updated! yay! the next few chapters will be getting a lot Emily-Louis action for sure and it should explain what's up with Lucy & Harry after where they left off with all the controversy in New York as narrated in the previous chapter. SO glad i got to update two chapters this weekend! aha! I was missing home (London) so badly that i ended up writing away my sadness, thus, the 11-page chapter 45 and this chapter too. hahaha!

CHAPTER 46
EMILY POV
I woke up with total excitement, Louis and the lads were arriving today! FINALLY!!!!
I shot up of bed and into the shower. When i had finished, i picked up my favorite pair of light denim jeans, my black jumper with thin red stripes and my flats. London was quite chilly today so i left my hair untied.
i got down and ate my breakfast as i watched the telly. Rumors about Harry and Lucy were still everywhere in the social media since none of them ever bothered to confirm their status. Now, everyone even got more intrigued thinking that they were keeping a secret relationship since they were spotted back in LA... news of a 'secret relationship', of course, interested the fans to want to know more and after Harry had defended Lucy on twitter, everyone just think they're definitely together.
as concerned as i was for Lucy since we still haven't spoken, i decided to shrug off all the rumors and focus on the excitement of today instead

those were most of what i heard from the fans who were waiting outside Heathrow. I waved to them as i passed and even greeted them with hello's and hi's.
As i got through the doors, i was meeted with airport security
"Do you have a pass, maam?"
"Yes" i said as i flashed it to her
"Alright, just come on in"
I passed through the huge metal detectors and then in to the airport.
"Ems!" someone shouted when i turned, it was Danielle and Ally with huge grins in their faces. i went up to them and gave them both a hug and a kiss on the cheek
"Excited?!" Danielle squealed
"Super!!"
"Me too!!! Come on! let's stay by the waiting lounge."
*One hour and a half after*
The ground crew had announced that the boys' flight had just landed and we were now just waiting for them to surface anytime with their luggages
"Oh my god! I'm dying!!!! Can they come out!!" Ally shrieked
"Don't rip your head off now, Al" I laughed
A lot of the passengers in their flight had already made their way out of the airport but as expected, the boys would be the last ones to leave since they usually cause traffic
Soon enough, a familiar figure wearing jeans and a black shirt apeared in the hall and with no doubt, i recognized him right away
"PRESTON!!!" I exclaimed as i jumped out of my seat making the two girls snap their head to his direction
i waved at him and he instantly waved back
"HEY GIRLS!!!!" he boomed
at an instant, we saw all five boys behind him, pushing their carts while Josh, Lou (Teasdale), Paul and the rest followed through. it's safe to say that we all probably had a momentary pause to just sink in that we were now all seeing each other before we ran to each other with huge grins on our faces
"EEEEEEEMS!!!!" Louis screamed running to me
"LOUIS!!!" I said as i finally reached his open arms and hugged him. He squeezed me back and lightly lifted me off the ground. i closed my eyes as he continued to hug me, his nice warmth just coming over me. All this familiar feeling ust caming rushing through me as if it was saying it's made its way back to me
You could even feel the vibe of everyone as they all greeted each other. Paul's wife was there and so was Lou's sister. The girls were there being hugged by their respective boyfriends too
"MMMMM. Ohhhh, i've missed you!" Louis exclaimed as he squeezed me one more time before breaking it off
"Me too! Ugh, thank god you're home!" i smiled at him while i cupped his left cheek
"yeah"
Louis smiled and met his lips with mine. It was a gentle yet hungry kiss, a feeling of urgency was there but it wasn't the crazy, hair-grabbing type. I let him in right away when he asked for entry and for a moment there i really just felt like it was us in the airport.
We slowly broke off and he lightly rubbed his nose on mine
"It's good to be home" he fixed his beautiful blue eyes on mine
"Sure is" i squeezed his hand one more time
"WALCOTT!" Harry summoned loudly
"STYLES!" i beamed and ran to Harry with a hug
He squeezed me by the waist before letting me go
"Welcome home babe!" i ruffled his curls
"Glad to be home!"
