I was running in my blue jean shorts and my green tang top with a green bow in my hair. I had Eevee and Archy out Eevee was on my right side Archy on left. I was almost out the forest so close to violet city my contest would be there.
"Sara wait up!!!" Jake called
behind me Kevin and Serena right behind him. But I kept going determined I saw a bright light then realized I was in violet city.
I sighed and waited for my friends.
"How....do.....you....have so much .....energy?" Jake said while falling on me.
(Dammit jake)
He was to heavy for me to handel by myself.
Eevee and Archy were watching with a smile on their face. Kevin and Serena finally came. I reached out for help. Serena ran to help and Kevin came walking over to help while laughing.
They got him off me and I was pissed. I hit him on his head and he woke up. He looked over at me and I pulled out a golf club his eyes widen and he ran toward the city me chasing him.
"SARA PUT THE GOLF CLUB DOWN!!!!!"
(I'm gonna kill you!!!!) I thought
But he stopped and I ran right into him.
(Owwww....) I moaned
I glared at him
(why did he stop) he looked at me
"Is that your voice."

(Since you can hear me......I'm gonna kill you!!!) pulled out a baseball bat
"NOOOOO!!!" he yelled and ran I chased him in hot pursuit when he dodge someone but I couldn't.

I nodded and my eyes met a purple pair of eyes a boy with black hair that covered one eye (kinda) and he had white skin. He helped me up and Jake came back.
(Tell him I'm sorry and I'm mute.)
"She's really sorry and she's mute so that's why I'm saying it for her."
Jake said quickly
The boy nodded and looked at me I smiled and notice that he blushed.
He grabbed my hand
"My name is falkner I'm the gym leader here." He kissed my hand I blushed
(This is weird....)
I was pulled closer by Jake who glared at Falkner.
Falkner smiled
"Are you battling my gym miss?"
I shook my head no and pointed at jake.
"He is are you gonna watch?"
I lifted my shoulders in a I don't know sign.
"We should go to the pokemon center Sara." Jake said
I nodded then looked at my pokemon. They got the message I waved bye to Falkner.
"Why are you waving?!" Jake growled I flinched
I looked at my pokemon ~time to do some testing~ they smirked
I had tears in my eyes he notice this and looked at me
"I didn't mean to be mean Sara I-

(For falling on me earlier.) I laughed silently and walked he smiled

"Do you like.....Falkner?"
I fell but got up quickly

"Really who?" he asked emotionless but I notice a hint of pain in his eyes I only knew him for a week and I've gained feelings for this boy I'm so stupid.

"Is Kevin your crush?"

Then I felt my phone vibrate on my green belt. I picked it up

Click I hung up she gonna be pissed.
I smiled at Jake and notice some blush again but why does it happen. I shrugged it off and walked into the pokemon center. I walked up to the lady with pink hair and blue eyes. I smiled at her and looked at my pokemon. They returned themselves and I have her the pokeballs.
"I'll be done in 5 mins."
I nodded.
I waited there and saw someone walk in. (oh shit she's got a flame thrower)
"SARA!!!!!"
She saw me and the nurse came back and I smiled and grabbed my pokeballs. I looked at Serena and stuck out my tongue. I regretted it soon after. I was being chased all over the city.
(SHITTTT!!!!!)
"GET BACK HERE SO I CAN COOK YOUR SORRY ASS!!!!!" Serena screamed
(RUN AWAY RUN AWAY)
I saw Falkner and ran near him and waved but regretted it soon. Serena cut up with me and and tripped me and I fell on Falkner. I blushed in embarrassment. I got up quickly to get grabbed by Serena. I looked at Falkner for help he was blushing a lot but notice this. He ran up to me and Serena and separated us. I saw Jake and Kevin who finally caught up. Jake instantly looked piss. I was confused by this till I realized Falkner was holding me in his arms to protect me from Serena. I pushed him off but tripped(damn my clumsiness) and Falkner caught me.
I sighed and this time got out of his arms without tripping. Jake grabbed me and began to walk off till
"Hey Jake, Sara who's this guy?" Kevin asked. Jake sighed angrily
"This is Falkner the gym leader and I'm taking Sara to sign up for the contest before it's to late."
I just realized this and dashed out of Jakes grasp and ran to the pokemon center with him on my heels. I made it there and Jake explained to her I wanted to join the contest. (Also I learned her name is nurse joy.) I got a ribbon case and a poffin case.
(Hey Jake go battle Falkner I have to do something here.) I thought quickly and left him. I ran to the kitchen
(Time to make poffins)

