Night:
A room is seen beautifully decorated..lighted with candles giving shimmering light... Bed and floors covered with rose petals.. A girl was standing near window looking out at the moon.. She was dressed in bridal lehnga. She look at the mangalsutra around her neck.. She touch it and smile appears on her lips.
Then she heard door sound and get nervous. A guy enter inside in cream and red colour combination shervani..
He sees her facing her back.. He keep his turban on sofa and walk to her.
She gripped her saree nervously closing her eyes as she feels his footsteps. Her heartbeats become faster.
He stand behind her and say: swara..
She open her eyes and took a deep breath : umm.. Sanskar, I , I need time.. I can't.. ( close her eyes).. I don't remember myself even I tried a lot. I know u may love me since long time but .. I don't remember anything.. This love, this relationship.. I m not able to understand.. Its.. Its not that I don't trust u.. But I feel scared.. My mind tries to stop me but my heart feel close to u.. I .. I respect this marriage Sanskar, and I accept u as my husband also but I need time to give u any right over me..
Sanskar: does marriages just based on physical relationship swara?
She heard him but didn't answered. He made her turn around.
Sanskar: look at me swara and answer? A wife and husband relationship matters to that only?
Swara: Sanskar I..
Sanskar: I didn't marry u for my physical needs. I know ur condition and its not ur fault that u didn't remembered anything but never force urself to remember. It can affect ur health dont, stress urself please.
Swara nods.. : thanks for understanding Sanskar..
Saying this she hugged him suddenly..
" I m really lucky to have u" swara said closing her eyes.
Sanskar expression changed.. He closed his eyes tightly and gripped his fist.. Stopping himself to wrap His hand around her.
Swara feels relief when she hugged him. She hold on his sherwani when suddenly she get flashes..
" I m just asking time.. I m not saying I don't love u.. We are getting married na"
" if u need time even after marriage also then why am I marrying u swara? "
Swara open her eyes with jerk and separate from Sanskar.
Sanskar: ( concern) what happened swara?
Swara: I m not understanding Sanskar.. I got some flashes. Its confusing me.
Sanskar: swara, doctor said its normal.. If u think more about past life then it will happen.. So don't stress urself ... Come on, now u change and sleep.. Did u took medicine?
Swara: no actually.. I forgot..
Sanskar: u r impossible, u go and change then I will give u ur medicine..
Swara smiled and goes to washroom to change.
After sometime she came back in night gown.. Only to find him cleaning rose petals from bed.. He had changed in simple t- shirt and pyjama.
Sanskar: swara, I have cleaned everything, u sleep..
Swara nods with smile.
She goes to bed And about to ly down when he passed glass of water and few tablets..
Sanskar: u can ignore ur health but I won't.. So have it And then sleep.
Swara smiled and have her medicine. She look at him lovingly. He is really a perfect guy whom any girl will want as her husband..
" o swara, where are u..?" He said bringing her back in sense.
Swara: nothing.. I was just.. Nothing leave it.
Sanskar: then sleep.
Swara: hmm..
She ly down adjusting comforter over herself.. Then Sanskar took another pillow and goes to coach.
A week later:
It was evening, sanskar had gone to office for some important work. He instructed maid to take care of swara. There is no one in sanskar's family. His parents died in an accident two years ago. So, he was now living alone.
Maid told swara to rest in room as sanskar told her.
" Ma'am please take rest.. "
Swara: I m doing that since morning. I m just eating and sitting on this bed.. doing nothing. All thanks to sanskar and you. I want to get out of room.. it's afternoon.
Maid: ma'am, pls it's sir's strick order.
Swara: ur sir na..
Maid:( smiled) he care for u ma'am . That's why he is telling u to take rest.
Swara: I know he do.
Maid: ma'am, do u need anything?
Swara: no, thanks. U do ur work. ( Smiled)
Swara look for something and find some magazine and thought to read it.
She take one and gets surprised to see sanskar pic on it. A smile appear on her lips reading..
