"Morning!" Sean and Julian said as they entered the apartment only to see Tahani chasing Kaycee
"What's going on?" Sean asked
"Sean kiss me," Tahani said
"Over my dead body," Kaycee said stepping in front Sean
"Please clarify what's going on," Sean said
"Tahani got this new knockout lipstick and she needs to see if it works," Kaycee said "Meaning she has to kiss someone"
"Oh, so it's a drugged lipstick," Julian said
"Correct so Sean kiss me!" Tahani said
"Yeah, I rather not," Sean said not wanting to kiss her and not wanting to potentially pass out
"Hey," Josh said as he entered
"Josh kiss me!" Tahani said
"Bye!" Josh said exiting the apartment
"Come on please!" Tahani said following him out
"I'm not kissing my sister," Josh said escaping to the guy's apartment
"We're not even related!" Tahani said as she closed the door
"Should I be offended she skipped me entirely?" Julian said
"You're probably her last resort," Kaycee said
"So, she would rather kiss her brother before me?" Julian said
"Yeah definitely the last resort," Sean said
"What did I do to make the last resort?" Julian said
"Probably because she used to like you and you hit on Kaycee which left a sour taste in her mouth," Sean said

Tahani came back upset that Josh escaped her "Julian kiss me" Tahani said
"Ok," Julian said as they kissed only for him to collapsed onto the floor
"It works!" Tahani cheered
"Make sure to hide that lipstick from her, it's too powerful" Sean whispered to Kaycee
"You're absolutely right" Kaycee agreed
Lunch
Kaycee and Tahani's Apartment
"You don't think we were, loud do you?" Kaycee asked Sean putting her shirt back on
"Depends, are these walls soundproof?" Sean asked
"Not really," Kaycee said
"Then they probably won't be out there then," Sean said
"Well that's kind of embarrassing," Kaycee said, "They just went for coffee for like an hour and they probably come back up to that..."
"Oh well, I don't regret being with you," Sean said kissing her forehead
"Yeah this has been an incredible month," Kaycee said "Easily the best I've ever had"
"Same" Sean said "Well I guess I don't have to ask but I think I should"
"What is it?" Kaycee asked
"Will you be my girlfriend?" Sean asked
"But Sean I'm already your girlfriend silly," Kaycee said kissing his cheek "It's one of those things where we don't have to ask"
"I know but I would hate to get in a situation where a technicality happened and I'm not your boyfriend or something," Sean said
"In that case, Sean I would love to be your girlfriend," Kaycee said
"Good," Sean said as he hears the front door knock "Because a verbal contract is binding in New York"
"I'm fine with that so you better not try to run now Lew," Kaycee said
"Never," Sean said as he made his way to the front door
He opened the door to reveal someone he never met before "Oh hi, I'm here to see Tahani" the man said
"Tahani? What do you want with her?" Sean said as he never met this man and he was here for his friend
"You see I'm her ex-boyfriend so I kinda wanted to see her," the man said
Kaycee came from her bedroom and saw the figure in the doorway and vice versa
"Hey Kaycee, I figured you would be Tahani's roommate," the man said
"Yeah, good to see you and Tahani's across the hall at the moment," Kaycee said
"Ok, see you later then," the man said as he turned around as Sean closed the door
Meanwhile in Sean and Julian's Apartment
"Why don't we eat here more often?" Bailey asked as she ate her food at the small countertop that Julian and Sean have connected to their kitchen
"Because this is not the place for six people," Julian said as currently Sean and Kaycee were in the girl's apartment
"Yeah since they haven't invested in a table of all things!" Tahani said not appreciating the small eating space
"Sorry but it was just Sean and me here with the occasional Josh for a long time so we never needed one but ever since you and Kayc moved next door we've been over there so often we never felt we had the need," Julian said
"So, when are you going to tell them the truth?" Josh asked
"That Gabe didn't accept Kaycee dumping him over the phone and not by her," Tahani said "Who knows"
"You should say it soon, you know sometime before the two get married," Bailey said
"They're not going to get to that point anytime soon," Tahani said
"Okay how about something that should be sooner like Gabe coming back to see his 'girl'" Julian said throwing up the air quotes
"I mean he's all around the world and last time he was here was..." Tahani said trying to remember "Thanksgiving?"