(All done 104 poffins) I thought
I released Eevee and Archy from there pokeballs and handed each a poffin.
At first they looked at each other and smelled it. They took a tiny bit and they seem to saver the flavor then I had bite marks on my hand from them "loving it sooo much"
~Let's go maybe we could watch Jakes battle in time or Kevin's.~
~ok~ said Eevee and they both got on my shoulder Eevee on my right and Archy on my left. I ran out of the pokemon center and searched for the gym. I eventually found it and ran in it.
I walked into the bleachers seeing Kevin shining his new badge and Serena ready to smack him. I ran up to them
"Hey Sara where have you been Jakes battle is about to start." Said Serena
I sat down next to her and pointed at Kevin.
"Yes he won his battle and is about to get smacked if he doesn't stop rubbing his DAMN BADGE!!!! Serena yelled the last part. This made Kevin stop. I looked towards the battle field.
JAKES PROV
I was about to chose my pokemon cyndquil when I saw Sara walk in with her pokemon on her shoulders. I saw her silently laugh. Then look towards me I smiled and wave. I look at Falkner who look pissed. I smirked and grabbed cyndquils pokeball
"Go cyndquil!!!"
"Go pidgey!!!"
I smiled can't wait to get this started.
"You can have the first move." I said
"That was your mistake." Falkner smiled
"TACKLE!"
"DODGE AND USE TACKlE!!"
Cyndquil barley dodged it and hit him and black flipped back smirking. Pidgey hit the wall and got back up in pain.
"Use gust!" falkner yelled
Oh shit I can't dodged
cyndquil got it in the attacked he hit the floor pretty hard but got up quickly.
"Use ember!"
Pidgey got hit and fell on the floor not getting up.
"Pidgey is unable to battle the first round goes to Jake!" the ref called
"Yeah cyndquil great job! Can you continue?"
Cyndquil nodded at me and face back towards Falkner ready to fight. I looked up at Sara who had a serious look on her face.
"Go pidgeotto!" Falkner said while throwing up a pokeball.
A bird came out it was the evolution from of pidgey.
I focused on this I have to prove I'm better than Falkner for Sara(wait why do I care of what she thinks of me never mind)
"Use ember!"
"Use gust to deflect it!!!"
The ember was cut off and cyndquil was caught in the gust and was thrown onto the floor way harder then last time. He tried getting up
"Now don't stop and use AIR SLASH!"
Cyndquil fell and the pokemon was still charging
"NO STOP CYNDQUIL!!!!" I yelled about to run into the field when the unbelievable happened.
SARA PROV
I watched as cyndquil was thrown back to the ground I knew from the beginning of the battle he wasn't gonna beat him he was to hurt. I heard Falkner call his move and cyndquil fainted
(HE'S STILL CHARGING!) then next thing I knew I jumped from the stands and ran and shielded cyndquil with my back facing the attack. I felt a slash on my back it was very painful and I saw blood splatter around me.
I heard people calling my name but I just got up with cyndquil in my arms and walked up to Falkner.
SLAP!
I slapped him on the face leaving my hand print and glared at him. I began walking back to Jake he looked at me with horror. I gave him cyndquil and smiled
(He's ok and that's all that matters stupid I'll lecture you later) I lost my balanced and fell into Jake's arms he held me tight and sat me down on the floor
(Continue your battle I know you have one more pokemon.) (win for me)
He put a fake smile and nodded
"Go Pidgey!!!"
A little bird pokemon came out ready to battle and I knew this pokemon will win because it's almost ready to move one to the next stage.
JAKES PROV
No matter how badly I wanted to take Sara to the hospital. I couldn't she was determined to watch this match. I sent out my next pokemon
"Go Pidgey!!!"
"Let's keep going falkner that's what Sara wants."
He broke from his shock and nodded.
"Go pidgeotto use gust!!!"
"Dodge it!!!" I called
Pidgey barley dodge it by an inch.
"Use air slash!!!"
Pidgey was hit hard to the ground
(cheer him on) I heard Sara say
I looked at her and put another fake smile just for her sake.
"Come on Pidgey you can do this I believe in you!!!!" I yelled then suddenly he turned to a bright light he got bigger and a long streak came from his head. He evolved into pidgeotto
"Yeah go pidgeotto!!" I called
(Wait so Pidgey was stronger than cyndquil? oh that explains a lot.)
I smiled then yelled
"Pidgeotto use gust!!!"
Pidgeotto began to use a move but it wasn't gust it was....
"TWISTER!!!!" I heard Kevin call
I smiled
"NOW PIGEOTTO!!!"
He released the powerful twister and it hit falkner's pidgeotto head on he hit the floor and didn't get back up.
"Jakes the challenger is the winner!!!"
The ref called
"Yeah we won!!" I said
Falkner came up to me and handed me a badge called the zephyr badge. I quickly accepted it and ran over to Sara who looked ready to faint. I picked her up bridal style and ran like hell to the pokemon center. I hope I can get there in time if I lose her I don't.....know what I would do.