" Best businessman of the year SANSKAR MAHESHWARI"
Her hand touched his face. She turned page and read about him. She felt really happy and proud of his achievement.
Then she took another magazine..
"Most eligible bachelor.." swara chuckled reading it.
Swara: not anymore Mr. Maheshwari. He is MINE.. ( said unknowingly but soon realized and blushing smile crept her lips)
Swara: but wait? Sanskar said we were in relationship earlier then?? Hmm.. he must have hide it from media. They create buzz of everything.
Then she start reading it.
After sometime, she took magazines back on table. It was 6:00 p.m.
She thought to go out. She come out of room and go downstairs. It was really a huge mansion.
" Ma'am do u need anything?" A maid asked.
Swara: ( smile) no thank you. I was just feeling bored.. so thought to roam around.
Maid: ok ma'am, call me if u need anything. I m Maria.
Swara: ok Maria..
Maria was about to go but swara stopped her.
Swara: Maria, wait..
Maria: yes ma'am.
Swara: does sanskar live here alone. I mean their parents? Where are they?
Maria: ma'am, actually they met with an accident two years ago and now he is left alone in this world.
Swara: ( sad) oh , I m really feeling bad about him. He must have told me before but I don't remember anything. Thank you, u told me otherwise if I would have asked him directly then it might hurt him.
Maria: it's ok ma'am. U will be fine soon.
Swara: hmm.. ok u do ur work now.
Maria: ok ma'am.
Swara was walking around the mansion and looking around.. Looking interiors.. suddenly she hit a glass flower pot accidentally and it broke into pieces.
Swara: ohh no..
Maria heard the voice and come there only to find swara was collecting glass pieces carefully.
Maria: ma'am ,u leave it. I will tell servant to do it.
Swara: no.. I
Maria: please ma'am u take rest, sir has strictly ordered us to not to let u do any work.
Swara: ur sir is really getting into my nerves.
Maria chuckled and tell a servant to clean glasses.
Swara stands up and take a step but then she winced in pain.
Swara: aahh!!
Maria: ma'am,..
Swara look down as a glass piece was struck in her sandle and it Peirce her skin as she walk. It started bleeding heavily.
Maria: ma'am, I will just get first aid. Firstly come let me help u to sit on couch.
Swara: it's ok..
Maria come to help her.
" Swaraaa!! "
Swara turned and find sanskar with horrified expression. He rushed to her and hold her. He look at her restlessly.
Swara: sanskar ,I m fine..
He didn't say anything and took her in his arm.
Sanskar: Maria, get me the first aid box ..fast.
Maria nods and go from there.
He took swara in their room and make her sit carefully. He removed her footwear. And removed the glass piece. Swara winced in pain.
Sanskar: it's ok.. it will be fine..
Swara look at him as he bandaged the wound properly.
Sanskar: how can u so careless swara? Look u got hurt.
Swara smiled at his care. She was looking at him admiringly. He finished bandage and look at her.
Sanskar: is it paining?
Swara: little bit but I m fine. Don't worry ok.
Sanskar: ok, come take rest now. I will get change.
Swara sit properly resting her barck on bedpost. She sees him taking his clothes and went to washroom.
Swara smiled. ( Monologue) : I may forget myself. I forgot our love and our memories . I wish I could remember everything when I see ur love and care but I think I will again fall in love with u soon. I feel so warm and safe with u.. since the time I saw u in hospital.. I didn't felt anything uncomfortable about u. I don't know why but I trust u. I can see the truth in ur eyes. Sometimes, I sees u hurt too, may be because I don't remember u but I promise u sanskar.. I will find my way back to u soon. May be u are already in my heart and my mind don't remember but I WANT MY HEART WIN.
She comes out of trance as someone snapped finger in front of her eyes. She looks to find sanskar.
Sanskar: where r u lost? Are u again stressing ur mind?
Swara: no.. nothing. I m not stressing but I wish I could remember everything about u. I see u hurt and I know it's because of me that I don't remember u.
She hold his hand. Sanskar look at her.
