Hey, everyone! 4th chapter and I'm getting into the hang of the writing schedule! I hope you all enjoy the chapter, and I hope you've been enjoying the story thus far.

Side note: I'm assuming that whoever I introduce will be familiar to you, so most descriptions of characters are likely going to be shortened and details are summarized when it comes to their attire, look, etc.

Disclaimer: I don't own One Punch Man, as it wouldn't be the amazing story it is in my hands.

Original release date: August 13, 2019

The door opened, signaling the end of the exam. Saitama had finally finished the written part of the exam to be met with the sight of Genos and Tornado in front of him. Tornado had her arms crossed, tapping her foot impatiently, while Genos was stoic as always, a small congratulatory smile towards his Sensei.

The shorter woman lectured, "What took you so long, Baldy?! Did you just slack off during the test?!" She pointed a finger at him in accusation, and for good reason. The written part of the exam was, in the opinion of the Hero Association, "A test of one's sense of justice, and their overall ability to perform in hypothetical situations."

In response, Saitama nonchalantly shrugged, "Not really. I just didn't pay too much heed to it." He scratched the back of his head, yawning in sheer boredom. The seriousness that was shown during the physical exam had all but vanished as the bald man seemed to care about absolutely nothing in the moment.

"Miss Tatsumaki," Genos addressed, still unsure of how to address the short-tempered woman. "In Saitama-Sensei's defense, the written exam didn't seem to be much of a hassle. It might as well have been on a primary school's entrance exam if they had one." To this, Tornado seemed to accept the bald man's apathy as nothing more than brushing off another simple task.

"Saitama and Genos, we shall be sending your exam results down the chute. Please receive your envelope in short order," a voice came from a speaker in the corner of the locker room. The three nodded to each other, making their way to the aforementioned chute.

Just as they arrived, two envelopes fell down the chute with incredibly convenient timing. As Saitama and Genos grabbed the envelopes, Tornado couldn't help but feel slightly accomplished for helping the two of them.

Genos opened the envelope and pulled out the paper, smiling in pride at the result. He had received a perfect grade of 100/100, even with the extra tests he took regarding his mechanical components. 100% on the physical exam, and 100% on the written exam. He had instantly received the honor of being in S-Class.

"Ah, Sensei, it appears I am in S-Class," Genos informed. As Saitama opened the envelope, Tatsumaki pulled out her phone out of a pocket that she had somewhere on her dress, even though the dress appeared to have no room for a pocket.

"Genos, it looks like I'm in S-Class as well," Saitama claimed, half of the paper out of the envelope. As his student walked over to him to take a glance, Genos smiled.

"Hm, and it appears that the top curve is larger than mine. Perhaps that means you have ranked higher than me?" Genos questioned, which set off waves of alarms to Tatsumaki when it clicked.

"Hold up, I gotta go," Tornado told whoever she was talking to, putting away the phone wherever she pulled it from. "Now, cyborg, what do you mean, 'The top curve is larger,' like a larger font?!" Her mind was going off, in complete denial of what her instincts were yelling at her. She quickly moved to the bald man, snatching the envelope out of his hands.

As she pulled the paper out, she was met with a big, fat, disgusting 'C' plastered over the majority of the paper. It was a huge slap in the face for Tatsumaki, especially considering the absolute shock. The bald man in question was easily one of the strongest people she'd ever seen, if not the absolute strongest.

Her eyes darted to the score. She was met with one of the absolute worst scores she had ever seen, a score that was so low it was mythical when it came to heroes in the Hero Association. A solid 71/100 was what she was met with, and by god, it was abysmal. The physical exam score was expected; a perfect 50/50, with notes specifying of the records Saitama had broken, which was all of them.

The written exam, was a different story. 21/50. A solid 42% on the written exam, the saving grace for most C-Class heroes. In most cases, it was the other way around. It was only a wonder how the bald man had done so poorly on the written exam.

"WHAT?!" Tornado exclaimed, completely baffled. "How did you get a score this low?! Aren't you supposed to be super strong? How are you in C-Class?" She slammed the paper onto the bald man's head, having to jump to smack the top of his head.

