I walked around the academy,looking at Tanto's blade and the sheath while I walked not really paying attention to anything ahead of me.
' Blood leaks out of the sheath and there's none infused into the blade then me being summoned to a demon realm.... '
I kept thinking why Tanto's sheath would have blood leaking out of it and summoned to a demon realm,but Sothis said I should have died awhile ago.
' But,I have many scars which should've killed me in the end... '
???: Oh Y/N!
I stopped in my tracks and put Tanto back into it's sheath.
' Please not Manuela! Please not Manuela! '
I looked up to see Manuela there as she approached me with a smile on her face.
' FUCK! '
Y/N: Oh hello Manuela! How are you?
Manuela: Just doing fine,how's about you?
' Really good before you came here! '
Y/N: I'm doing good
Manuela: Then you won't mind coming with me for a moment
She grabs my arm and pulled me along with her as I looked around for anyone to help me. I spot Edelgard talking with Hubert and I made Manuela stop.
Y/N: Ah! I just remember that I was going to help Edelgard and Hubert!
Manuela: You're an assistant,I'm sure that Byleth could do that for you
' Assistant yes! But,I don't want you to take me somewhere else! '
Y/N: But,Edelgard and Hubert really need my assistance!
I yelled their names loud enough for them to hear and I see them both turned to us as Manuela just waves at them.
Edelgard: Hello Y/N
Hubert: My lady,we should head to the cafeteria soon and get something to eat
I glared at Edelgard,begging for her to ask if I wanted to come with them to lunch and she smiled.
Edelgard: Let's go to the cafeteria,Hubert
' TRAITOR! I TRUSTED YOU! '
They both walked towards the dinner hall as Manuela looked at me.
Manuela: See,you can help them later
Y/N: I guess I can...
She starts pulling me along again to the building and towards her office until we both heard.
???: Y/N,did you forget?
My eyes lighten up as we both see Dorothea walking up to us and she sees Manuela with me.
Y/N: Ah! I guess I did,sorry Manuela but I'm having lunch with one of my students for the day
Manuela: Hm,then you can come to my office later
She let's go of my arm and I quickly grab Dorothea's hand,walking away from Manuela as fast as I could.
Y/N: Later,Manuela!
Dorothea looked at me with a smirk as I held her hand and when we got out of eye site of Manuela,I let go of her hand.
Dorothea: Holding my hand?
Y/N: Just to walk quickly and making sure I don't lose you while walking quick
Dorothea: *taps her chin*Since I seen you act like that when I'm asking you out,I'm guessing you do the same to her
Y/N: Okay,it sounds bad but I don't like woman trying to date me without knowing who I am. I could be a murder for fucks sake!
Dorothea: But,you haven't killed me
I chuckled for a moment.
Y/N: There's always a 'yet'
' But if Dorothea learns not to do that I won't need to avoid her '
Dorothea: So,did you forget about our lunch together?
Y/N: Really didn't but was avoiding it kinda...
Dorothea: So,a person who doesn't like people just asking him out based on his looks?
I looked at her and smirked.
Y/N: Well,well,well... Nice job in getting something about me,clever girl
Dorothea: I'll figure you out before you know it
Y/N: Yeah,yeah! Shall we head to the dinner hall?
Dorothea: We shall
' She seems like a nice girl and one who pays attention to emotions... '
We both walked to the Dinner hall while talking about classwork and she tried to get more information on me but I didn't her get anything.

