
And it has grown a lot since then.
"T...TAEHYUNG". As soon as Jungkook saw Taehyungs figure he rushed his way....yet the sight of him made Jungkooks heart sink to his stomach.
"Taehyung!". Jungkook squatted down right next to Taehyung who was leaning against the tree.
He looked...terrible!
He looked so pale....so thin, as if he hadn't eaten nor slept for months!
"T...taehyung can you hear me?" Jungkook whispered holding the olders face so that he was facing him.
Taehyung looked as if he was about to say something yet as soon as he opened his mouth blood came out.
What was shocking was that the blood he coughed up was black!
"TAEHYUNG!! Help! Jiminie, Yoongi help!" Jungkook calles for them his tears flowing down his heart breaking even more.
Yet Yoongi and Jimin didn't come knowing that there was no hope anymore....
Of course they wanted to go but...Taehyung told Yoongi that he wanted to be alone with Jungkook in his last moment.
And the two respected that...yet hearing Jungkooks screams and attempts at helping Taehyung made the two break down in silent sobs.
"Please Taehyung....dont leave me...." Jungkook sobbed brushing the olders cheeks with his thumbs.
