a collection of uncategorized poems from around the years 2016-2019. More

death is the only solution
she wanted the world
oh my
an old friend
words left unspoken
untitled
i believe
i belived
ignorance isn't bliss
bellyache (found poem)
burning bright
sunflower
pack our bag
sunburnt skin
thunderstorm
equity
love
picture perfect
pool water
hurt
do it
coming out
holding hands
by the way, i forgive you
kind of love
curious
zemblanity
my very own galaxy
the thrill of it all
inner love
prayer to the sun
i believe in yesterday
soaked in sun
new kind of living
the cosmos
redemptiom
fear
walking in the shadows
silhouette
our last goodbye
a mermaid who can't swim
black and blue
simplicity
limitless
young love
africa
naive
overwhelmed
alarm-clock
moon
like no one ever could
your smile
i can't smile
on this side of the moon
where the wild ones are
soft exterior
descendants of the sun
love sick (pt.1)
love sick (pt.2)
sweetheart will you dine with me
beyond my words
a form of skin and bones
earth as a lonely planet
a form of skin and bones
a new dawn
the parellels between living and dying
we fell in love in october
golden compass
the day the leaves turned red
i wanna go back
i yearned for you
criss cross applesauce
stardust on my fingertips
there once was a girl
a bonfire in the cosmos
my prayer to the sun come true
learning to breath without you next to me
for i am the sun
this one's for you
her night was ephemeral
kaleidoscope
alone
fruitless vines
neverending nightmare
i am grateful for
a tree without fruit, a vine
you're not here
your freckled jaw
if writing didn't feel like living
all i could ever need
a message to myself in 2020
the silhouette of stars
use my shoulders to hold up the universe
3 am melancholy
falling into the sun
driving in the pale moonlight
christmas never felt like christmas again

heaven

maybe heaven isn't a place at all,
but a feeling or a look.

maybe it's the way she smiled,
breathless and toothy from the love filled way you gazed at her.

maybe it's the way he shied away from your look,
embarrassed and flustered at the way you called him cute.

or maybe it's the way you held my hand,
with a grip so tight and desperate i couldn't look away.

maybe it's the way we live and love,
with all the brightness that we can possibly grasp.

i don't know if we go to heaven and hell when we die,
but i do know i'm happy not knowing.

if that means keeping my little piece of heaven,
right here on this earth.
