"But I'm already married, so I can't get married again"
"Mummy, he said you can."
"But I have no dress."
"Here, it is mummy."
Aaliyah quickly got changed, and went back to her daughter. Her daughter walked her up, and put Aaliyah's hand in Jameels. "Ready latte?" Aaliyah smiled and nodded. Aaliyah and Jameel renewed their vows. When they got went to the reception venue, Aaliyah and Jameel had their first dance, all over again. Aaliyah kept touching Jameels face, to make sure it was him. She was so happy and emotional. She thought this day would never come again. Aaliyah lay her head on Jameels shoulder, as they rocked side to side. Jameel kissed the top of Aaliyah's head.
"I know you've got so many questions. How, what, why? I'll explain everything later." Aaliyah nodded, and for the moment just enjoyed being back where she belonged. In her Jameels arms. The evening drew to a close, and Aaliyah, Jameel and their little family went back to their room. Aaliyah put her children to bed, and came and found Jameel.
"Right, where do I start?"
"At the beginning. I need to know everything."
"I never lied to you. After the car accident, I really didn't know who you were."
"Then how?"
"You seemed familiar to me somehow, that's why I asked you to tell me our story, because I honestly thought it'd trigger something in me."
"Did it?"
"Yes. As you were telling me, I was getting flashes and images in my head"
"How did you remember?"
"Remember that day you told me my wife loved me. Well after you left the room, I found our wedding picture. Suddenly, everything came back to me. I understood the reason I was being pulled towards you, despite you being a complete stranger."
"Why didn't you tell me?"
"Why didn't you tell me? You could have told me who I am. I'm your husband Aaliyah for heaven's sake. Doesn't that mean anything?"
"Of course it does. Jameel your my world. I wanted to tell you, I really did."
"Then why?"
"I couldn't."
"Why not?"
"Because the doctor told me not to. He said you had to remember yourself. He told me if I told you, it would have an impact on your brain. Then who knows what would have happened? I couldn't take the risk. I'm sorry Jameel."