Sanskar: it's ok If u don't remember anything. For me, u r important not the memory. I m not hurt because of u. Stop blaming urself. Ok? And just ale care of urself.
Swara:( smiled) why will I take care of myself? U r there for me na. I trust u.
Saying this she hugged him instantly. Sanskar expression changed like he was going through inner turmoils. He was worried , tensed and.... guilty. Swara snuggles closer to him, hiding her face in crook of his neck. He closed his eyes in some kind of pain and open his fist. He slowly lift his hand and pats her hair. While swara smiled in satisfaction and happiness , feeling safe in his arms.
Night:
Swara was sleeping peacefully in his embrace while sanskar was awake.
He used to sleep on couch but a day after their marriage, swara gets some nightmare and she woke up with jerk. She was sweating and was really scared. Sanskar woke up and went to her to help her. That day, she requested him to sleep with him.. she is scared. Sanskar was reluctant but he couldn't see her like that. He slept beside her maintaining distance. Swara hold his hand and sleep . He also sleep but after sometime she hugged him in her sleep. He tried to separate himself but she put her head on his chest and sleep peacefully. She was relieved now. since that day swara didn't get nightmare and she used to sleep like that only. Sanskar feel uncomfortable and try to maintain distance but ends upto lost in front of swara as she always sleep snuggling into him.
Sanskar look at her and then slowly put her hand away then put her head carefully on pillow and get up from bed. He go to window and stand there looking at moon. He closed his eyes and gets some flashes.
Flashback:
" Congratulations Mr. Maheshwari, u got the deal." His clients congratulated him.
Sanskar: thank you so much Mr. Sharma.
Mr. Sharma: I will take ur leave now mr. Maheshwari..
Sanskar nods .
Mr. Sharma went . Sanskar calls his p.a. and ask about preparation of meeting tomorrow. He says everything is ready. But he needs to check few things and sign some papers.
Sanskar: ok fine.. give that to me Atul. I will see to it.
Atul: but sir, it's already time to leave. Won't u go back home.
Sanskar:( sad smile) a home is where someone waits for u but I have no one left to do that for me.
Atul feels bad for his parents accident.
Atul: sorry sir.
Sanskar: it's ok. Give me the file and u go home.
Atul: but sir...
Sanskar: Atul..
Atul: ok sir. I will give u file.
Sanskar got the file and he started working. After finishing he saw the time. It was 11:45 p.m. His lips curved to sad smile. It's not new for him since two years. He took his things and went out. He sat inside his car , keeping his laptop bag on back seat. He started driving . The road was almost empty . Only few vehicles were on road. He was driving with normal speed when suddenly a car come from front.. it was moving left to right and it was in wrong lane. The sharp light came in front of his eyes and he couldn't understand anything.
Sanskar: oh god!!
Sanskar instantly tried to take side but within a second the car hit his car. His car went to side and hit the tree with bang. His breathing speed up with sudden face with his death . His head hit the steering. He was trying to analyse something, but before he heard a horrible sound of bhoom!!. He get scared...
" Sanskar"
He opened his eyes with jerk and look behind to find swara. He was sweating. Swara sees this and gets concerned.
Swara: what happened sanskar? Why are u sweating? U look so scared? What happened?
Sanskar sees her and instantly tried to cover.
Sanskar: um.. uh.. noth.. nothing. Just bad thoughts roaming in my mind.
Swara: what bad thoughts? And what are u doing here?
Sanskar: nothing, u didn't sleep yet. I thought u are sleeping.
Swara: I was sleeping only but didn't feel u around and opened my eyes to see u here. And now u r looking as if u have seen something really horrible. Are u really ok, sanskar? ( She cups his face)
Sanskar: hmm.. yeah. I m fine. Don't worry.
He sees swara as she was still suspicious.
He hold her hand and say: swara, don't worry. I m really fine. Come now, we should sleep.
Swara: hmm ok.
They went to bed. Sanskar covered her with comforter and also lay down. Swara put her forhead on his chest. Sanskar sees her but then he also close his eyes.