"Not exactly but around there," Josh said "So you would rather Gabe come back to ruin everything while they're happy instead of warning them so they can be prepared"
"I hate when you're right," Tahani said "Let me just go to the bathroom first" as she heads to the boy's bathroom
"So, what's the plan tonight fam?" Julian asked Josh and Bailey
"Actually, we have a date," Josh said knowing that ruin Julian's plans "Sorry bro"
"Yeah unlike tweedle dee and tweedle dumb over there we're not all over each other" Bailey said "So we are kinda overdue for a date night"
"But you live together?" Julian said "I would think you spend a ton of time together"
"Yeah but usually when we get back we just relax and go to bed since we're usually out late whether it be with you guys or otherwise" Bailey said "We wake up together but then we usually eat breakfast at Tahani's then work then back at Tahani's and maybe some other stuff like bars, parties, game night, etc... so it's mainly used for sleeping"
"Yeah, we were thinking of even just skipping out on some of the group stuff since we barely use our apartment," Josh said "It's the downside of not living in the same building as you all"
"Well that makes sense, have fun on your date," Julian said "I might as well try to find a date too"
"A date what about Chloe?" Bailey said
"I mean last time I mentioned anything related to that she said she found a guy already cool with her pregnancy so I might as well find a girl," Julian said
"Well good luck dude," Josh said "It would be good practice before you had nothing holding you down but now you have to explain that you have a kid on the way and that will hurt you"
"If a girl gets scared off by a baby then I don't want her," Julian said
"He's growing up" Bailey commented
"Well time for me to head over to share the news," Tahani said emerging from the bathroom
"Have fun!" Bailey said as Tahani went to answer the door
"Hey Tahani," A man slightly taller than Tahani said as he was in front of the door in mid knocking motion
"Will?" Tahani said
"Good to see you," Will said
"Oh, hey it's Big Will," Josh said recognizing the figure in the doorway
"Wow long time no see," Bailey said
"Hey, guys! It's like a reunion!" Will said with a laugh as he greeted his old friends "And who is this?"
"Julian I never went to your high school so nice to meet you," Julian said introducing himself
"Likewise," Will said
"What are you doing here Will? It's been what? 7 years?" Tahani said
"Yeah, we split because I graduated with Josh here and was around the world and you were still in LA," Will said "But I want you back"
"You want me back?" Tahani said "I dumped you"
"That's not how I remember that," Will said feigning ignorance
"Yeah you said you didn't want to be the guy hanging around a high school after they graduate so I broke up with you for being so stupid," Tahani said
"Yeah, I don't remember that, let's discuss it over dinner," Will said
"That's not what I-"
"The same number, right?" Will said
"Yeah but-"
"See ya Hani, good seeing you Josh, Bailey and good meeting you Julian," Will said as he left
Tahani turned around only to see the amused looks of Josh and Bailey "Not a word" Tahani said
"I don't see the big deal, Will seems a little immature but he seems like a good guy" Julian said knowing the least information
"Long story short Will was part of Josh's friend group, and he dated Tahani for about a year and a half and Tahani was such a lovesick puppy for a year of that relationship" Bailey said "Then close to graduation Will was becoming a fuckboy which made Tahani come back down to earth and see Will as that"
"So, we're just amused as Tahani can fall back into the little lapdog she was in a *snap*," Josh said as he snapped his fingers
"I was not a lapdog," Tahani said as Josh and Bailey just shook their heads "Then why didn't you snap me out of it?"
"When do you want to go on our date?" Josh asked Bailey changing the focus
"In a few hours, I would like to charge my phone for a little bit," Bailey said waving her phone with a somewhat low battery
"Alright I'll pick you up at our place then we can get started
"He annoys me so much," Tahani said about how Josh ignored her
"It's a brother's job," Julian said having experience with his own sister "So are you going to go?"