"Well, you mister, have a lot to tell me about New York, New York!" i demanded
"oh i do"
"EMSSSS" two voices called out and hugged me from behind
it was Liam and Niall.
"I've missed you too, boys! How are you!"
"We're good!"
"Ecstatic and Hungry!" Niall stated
"Of course!" i agreed
"Zayn!!!" i shouted as i spotted him in the corner of my eye
"Ems!" he ran to me and gave me a hug
"Welcome home!" i greeted
"OH it's good to be home!" he grinned largely
"Okay boys! You all can greet the fans but place your things in the car first alright?"
"PAULYYY!!!" Danielle, Ally and i squealed when he we heard him speak up
the three of us ran to him and gave him a group hug as the rest of the lads laughed along
"Hello girls! I have missed you three!"
"We missed you too paul!!!" Ally said
"How were these boys? Not such a pain in the bum?" Danielle asked
"Like that's ever gonna happen" Paul jokingly rolled his eyes
"HEEEY! WE WERE GOOD!" Louis scoffed from behind
and we all got to laughing
"Come on, let's go! I wanna get home!"
"Here, let me get that for you" i got Louis blanky as we continued to walk to the exit doors where the fans had been waiting with their cameras on hand
when the doors slid open loud screams erupted right away and we all made our way to the waiting van. i got in right away and so did the girls while the boys returned to the fans. A lot of them had held up banners and posters with 'Welcome Home' or 'Congratulations' in it. just seeing them taking photos with the fans really made me happy. Actually, just the thought of having Louis a few meters from me made me ecstatic!
"Aw, i'm so proud of them" Danielle said
"Yeah" i said softly

"AAAAAAAAAAH!" Louis ran and landed to his bed as soon as we got in his and Harry's flat
Harry had run off to his bedroom too. I placed my bag on top the desk and leaned by the door frame
"Someone missed his bed" i said while i crossed my arms
"Definitely! But you know what i missed more?"
"What?"
Louis got up and pulled me to him "Having someone like you in bed" he smirked
"I've missed that too" i smiled
i drew my face to Louis and our lips met. our lips just jiving together in perfect harmony as he slowly laid us down to his bed. He begged for entry but i shut my lips to teas him. i felt him groan in annoyance which made me smile through the kiss. Taking it to his advantage, he forced his tongue in and of course, i was left with no choice. We kind of just laid there kissing until we had to break it off and breathe for air
i rolled over to my tummy and i was beside Louis. I looke up a him and smiled
"What time did you get home last night?" he asked
"mmm.. 12 i think? why?"
"You look like you barely had any sleep" he said, worry in his tone
"well, i haven't really had good sleep lately"
"Work?"
"yes"
"you should really take a break"
"I am! I'll be taking a break when we fly off for holiday and that's why i'm having so much work right now. I'm kind of cramming it in so i won't have to miss anything while i'm gone"
"Well, you should've told me that's what it would cost. I don't want to see you this tired, Ems"
"baby, it's fine. don't worry, yesterday was my last crazy work day. I'm back to my normal schedule now until we leave for holiday"
"Are you sure?"
"yeah. and besides Lou, i still wouldn't have a choice. this is work"
"I know"
"So! Why don't you start telling me you interesting stories?"
"Ems, i told you most of them already!"
"Are those really just all?"
"sort of, those that i could remember!"
"Fine" i glared
"OH, OH. here, i got something for you though" he ran to his luggage and unzipped the front pocket and grabbed what seemed like a white shirt that rolled up
"Here" he handed it to me
"What's this?"
"Open it"
i unrolled the white shirt to see a huge print of "LOUIS <3 EMILY" in red in the front
"Awww, this is so cute!" i gushed
"A fan gave that you know"
"REALLY?!"
"uh-huh. she gave it to me during meet and greet. She gave me one of the exact same print too, so now, we're matching!" he grinned
"Aw, how nice of her! i wish i could say thank you!"