"Do not worry, Sensei. I will take care of it myself, I assu--" Genos tried to speak, also annoyed, but was interrupted by the S-Class woman.

"I got it, Genos," Tornado spoke, eerily calm with her eyebrows furrowed accompanied with a frown. "I'll take care of it and make sure that those corporate bastards know what they're dealing with."

Without another word, the Tornado of Terror walked away from Saitama and Genos, rage emanating from her very being. Her footsteps may have been soft, but the atmosphere wherever she walked changed in an instant.

The other heroes, from C-Class to A-Class that she passed by, couldn't help but turn around when they felt chills down their spine. The sight they were met with was one that they feared, and was notorious throughout the Hero Association. Most of the C-Class cowered in fear, while the B-Class had become catatonic, ready to shatter into bits lest somebody push them too hard, as the A-Class could only freeze, hoping that Tornado wouldn't focus her anger upon them.

She walked into the elevator, nobody else daring to join her in fear of her exploding in rage and taking it out on them. As the elevator doors closed, the only thing that was noticed was the Tornado of Terror's sharp eyes, and her scowl that was feared by all.

It was a short elevator ride, with the classic elevator music filling the atmosphere. It had only been a matter of time before Tornado would punish those who defied her judgement, and taught them a lesson they would not forget.

The elevator opened, revealing an incredibly pissed Tornado of Terror. She surrounded the entire floor with a bright green aura, causing most of the objects and people to levitate.

"Could somebody here tell me why one of the two heroes I recommended is in C-Class?" Tornado questioned sweetly, far too innocent to be legitimately pure. Her eyes betrayed that joyed tone, an emerald shine filled and mixed with rage. After she received no answer, her smile turned into a frown.

"Well?! Anyone?!" She glanced around, none of the employees answering. "Screw it, somebody get me his file!" She ordered, letting one of the employees out of her telekinetic grasp. As the employee scrambled to find the bald man's exam file, the other associates in the floor felt nothing but pure fear. The sight of an angry Tornado was something to behold, and few had ever experienced it. It was well-known throughout the room that if provoked too far, she would not hesitate to crush everyone in the room.

"H-Here you go, Miss Tornado!" The employee handed her the envelope swiftly, hands shaking in fear. Apparently, it had been enough to sate her for the time being as the green glow faded away, and the employees as well as the furniture had been put down. They all watched as the emerald-haired woman opened the written exam papers.

Tornado looked over it, and realized just why he had failed so badly. All of his answers were so casual, so plainly poorly-thought out, it made a C-Class hero who took the same exam look like a genius. Even the essay section was poorly answered, with only a few words to describe the simple question, 'What do you think is the true embodiment of a hero?'

She slipped the paper back into the file, and demanded, "Put him in S-Class. Now!"

"B-But Miss Tornado, h-he got such a low score on the written exam! He just wouldn't fit!"

The sharp tongue of the employee had earned him with another round of the green glow in the entire floor, instantly filling the defiant with regret. Tornado growled, scowling at the employee.

"Do you mean to tell me that I have poor judgement! He broke every single record on the physical exam! Not just broke, he crushed them! He even humiliated the cyborg Genos, and he got into S-Class!" Tornado ranted. "Put him in S-Class, NOW!"

"O-Of course, Miss Tornado!" The synchronized voices of the Association spoke. "We'll put him in S-Class!" Tatsumaki nodded, putting them back down. It appeared that her attitude and temper had calmed down, as the short woman crossed her arms impatiently.

As the Tornado of Terror walked into the elevator, she warned the employees, "If any of you try to question my judgement of somebody who I believe is strong again, I will hurl you into the sun." With that, the elevator door closed, marking the end of the storm for the workers at the Hero Association.

While Tornado had been taking care of the Association's judgement of Saitama's abilities, there was a small laboratory where two brothers were working vigorously. The lab was dim, only lit through one bulb as well as the fluorescent light of the nearby computer.