"I don't know, it's been a long time so it's weird but back then we were kids, well teens, now we're adults so maybe things changed for the better" Tahani said
"Or worse" Julian added as Tahani nodded in agreement "Well I'm trying to find a date, Josh and Bailey have a date, Sean and Kaycee all but forgot about us so unless you have other plans you might as well"
"I guess"
The door opened to reveal Sean and Kaycee
"Oh, look who joined us!" Bailey said at the new arrivals
"Sorry just spending quality time together," Kaycee said "Tahani did you see Will"
"Yeah he just asked me on a date" Tahani as she proceeded to get the other two caught up on everything
"Wow so we have a forced date night," Sean said
"After all that, that's what you take of it?" Bailey said
"Well like Julian I have no real history of your high school experience so I have no judgment about this Will guy," Sean said "Obvious do what you're comfortable with but it seems harmless"
"Yeah Will was... a jerk the end of their senior year but he was fine before that so you might be going on a date with the Will you fell for and not the one you left," Kaycee said
"I know..." Tahani said "Well I guess I'll give you all an update tomorrow"
"Or just text us, especially if it goes bad," Bailey said
"Yeah, I'll pick you up or something if you need an escape route," Josh said
"For a stranger that's awfully nice of you, Josh" Tahani teased
"I'm your brother!" Josh said as everyone laughed
"Yeah so good luck everyone, I got a date to find," Julian said
Night time
Movie theater
"What movie do you want to see Kayc?" Sean asked his girlfriend as they arrived at the theater and were looking at the current showings
"I want a romance one or maybe a drama one," Kaycee said glancing through all the choices as Sean groaned "What? Want something a bit more actiony"
"Kinda, Action, Comedy, Sci-Fi something to entertain me," Sean said
"Relationships are all about compromise," Kaycee said "Trust me it's better to compromise than to not speak up"
"Yeah..." Sean said knowing that left a sour taste in her mouth because of how Gabe failed to compromise with her "Let's compromise how about a Sci-Fi Drama or Action movie with some relationship stuff, maybe a rom-com"
"Definitely a rom-com," Kaycee said happily with that suggestion "This one looks cute!"
"I just hope it's funny," Sean said instantly regretting his suggestion
Bar
Julian tried his luck at the bar, he met up with some old friends such as Tristan Rubiano, Nick Rubiano, and Thomas Miceli and ended up just having a fun time
"You remember this song?" Tristan said as a throwback starting playing
"Yeah, I choreographed to this years ago," Julian said recognizing it
"Do you remember it?" Thomas asked
"A little, it has been awhile," Julian said "It started in like 10 seconds if I remember right"
"Well, go off then," Nick said pushing Julian into the center of the bar which gained attention from the sudden push
Julian started his choreo but then forgot it after the first eight count
But being a professional dancer he just started freestyling which gained the attention of the whole bar forming a circle around him
And out of nowhere a girl entered the circle making Julian as he watched with an amused look, he couldn't get a good luck of her face but he knew she was a good dancer and not just a club dancer based off her technique
She pointed back at Julian as if it was a battle and Julian came back with new energy pulling out the more impressive moves that he wouldn't do casually but he obliged to
He pointed back to the lady and she responded back like with more impressive moves only cementing in Julian's mind she was indeed a dancer
It motioned back to Julian but he got tired of dancing and pulled Thomas into the circle with all attention on him as Julian slipped out the circle and headed to the bar area for a drink
"Impressive moves back there," a voice said as Julian turned to see the girl he was dancing with/against
"Thanks, same to you, you look like you really knew what you were doing out there," Julian said
"Well I have been dancing since I was basically a baby," she said
"Same, hip hop for me," Julian said
"Hip hop and I have some Jazz funk and some Latin dancing styles in my repertoire as well," she said as Julian just whistled as she laughed "Yeah I'm versatile"
"Confident" Julian commented not in a mean way just being observant
"Yeah, two shots of Tequila for me and this guy here," she said to the bartender "Unless it's too much for you?"