"Oh trust me, there's a lot to thank! I probably have a a bag of presents for you in my luggage all from the fans! A couple of letters too!"
"No way!"
"Yes way!" his eyes grew for more emphasis
"How sweet! How come you never gave them to me in LA?"
"Well, i wanted it to be a surprise"
"Lou, you know i---"
"I know, i know. you're not into the surprises" he slolwy rolled his eyes as he sat up
"But do you really think i'll ever give you a bad surprise?" He asked seriously as he kept his stare to me
"It's not that Lou. Just surprises in general aren't exactly my thing. You know that very well"
"Yeah, i'm sorry"
"it's alright"
"So because you don't like it, i guess i'll just mention it now?"
"Mention what?"
"My supposed surprise"
"Which is what?" i raised my brow
"Well, i was planning i'd stay over in your house?"
"What?"
"Me. in your house. i'll live there with you"
"Really?"
"Yeah, but if you think it's bad idea then it's----"
"no no no NO! It's a good idea! Are you kidding me?! I'd love to have you at home!"
"Yes!" he threw a fist up in the air
"But are you really serious about staying there? I thought you've missed this house"
"I did, but i've missed you more. and besides, i could always sleep here again. I guess what i just want is that i'll be with you most of the time"
"Aw, Louis. Of course you'll be"
i said before i lightly pecked his lips making both of us giggle
"Guys, lunch is ready!" Harry's voice echoed through the flat. Louis and I scrambled in the bed. he got up and faced his back directly at me, as if blocking my way
"Lou, get out!"
"Hop on my back" he said
"what?"
"Come on, piggy back rides!"
"okay" i chuckled
i stood up his bed and hopped on his back and we both made our way out his room. Lunch was at Liam's so we, well, Louis, walked his way there with me behind him
When we got to Liam's i had Louis put me down and we walked to the kitchen
"Ohh, that smells so good!" i said
"LUNCH! LUNCH! LUNCH!!!" niall cooed
we all were sat at the tableand started to eat the food prepared for all of us.

"So, what are the plans?" Zayn asked all of us as we were seated by the couches and bean bags just like we always did before.
"Coming back to Mullingar baby!!" Niall exclaimed as he threw his hands up in the air
"you are? when?" Ally asked
"Probably by the end of this week"
"and haz?" i asked
"Back to Cheshire too but not until next week. Mum's coming over this week and maybe i'll just come home with her"
"oooh, how lovely! I'd love to meet Anne!"
"yeah! sure! She'll be staying here so you should be meeting mum"
"that's great!"
"aren't you meeting Jay, Lou?"
"Oh yeah, we are. We'll be heading over to Donny next week. Just as soon as Ems finishes work"
"OH MY GOSH EMS! YOU ARE GOING TO LOVE LOU'S HOME!" Liam laughed hysterically
"is that supposed to be a good thing or a bad thing?"
"a good thing!" Louis scoffed
"i hope so! Liam almost makes it sound like something else is waiting"
"of course not" Louis smiled and lightly rubbed his nose on mine before kissing me hard on the lips. i kissed back and our tongues just danced in us
"GUYS!!! CUT IT OFF" Harry scoffed
i leaned back trying to break off the kiss but Louis pushed harder and frocefully kissed me. he smiled through the kiss and i knew he was doing this to tease Harry. Entertained, i kissed back hard and started to put on a grip on Louis hair wildly completing our full-on snogging
"Oi!!" Zayn shouted
"GET BACK TO THE ROOM!" Harry boomed loudly
Lou and i started to giggle in the kiss and ended up breaking off to a fit of laughter
"Jealous, haz?" i said
"put a sock in it, Ems" he squinted
"seriously though, get a room if you wanna continue that" Harry chuckled
"Oh come on Haz. Don't be the jelly bean now! Cut me some slack, i haven't seen Lou in forever! At least you had a week full of the Alden Act!" I teased
His eyes grew wide as he heard me say that, Louis just laughing harder along with everyone else
"oooooh, someone's caught!" Ally hummed
"hey, it wasn't like we were having sex all the time" Harry spat
"Exactly! You have a lot to clear up to me mister!"
