Lili's PoV
The boys looked around the hotel while I was looking around in my bag.
"I swear it was just in my hand." I muttered under my breath as I rummaged through my backpack, looking for my phone.
I mumbled incoherent words under my breath as I panicked about losing my phone.
I felt a tap on my shoulder.
"I'm busy." I mumbled a little loudly.
The person tapped on my shoulder again.
"Hold on." I say getting annoyed.
Then I felt the person do it again.
I turned around in frustration to face the person and snap at him but stopped when I saw Mr. Giraffe holding my phone.
I scoffed.
"You had it the whole time?!" I exclaimed.
He shrugged.
"Why didn't you tell me?" I ask narrowing my eyes at him and snatching my phone before muttering a 'thank you'.
"You never asked." He said blankly.
I roll my eyes.
"You could've said something." I mumbled and stuffed my phone in my back pocket.
I averted my attention to coach who was trying to get everyone's attention.
He proceeded to tell everyone about which rooms we are put in.
I had my own room to myself considering I am the only girl around.
We were all given our keys and then we went to the elevator as we went to our respective rooms.
Sadly, my room is across Kyle and Giraffie's room. I'm gonna start calling him Giraffie instead, Mr. Giraffe is too long. No pun intended.
I jumped in the comfortable bed while throwing my suitcase in the corner.
I changed into an oversized T-shirt tucked in a pair of high waist blue denim shorts.
I tied my hair into a messy ponytail and took my phone as I jumped on my comfortable bed.
I was playing games on my phone with my head hanging off the bed when two dimwits barged in my room.
I squeaked and tumbled off my bed.
Kyle laughed his ass off while Giraffie looked at me amused.
I roll my eyes at them.
"Have some respect, would you? What if I was naked when you two came in?" I narrowed my eyes at them.
"But you weren't." Kyle smirked.
"Stupid ass." I mutter getting up the floor. "What are you morons doing here?" I ask.
"We're going to the field for training." He says.
"Already? But it's so hot outside." I groaned.
"Yes, already. What are you complaining about? You'll be under a roof while we burn to death." Kyle says.
"Yeah but it's still hot." I murmur.
He rolls his eyes at me and asks me to hurry up.
"Yeah, yeah." I mumble.
I follow him out the door with my phone I'm my hand.
I trail behind them, trying to get past level 117 in Helix Jump.
I was so focused in the game that I slammed right into something hard.
"What the fuck..." I trail off, looking up, I saw Ryder's built back.
He didn't bother turning around making me roll my eyes and walk in the elevator with them.
I ignored the boys' conversation, now trying to pass level 119.
I suck at games.
I walk around following them like a zombie and for the second time, I bumped into Giraffie's back again.
"Geez, what are you made of child?" I mumble.
"Muscle and hotness." Giraffie smirks.
"You mean bricks and cement." I mutter, looking away.
"Admit it, you think I'm hot." He says, smugly.
"Of course, I do. I also know you find me hot and sexy." I wink at him.
"Oh, Shortcake. You have no idea." He mumbles but I heard him anyway.
I could've sworn my heart skipped a beat at his words and tone.
"Guess what, kids? We're gonna jog from the hotel to the field." Coach says.
The boys groan but I had a question.
"What about me?" I ask. There is no way I'm going to jog that far.
"You can use the bus." Coach says and I grin smugly at the boys who were looking at me with envy.
Jokes on you!
"Don't worry, buddy. I'm sure those muscles are good for something." I say, patting Giraffie's shoulder.
I strutted to the bus and hopped in happily.

I was sitting at the top of the bleachers where no one was there, staring at Ryder like I have been for the past half an hour.
I wish I could just have him. Make him mine and let no other girl touch him.
Some of the cheerleaders were trying to get the boys' attention despite them being rivals.
I glare at the girl who threw a flying kiss at Ryder but when he ignored her I smiled smugly.
"Hey. I've never seen you around here." A hot guy popped out of nowhere came to me.
Damn, boy.
Not to mention he was shirtless and sweating.
"That's probably because I've never been around here." I retort.
He chuckles and holds out his hand.
"I'm Jackson." He says.
I think he meant to say Irrelevant.
"Are you really expecting me to introduce myself?" I say in disbelief.
He retracts his hand awkwardly and scratches the back of his neck.
"You're from the team here aren't you, Jackson." I emphasise his name.
"Yeah. And you're from..." He trails off.
"Wherever you want." I simply state as I watch Kyle coming up to me while glaring at the guy who sat next to me.
"Lili, what are you doing with him?" He spits out the last part with disgust.
I roll my eyes at his actions and my eyes somehow finds itself staring back into Ryder's eyes who was eyeing us cautiously with a hint of possessiveness?
I don't know anymore.
"I was just leaving De Ville." He says calmly but in a challenging time.
I raise my eyebrow at how he knew Kyle's last name.
Last time I check it was supposed to be a secret.
"Fuck off, Anderson." Kyle glares at him.
If I weren't his sister I would've been afraid of him but the only thought that crossed my mind is how funny he looked like.
I refrained myself from laughing when I recall the time he was watching gossip girls and throwing popcorn at the tv.
Sometimes I really find him funny when he's mad.
Which is why I had to bit my lip from laughing out loud at his face.
Instead of being scared, Jackson's smirk grew wider as he walked off to wherever.
"What was that about?" I raise and eyebrow at Kyle.
He waves me off and turns around.
"Don't ever talk to that guy again. He's bad news." Kyle says, seriously.
And so is Ryder but he's my Giraffe so it's mandatory for me to stay with him.
Why the hell did I make this about Ryder?
I swear sometimes I think he casted a spell on me or something.
"Whatever." I mutter and hopped down the stairs.
I froze when I saw Ryder staring at me with a soft look but I tried to ignore it and walked off, keeping my distance from even though all I wanted to do is get as close as I can to him and let it be like that forever.
I wonder what Kyle would think if he knew about my feeling and our occasional hookups.
Oh, how I've missed his lips on mine and my skin.
It feels like it's been forever since he's last hold me in his arms.
Okay, why am I suddenly feeling like this?!
...
Maybe the ice is finally melting.
Maybe your heart is finally accepting the feelings.
Maybe your mind is registering your true desires.
Maybe...maybe he wants you as much as you want him but no one is making a move.
Then...maybe I'll make the first move.

A/n: I know I know I know. My updates have been decreasing and I know you guys have been patient. I'm really sorry for my recent behavior. I was just going through some stuff...but don't worry, I'm getting better. I think. I don't know but I'll probably update more okay.