After lunch with Dorothea which we both talked alot and I didn't expect that at all while that I felt some glares towards me. I asked her about it and she told that,' It could be some my other dates glaring at you,don't worry I think I have some glares towards me as well. ' It was weird to know some other students have feelings towards me.
' She's kinda got on my good side... Shit '
I walked towards the lake as I spot Byleth fishing with Sothis sitting next to her and I walked over.
Y/N: Fishing? Never thought you would be into it,Byleth
Byleth: Huh? *Looks at me*Oh,it kinda just came to me and I started fishing on my extra time or just dayoff
Sothis: She's been here almost everytime after class or lunch
I looked at Sothis in disbelief.
Y/N: Seriously?
Byleth: She isn't lying about it
I sat down next to Byleth as the line stayed still and it became silence between the three of us.
Sothis: This is awkward so I'll be going to sleep... Later Byleth and her loyal dog
Y/N: Hey!
Sothis disappeared from our sight and we both looked back to the line,silence for almost 2 minutes until I spoke.
Y/N: Why don't you show emotions...?
She looked at me and shrugs at my question.
Byleth: Maybe it's because I don't have a heartbeat or something else?
Y/N: Wait... You're joking right?
She stared me dead in the eyes and shakes her head.
Byleth: No joking,I really don't have a heartbeat
' No heartbeat... But,she's alive and for sure not a ghost... '
Y/N: Question,could I feel for a heartbeat?
She looked back to the line and shrugs.
Byleth: You'll like a pervert and creepy
Y/N: But,I asked you first!
She thinks about it and shakes her head.
Byleth: Maybe,you'll get a feel for no heartbeats but nah
Y/N: Alrigh-
The line got a bite as the fishing rod and Byleth is almost pulled into the lake but I grabbed her then started pulling back.
Byleth: It's a strong one,could I have found myself in the water if not for you
Y/N: Stop talking! And pull!
We both start pulling the rod together as the fish fights back and the line was going to break soon enough if this kept up.
Y/N: Byleth,we need a opening!
She looked at me as she let's go and I'm nearly pulled into the water but I kinda kept my balance. Byleth took out some bait as she throws it into the water and the fish seems to look it,it was our chance.
Y/N & Byleth: It's over!
We said in unison as she grabs the rod and we both pulled the fish right out of the water which was huge,that's when I realized it flying towards me.
Y/N: Shi-
The fish lands on me as it flops around on me while I was on the ground and I heard a chuckle.
' A chuckle? Wait... '
I looked up at Byleth who was smiling and chuckling as I was still on the ground,I grabbed the fish before it flops back into the water.
Byleth: You okay,Y/N?
Y/N: Yeah... Just had a fish come flying at me but I'm fine
She helps me up as we both looked at the fish which stopped trying to escape from my grip and I sighed.
Y/N: Well,we shouldn't let this fish go to waste
Byleth: Let's ask some cookers to prepare a meal from this and we'll both enjoy it
She looked at me and I looked at her,we both nodded as the fish started flopping in a panic.
' You hit me and now we eat you! '

We asked some cookers to prepare the huge fish and they did so as it came back looking while smelling amazing,we decided to share the fish.
Y/N: It tastes like heaven~!
She chuckles and kept eating her part.
Byleth: It does taste great
We both smiled at each other.
Byleth: Hey...
Y/N: Hm?
Byleth: You think we could spend some more together like fishing and doing paperwork
Y/N: Sure,and that smile of yours is something you should be doing alot of the time
She chuckled as she puts some leftovers of her fish into my plate and stood up.
Byleth: We do need to talk to Lady Rhea and Seteth tomorrow so do remember about that,Y/N
Y/N: Yes ma'am
She smiled and walked off as I looked at the fish that were left then picked up the plate.
Y/N: Maybe Fluffles will eat the rest of this?
' The little guy will... But,I got to see something not many people get to see.... Byleth's smile and it was a true treasure... Considering it's her... '
I walked to my room with the plate for Fluffles as I would have to go out for my unnecessary patrol during the night and get sleep for the next day.

I watched over the place as I spot Y/N doing his nightly patrol and I coukd see the demonic aura around him.
???: He's targeted... I have to get to him first before something else does...
I stood up from the hill and started walking towards the monastery as I still see his aura.
???: I said we'll meet again
I teleported onto the walls and looked at him,patrolling.

I felt as if I was being watched by someone and it made me stop.
' A intruder? Probably... And they spot me first... '
I scanned around the area until I heard a light pair of footsteps land inches behind from me and I slowly start to reach for my dagger.
' It isn't that Hubert guy.... The footsteps landed lighter than his own.... Attack... '
I pull out my dagger and spined around,trying to attack whoever it was but the person caught my hand. I tried to push them with my free hand as they were about to block it,I knee them in the stomach then jumped backwards.
???: *groans*Nicely done...
' A feminine voice.... And familiar... '
Y/N: Who are you?
I got into a combat knife stance as she just stood there and opens her arms,chuckling.
???: Go ahead.... You'll just become corrupted by another demon looking for a empty host!
' Corrupted... What doe- '
She took this chance of me thinking,sprinting towards me as I tried to slash her and she just ducked then tackled me to the ground.
???: I'll become you,and you'll become me! Just let it happen Y/N!
' Wait... It's that girl who stabbed me in that dream! '
I started to struggle but she held me down and it started to get bright around us as she slowly disappeared. A sharp burning feeling like as if I was in lava,all across my body as she finally disappeared and it especially hurts on my scars.
' What's happening.... '
I yelled in a blood crippling yell not loud enough to wake everyone and everything started to burn from my sight but spot Byleth rushing over to me. I reached out for her just before everything was black and I fell unconscious onto the grass.
"It may hurt... But,we are one now..."
