Lisa's POV
I'm walking down the streets of Seoul fully equipped with my mask, cap, sunglasses hoping that no one would recognise me.
It's about 2pm now and I'm starving. Waking up this morning with a badass hangover probably wasn't the best way to start today but I couldn't help it.
All I remember from last night was Jisoo pestering me to go to a party so she could meet the "love of her life", Jennie.
I've had a pretty rough week, packed with interviews and just loads of work.
Don't get me wrong though, I love my job.
It's just a little exhausting, so Jisoo has great intentions of taking me out.
Kim Ji-soo
Last Night
"Hurry up Lisa! You 바보 we're gonna be so late!!," Jisoo screaming in my ears.
"Calm down loser, it's not like Jennie's going to turn into a frog if you're 15 minutes late."
Jisoo gave me her "death-stare" but honestly it was hard to take her seriously with that face.
I quickly put on some clothes and a leather jacket just so she would shut up.
"Are you sure you want to wear that.. to go clubbing??," she said annoyingly.
"Yeap, it's comfy and who the hell do I need to impress anyway?," I answered.
She opened her mouth and as she was about to speak, her phone started to ring. "Jisoo! Are you coming tonight?" and some other blah blah blah.
All I could hear after that was the sound of Jisoo slapping me out of my room. Rude.
We got to the underground club, and just walked past the bouncers into the poorly lit space.
"Ugh, great now I have to mingle with strangers," I said, teasing Jisoo.
She was too busy trying to look for Jennie in the crowd.
Suddenly there was a tap on her shoulder and as she turned around, standing there was Jennie.
Jisoo's face lighting up as she hugged her and Jennie looked at me. "Hey Lisa, it's been awhile. I missed you."
I looked at her and smiled "Yeah, it's been ages."
Jennie Kim
I've known Jennie for probably longer than I've known most people, ever since... okay maybe let's not wander there for now.
Jennie is now incredibly successful after she's joined Blackpink; with Jisoo and.. Rosé. Having not even physically mention her name, I feel myself sighing from trying not to reminisce.
My head pounding as I rushed down the crowded street as the lights turned green.
For a moment I forgotten why I was there. Truly, I didn't feel hungry anymore.
But a girl's still gotta eat, so I was eyeing a Vietnamese restaurant just around the corner.
Before I could even enter through the doors I felt my phone vibrating in my hand.
I really hope it's not my manager cause there might or might not be something's I'd have to explain to him.. whoops.
I glanced at the Caller ID and was relieved when it said "Kim Jisoo".
"LISA ARE YOU AWAKE?" she yelled. I rolled my eyes at her greeting "you don't have to scream, jeez. Yes I am Sherlock."
Here's how she did "not" scream at me on the phone go:
Jisoo: Yah! Lisa Manoban! Do you remember what happened last night??
Lisa: No, but I'm betting you're about to tell me something ridiculous?
Jisoo: Damn it Lisa!! What do you mean you don't remember?
Lisa: What do you mean what do I mean??
Jisoo: Last night at the party? With Jennie? And everyone was there, including Chaeyou-
Lisa: Wait what? ... I don't remember any of this. All I know was I went and said hi to Jennie.. then I ordered some rounds for random people..
Jisoo: Uh huh.. and?
Lisa: Then I was walking to the bar to grab water...
Jisoo: You're getting closer to it..
Lisa: And I remembered bumping into someone and saying hell- oh shit.
Jisoo: And she's got it.
Lisa: SHIT. NO. NO NO NO NO.
Jisoo was just laughing at my little meltdown. No, did I really talk to her last night?
Did I say something stupid? Or even worse... did I DO something stupid??
Damn it Lisa, why can't you just be a sober, boring normal person.
"Did I say or do anything stupid to Chae.. I mean Rosé last night?" I said, trying to play it cool while pushing the door open.
"I mean, compared to all the other stupid shit you normally do.." Jisoo trailed off.
"Damn it. Why can't I escape from Ros-" about to finish my sentence as I accidentally bumped a table in front of me.
"Oh my gosh, I'm so sorry" I was a little frantic cause phó is boiling hot and I hoped I didn't burn this person with the splashing soup.
Instantly picking up the napkin on the table and reaching to help her wipe off the spill.
"Lisa..." said an all-too-familiar voice. I lifted my eyes to see who it was.
"Uh, Jisoo.. I'mma have to call you back."
Rosè (Roseanne) Park Chaeyoung
I stared at her face and tried to speak but my whole body was just frozen.
Finally I mustered up the courage to utter "Chae.. I mean Rosé."
It was so weird. I didn't even know what to call her anymore.
She looked too damn beautiful as always and I hated how it made my heart skipped two beats.
For a moment it felt like I was staring at her for the very first time.
Not to be entirely dramatic, it's just the way she makes me feel every time I see her.
My Rosie. My precious, beautiful Rosie.
My first instinct was to run and hug her for hours but I couldn't get over the fact that it happened.
