"I can't believe I pulled the short stick, you know if we were comparing dick sizes I would've won."
"Damn right baby!" I smirked giving Richie a high five.
"Thats fucking disgusting." Eddie groaned out. I rolled my eyes simply flicking him off before turning back to my boyfriend. Holding his hands my lips formed a pout.
"You sure you don't need me, us, to go in with y'all?" Worry invaded my mind. If something was to happened to this boy I don't know what I would do.
"G-guys! We don't have time for this! We'll be f-fine, let's go." Billy announced. I nodded slowly backing up as they went in.
"I'll be fine." Richie yelled at me from the door. The door slammed shut behind them causing me to flinch.
"Now we play the waiting game." Ben said kicking around a pebble.
"I can't believe this is how our summer is going, fuck!" I yelled up at the sky. "I should've been in the fucking Hamptons right now." I ended with a pout and stomp of my foot.
"Well sorry that you're not getting your perfect summer but we have more important to worry about princess," Beverly scoffed "why don't pay attention to the fact that your friends are in a crack house with a killer clown."
Silence followed after that. Inner me wanted to snap back with some snarky remark but, I knew she was right. Truth is I was just as worried as the rest of them. The very thought of my closest friends entering this house caused my anxiety to rise.
Minutes passed since I started slowly pacing just waiting for the crusty wooden door to open up.
"Help! HELP!" a scream echoed around us. Automatically my fight or flight took over and I speed towards the door. I slammed it open not caring who was behind me or not.
Stopping, I listened for any noise that could tell me where to go. Hearing commotion from my right, I pick up a long piece of wood before following the noises.
Right as I saw pennywise running towards Bill and Richie I lifted the skinny object. With all the adrenaline I had I stabbed straight through the side of his head.
I backed up towards Eddie and the rest of my friends as penny twitched in place. Briefly I glanced down at Eddie noticing his arm. I gagged seeing how deformed it looked.
"OH! FUCK FUCK FUCK!" Eddie screamed in my ear. I stood up near Mike, Ben, and Stan.
"Guys! Come on we gotta get out of here!" Mike ordered never once turning our back on the monster. It was too late, pennywise turned towards us letting out a low growl. Beverly's hands shook as she let out a whimper.
"Oh no! Oh no, no, no!" Richie's voice cracked.
"Get the fuck up! Why are y'all just sitting there!" I yelled at these idiots. Pennywise stomped towards Beverly causing her to jump in a corner.
He frantically rotated around letting out a howling laughing. His claws grazed the first layer of Ben's and I skin. Ben, in shock fell down into Mikes arms whilst I screamed and held my upper thigh in pain. The clowns claws went from my thigh, stopped, and then Ben's stomach. Although I could see my friends mouths moving all I could hear was white noise as my thigh throbbed in pain.
Pennywise was slowly backing up towards a door, leaving. Stan held onto me tightly and I clinger onto him. Richie was holdings Eddie's good arm trying to calm him down. My grip tighten on Stan as I whimpered. I stared at Richie who was looking deep at Eddie with care in his eyes.
"He's getting away!" Bill went after him. The other members yelled for him not to but I stayed silent pushing my damp hair off my sweaty face.
"BILL! BILL!" Eddie screamed and Bill came running back up the stairs.
"Alright! Im- i- I'm gonna snap it back into place!" Richie told Eddie.
"DO NOT FUCKING TOUCH ME!" Eddie screeched.
"Well someone's gotta do something your arm looks gross!" I yelled at him.
"Yeah well look who's talking!" He snapped back me making me shut up.
"One, two, three!" Richie grabbed his arm quickly snapping it into place with a crunch. Eddie screamed in pain.
Quickly we all got up running out of the house before the clown could come back.
As we fled out into the streets Eddie's mom appeared out of nowhere snatching him up.
"You! You did this, you know how delicate he is." She criticized us walking to her car.
"Ma'am we were attacked." I piped in.
"Don't! Don't try to blame anyone." She harshly opening her car door and pushing Eddie in before slamming it.
"M-m-mrs.K i-" Bill stuttered out.
"You are all monsters. Eddies done with you." Mrs.k spat. In the midst of her angry rant she dropped her keys. Beverly went to pick them up but she was cut short. Eddies mom snatched them up before getting in the gingers face. "I've heard all I need to know about you ms Marsh and I don't want a dirty girl like you touching my son." She whispered before getting in her car and driving off.
Bitch.
We stood in silent for a moment watching her drive off. Bill faced us, "I saw the well. W-w-we know where it is and next time we'll be better prepared." I let out a loud groan pulling at my hair.
Frustration was building up inside my body along with shock and I could feel tears forming.
"No! Next time Bill! You're insane!" Stan said.
"Why? We all know no one else is gonna do anything." Beverly attempted to reason.
"Yeah well Nancy Drew maybe there's a reason for that, cause they want to live!" I retorted.
"Eddie was nearly killed! My girlfriends leg is covered in her own blood! And look at this mother fucker! He's leaking hamburger helper!" Richie pointed out the obvious.
"We cant pretend its gonna go away! Ben you said yourself it comes back every 27 years." Beverly said.
"Thats not our fucking problem leave it up to the next generation." I scoffed my voice wobbly.
"What she said, I'll be forty and far away from here. I thought you said you wanted to get out of this town too?" Ben looked at her hurt.
"Yeah because I wanted to run towards something not away." Beverly said.
"I'm sorry who invited Molly Ringwald into the group?!" Richie asked pointing at her. She flicked him off with a straight face.
"Richie..." Stan said.
"I'm just saying let's face facts, Georgie is dead! Stop tryna get us killed too." Richie said about to walk away.
"Georgie's not dead!" Bill stopped and pushed him.
"You couldn't save him but you can still save yourself." Richie turned to walk off.
"N-no! T-t-take that back! You're scared and w-we're all scared but take it back!" Bill shoved him hard. I stood up straight in shock.
"Guys chill out. Richie that wasn't cool, and Bill don't push him." I said stepping closer. Richie ran up pushing him back.
Bill frowned up punching Richie in the face. I gasped as my boyfriend fell to the ground. My anger swelled as I punched Bill with all my strength in the face.
"Fuck you Alexandria! And fuck you to Richie!" Bill gritted our wincing in pain.
Richie stood up trying to get at Bill but was held back by Mike and Stan. "You're all just a bunch of fucking losers! Gonna get killed tryna get to that stupid clown!" Richie spat.
I stood in between the two hoping not to have a fight break out in the middle of the road. In anger Bill pushed me to the ground too. It went silent as I sat there on the ground. Fat tears rolled down my face as I stared up at Bill who looked at me in shock.
"This is what it wants, it wants to divide us! We were all together when we heard it. That's why we're still alive!" Beverly said.
"Yeah well I plan to keep it that way! And if you ever touch my girlfriend again you won't have to worry about a clown." Richie came helping me up.
"Fuck y'all. I don't know why I hung out with a bunch of loser nobodies anyway. Friends don't make friends cry." I whispered leaning against Richie.
All of us walked away grabbing our bikes. I got on peddling away with Stan and Richie on both sides of me.
