No, you're not seeing things. This book has ONE. MILLION. READS. What?!?!? I swear it barely just had like 40k how the heck are we at ONE. MILLION?!?!
You are all the best in the entire freaking world. I cannot comprehend that this story has one million reads. I just can't. I remember freaking out because 10k, and 50k, and 100k and every hundred-k and now we're in the millions.
You guys have no freaking clue how amazing you are, because you all think I'm some sort of like higher being because of the amount of reads/followers I have. Which is bullshit, trust me, because you guys are the one who constantly read this and leave me comments (5.7k) and constantly vote (14.4k). Like how can I not be so happy and reply to your messages and comments?
I seriously try to read every single one of your comments, even if I don't reply. And I'm sorry for everything that I've promised and never finished, if you send me a long-ass message about it, I won't care. I need the motivation to constantly update or else this story would go down the drain like my forty-nine other stories that I rarely ever update.
This story is like that one trophy you have on a shelf that you're constantly looking at and publishing, and practicing the thing that gave you that trophy.
1 million reads is that trophy, and writing is me practicing. Like I can't believe that we've come to one million reads already. I'm in shock and I love ever single one of you.
I don't care what your story is, what you've done, who you're friends with, who you like/d--I don't care, you're all basically family and you've done so much for me that I can't not love you.
So believe me when I say that you're all the most amazing people ever, and I love you so freaking much. I can't believe how far we've come, and can't begin to fathom what the future holds for me and my writing. I just want you all to know that everything that's happened so far with my writing is because of you.
I could be the most amazing writer on the planet, but if none of you had bothered to click on my story and read it, and follow me, and read my other stories, it wouldn't matter. You're the ones who matter, you're the ones who have gotten me this far so all of this belongs to you. All of this amazing glory and the most amazing feelings--they belong to you. You're the one who did this, you're the ones who made any of this possible.
If I wasn't getting readers, I wouldn't bother with actually writing, but this story is constantly going up in reads and it's all thanks to you and I'm rambling now.