"Not now!" he laughed
"Soon enough!" i said

"alright, this is the last of it" i said as he i folded his polo and placed it in my closet. We were unpacking everything in his luggage and segregated those that needed to be washed and not. Along with that, he had shown me some of the presents he got from the fans and handed me those that the fans wanted to give me. I got numerous shirts with I <3 EmiLou and I <3 Emily in it, i got soooo much letters and other things.
i walked out of his closet doors to see him on his laptop lying down in the bed
"So... i'm booking our trains to Doncaster. What time do you want to leave?"
"Oh yeah about that, i'll be in Liverpool for 3 days and well, i was thinking you should just go ahead and then as soon as i finish, i'll head to Doncaster straight and i'll just see you there"
"ohh, so we won't go together?"
"Well, we can but then i'll have to go back here and it will just be a waste of time. And i was thinking you should just leave for Donny when i leave for Liverpool so you wouldn't be so alone here. Seeing as Harry's probably heading to Cheshire already"
"oh alright. Will you be alright though?"
"of course! If i can't take the train then i'll probably have the service drive me there"
"Ohh, that's good. Okay then"

"that's unfair!!!" I heard someone scream as i entered Louis and Harry's flat. I had just came from my house to pick up some clothes and things i would be needing for work tomorrow seeing as i'll be spending the night here. It was about 11 in the night already and when i got to the living area, all the lads, except Liam, were sprawled out on the floor in their sleeping clothes playing some card game
"hey babe" Louis greeted
"Hey"
"Got your things?"
"yeaaah" i yawned "What are you all still doing up?"
"Jetlag" Harry replied
"Right. Where's Liam?"
"There he is" i looked back and saw Liam enter the room
"Hey ems"
"Hey, where'd you come from?"
"Got water"
"Oh.. where are the girls?" i asked Zayn and Liam knowing that they were spending the night with them too
"In our rooms, asleep" Zayn muterred
"Right. Well, i'm knackered myself so i'll be off to bed now. and you boys try to get some rest, playing cards won't help your jetlag. what time do you guys plan to crash?"
"Not anytime soon, for sure" Niall said
"Oh alright. Well, goodnight" i waved and walked up behind Louis
i crouched down as he turned his face to me
"Goodnight love" he said before planting a kiss on my lips
"Goodnight" i walked off and into Louis room.
When i finished organizing my things and brushing my teeth and washing my face, i changed to my jammies and my plain baby pink shirt and crawled to my side of Louis bed.
I would occasionally hear the boys laughing and shouting at each other so it took me time to lull myself to sleep. Not to mention Niall's laugh easily echoed through the flat
"...Yeah. Just don't be too loud! She's already sleeping" Louis faded voice seemed to come closer
"Goodnight!" he said as the bedroom door opened
"Lou?" i stretched my neck to search him in the room
"Oh hey.. You're still awake. Were we too loud?"
"Sort of but i don't really mind"
"Sorry. i told them to shush though"
"okay. are you getting something?"
"Nope. i'm crashing in already"
"Really? what happened to jet lag?"
"It's still here"
"So why are you sleeping already?"
"well i don't think i'll be sleeping soon. I just wanted to be in bed with you already. Even if you'll be asleep and i'll be awake, having you beside me will bring me to sleep"
"aww" i gushed
Louis then took off his gray shirt and threw it to the couch. He usually slept shirtless when he was tired from a long day. He then got to the bed and pulled me close to him, wrapping me with one arm. I moved closer and rested my head on his bare chest. His body warmth just coming over me and soothing me. Louis familiar scent was easy to detect and tonight wasn't an exception. This was all too familiar
Yup. he sure is home.
"i'm glad you're home" I mumbled as we pulled the sheets on us
"Yeah me too. I've missed this" he said before i felt him kissing my forehead "Goodnight love"
"I love you" i said
"I love you too"
and with that, i fell into slumber
