That day, he fled the dining hall, his feet finding their way outside.
He found Draco sitting on his own on the grass.
After a hesitant moment, he walked towards him.
"No Crabe? No Goyle today?" he called. His voice was carried away by the wind, but he knew Draco heard.
"No, they don't hang around with me anymore." He told him, he wouldn't look at Harry.
He followed his gaze towards the lake, he couldn't help but think of how close they had been, how his heart stood as still as the world around him.
"Why?" he asked.
"Haven't you heard?" Draco wanted to scream, but it came out as a whisper.
"No." Harry raised a brow.
"Then you'll learn soon enough, I suppose." He didn't say anything after that. Harry couldn't do anything but walk away.