A thin, disheveled man wearing safety goggles and a stereotypical lab coat walked to another man, his footsteps the only sound in the room accompanying the faint buzzing. He held out a small test tube, filled with a light, pink mixture. The mixture bubbled, filling the room with a sweet aroma.

The other man, far more physically fit, wore a grey tank top, his muscles clearly showing. It was obvious that his physical appearance took a far higher priority than any sort of studying or mental capacity. He sported a shaven head, though not clean, as opposed to his ally's disheveled hair.

"I've finally done it!" The scientist claimed proudly, an insane smirk plastered onto his face. "I've created the perfect mixture to enhance your power, Brother!" His brother grabbed the mixture out of his hand and glanced at it. Other than the bubbles, there seemed to be nothing special about it.

"What's this supposed to do, huh?" The muscular man questioned, confused as to how such a bland looking mixture could fulfill his wildest dreams. "I know you know I wanna be strong, but I don't want to hallucinate and dream up my power, ya know?"

"Do not fret, Brother. This is the ultimate concoction, the peak of my scientific career. I have chemically engineered the finest 'potion' that will enhance your already peak body's performance, sending you to your best!" He tapped the tube, sending the liquid slightly moving within the test tube. "I also made it strawberry flavored as that would help you take it in easier," the scientist noted.

The bodybuilder glanced at it hesitantly, his facial expression unsure, before drinking the contents of the tube. After a moment, his body began to morph. Muscle spasms took over his body before he began to quickly grow. In an instant, his body grew far beyond his wildest dreams. The scientist brimmed with pride, his eyes bloodshot from the hard work he put into his concoction. He cackled as he realized that his concoction had worked just as planned.

"It's all taken care of, Saitama," Tatsumaki spoke with a smug smile on her face.

"Thanks, Tatsu," Saitama said, hands on the back of his head. "Well, what are we gonna do now? What do you do, Tatsu?" He turned to Tornado curiously, wondering what being a hero entailed.

"I usually just look around for monsters to fight when I'm bored, when the Hero Association doesn't ask me to take care of monsters that the other heroes can't take care of," she declared.

In an incredibly convenient or horrific turn of events depending on the person, a large thud was heard in the distance. As the three heroes jumped on top of a building to have a closer glance, they were met with the sight of a gigantic humanoid being.

Looks a lot like something I saw on T.V, Tornado mused. What was it again. The Colossal...what was it?

"It appears that the search for today is over," Genos commented blandly. The three of them nodded to each other as they all went to the gigantic Titan at City B. As they approached the City, they heard multiple sirens go off.

"Alert, estimated Dragon-Level Threat at City B. Please evacuate the area, and move to a safer environment for the time being. We will notify you of when the threat is cleared shortly. Thank you," The alert announced. Police sirens were blaring, mixed with the sounds of ambulances and firetrucks.

They had just gotten to where the Titan was when he began to raise his foot, slowly stomping onto a large portion of City C. Each of his footsteps shook the Earth, causing more and more destruction just from moving. Each step caused millions of dollars of damage, and presumably extremely huge amounts of human loss.

"I guess I'll take care of it," Saitama shrugged. He jumped up to the Titan's shoulder, noticing another man dressed like a scientist on the other shoulder. He watched the Titan take another step before hearing a shriek nearby.

"B-Brother! There's a guy on your shoulder!" The scientist exclaimed, pointing at Saitama frantically. At this, the Titan stopped, causing confusion for Tornado and Genos. In a flash, the Titan reached his left arm to his right shoulder, crushing the man underneath.

Saitama could only watch and wince at the screams of agony from the scientist when the Titan crushed him in a flash, before the Titan looked back at his hand.

Nothing seemed out of the ordinary for the Titan for a moment, until he saw the attire of who he crushed. He recognized the familiar lab coat, as well as the safety goggles that had been shattered in two. Silence passed.

"BROTHER!" A loud bellow came from the Titan. His eyes turned red with rage, breathing becoming heavy. He quickly turned to his other shoulder, spotting Saitama.

"YOU!" He addressed. "You're the reason my brother is dead!" The Titan picked up Saitama and threw him into the ground. He jumped high into the air before landing, stomping on where Saitama was until there was a large crater.

At this, Genos winced, worried about his Sensei's survival. He was about to fly up to the monster before Tornado stopped him through telekinesis.

"Don't worry, cyborg," She spoke, a slight twinge of doubt in her. A slight string was pulled in her heart, though she continued, "I'm sure he'll be fine."

I wanted to be the strongest, and now I am, the Titan reflected. But...what to do now? I don't have my brother or anybody to celebrate it with... With an almighty crack in the crater, a lone figure emerged, confusing the Titan.

With little effort, Saitama threw his fist at the Titan, explaining, "Overwhelming strength... It's pretty boring." His fist connected, and in an instant, the Titan was knocked to the side, losing his balance in a flash. It was conclusive: the Titan had his reign of terror ended just as fast as it had begun.

As Saitama landed on the same building that Genos and Tornado was, he claimed, "I guess being a hero is a lot easier than it sounds." What the bald man didn't account for was the falling body of the Titan.

"Goddamnit, baldy," Tatsumaki lectured quietly, flying to where the Titan was. "Don't you think, like, ever?" It was loud enough for both of them to hear, however. As Tornado flew to the Titan, she surrounded him with her signature green glow without much effort, effectively stopping him from destroying all of City B.

As she crumpled the Titan up into a small, incredibly dense ball, she glanced back at the two who were still on the roof. She sighed, moving the ball close to Genos.

"Blondie, you can take care of this," She spoke, with a nod from Genos as his response. As he lifted his hand, he quickly sent out a burst of flamed to incinerate the carcass of the Titan.

"I suppose we should go inspect the damage and go help any survivors if collateral damage occurred," Genos suggested. As Saitama and Tatsumaki nodded, the three of them went down to find any survivors.

Unsurprisingly, there weren't many who had survived the stomps. They searched for a few minutes, but to no avail. It seemed that there wasn't anybody under rubble that were alive, and there were no apparent screams for help for a few moments.

Tornado and Genos had met up, about to signal for Saitama after a few minutes of fruitless searching. Genos was about to send up a flare before they heard rubble shift. Turning around, they found Saitama carrying somebody in his arms. The person was clearly unconscious, though apparently not dead if Saitama was carrying them. They had blood running down from their forehead, their hair slightly disheveled.

"Hey, guys, I found someone," Saitama announced, leading Genos to walk towards him. However, as Tornado turned around, she couldn't help but notice the woman in his arms look extremely familiar. She was glued to where she stood momentarily before fear overtook her. She flew to where Saitama was, her instincts confirming her fear. She could only scream one word.

"FUBUKI!"

Fourth chapter written! Sweet. Aight, so at this point of release, I'm definitely gonna be finished with Omega Ruby before school starts for me. I'm real obsessed with Pokémon games, and was a huge fan of Diamond and Pearl. I liked Yu-gi-oh as well, but I just love Pokémon games.

Anyways, I think that more of these scene breaks may have to happen, and due to more characters being added, I want to be able to add more depth to all the main characters that I'm gonna focus on, which are Saitama and Tornado (obviously) as well as Genos, Fubuki, and a few others. That being said, the release time may be longer than it has been thus far as I'm aiming for longer chapters to flesh out the connections of the characters, their personalities and impacts on the world, and especially the relationship of Saitama and Tatsumaki. I'd like to know what you guys think about this! Should I keep the current release date with slightly shorter chapters, or a longer span between chapters for more detail and fleshing out of the relationships?

As a whole, I hope you guys are really enjoying the fanfiction that I'm writing, and I'm really hoping that it's something you enjoy! If there's anything you want to note on, something you liked, hated/disliked because hated is a really strong word that I don't like using in real situations, something that I could fix in the story or a detail I got wrong, I'd love to hear it!

Well, I hope that you enjoy the story!

Sincerely,

SpiritBloodDragon