"Make that four shots for me and Ms..." Julian said
"McQuay, Tati McQuay" Tati said giving him a smile
Color Factory
"This place sure is colorful" Josh commented as the pair continued to walk through the gallery
"It's called the color factory for a reason Josh," Bailey said "Now take my picture my feed has been looking dry"
"Prepare for my wonderful photography skills," Josh said
"Going to restart that photography page?" Bailey teased
"Stop it," Josh said
"Make me," Bailey said as Josh kissed her before he got positioned
"Why do you always have a dumb smile whenever I kiss you" Josh commented
"Because I have to be stupid to be with you," Bailey said
Kaycee and Tahani's apartment
After the movie
"Okay the popcorn in that theater was awful," Sean said as they entered the apartment
"Yeah, you mind if I pop some I have here?" Kaycee said "I know I won't eat all of it"
"Yeah, I need to get that taste off my lips," Sean said
"I know a way to get that off your lips," Kaycee said biting her lips
"Popcorn first," Sean said as Kaycee looked disappointed but quickly shook that off as she put the popcorn bag in the microwave
"Cards?" Kaycee suggested
"I'm not in the mood to beat you," Sean said as Kaycee rolled her eyes
"How about you be the dealer in blackjack?" Kaycee said
"What are you betting?" Sean said grabbing the nearby deck of cards
"How about if I get blackjack I ask you a question you must answer and if not you get to ask me one," Kaycee said
"I mean the odds are in my favor so sure," Sean said as getting 21 vs not getting 21 should be in his advantage?
Sean passed out the first two cards and it was a queen and an ace 10 + 11
"Blackjack!" Kaycee cheered as Sean was shocked "Alright my first question is, is it true you had a crush on me since high school?"
The microwave beeped "Popcorns ready!" Sean said shifting his focus
"Answer me! Josh already told me" Kaycee said
"Traitor" Sean muttered as he poured the popcorn in a bowl
"Just tell me," Kaycee said
"Well one day you came over to hang out with Tahani not knowing or just being oblivious that Josh invited me over as well," Sean said "And that was the first time I saw you and I thought you were the most beautiful girl in the world"
"I really don't remember meeting you..." Kaycee said
"Well according to Josh I was shy and unlike me whenever you were around so I might as well have been invisible," Sean said "But to answer your question yes I've had a crush on you since high school"
"Man, I wish you would have talked to me back then or at least have me turn my head to notice you," Kaycee said "All those years in high school wasted on trying to find a guy..."
"Well to be fair knowing you now, I'm glad I talked to you when we were older versus back then," Sean said
"How come?" Kaycee asked
"High school me didn't know you he just thought Kaycee Rice looked so good God damn," Sean said shifting his voice to a higher pitch mimicking his younger self making Kaycee giggle "But based off what I found out from Josh, Tahani and just observing I don't think we would have really been friends"
"Really?"
"Yeah outside of dance we didn't have much in common" Sean said "But when you moved here we both grew up a little and we had more stuff in common and we formed, in my opinion, a valuable friendship"
"We did..." Kaycee said "I guess knowing me I would have liked and been influenced by any boy who liked me back then so I guess I was lucky to be influenced in a way that made you still like me"
"Hey I tried to get over you but you kept finding a way to get back in my life," Sean said
"Well now you don't have to worry about that" Kaycee said giving Sean a kiss "Because you're never getting rid of me now"
"You still taste like that movie popcorn..." Sean said as he tasted his lips "But it doesn't taste as bad when mixed with something sweet"
Sean and Julian's Apartment
"Nice apartment" Tati commented looking around the place
"Thanks, not going to lie my roommate did all the work," Julian said
"Can I see your room then? I'm sure you had a hand in that part" Tati said
"Yeah sure," Julian said leading her into his room
Restaurant
"So back in high school if I was single would you date me?" Bailey asked as they finally got their food
"Don't do this" Josh said
"What?" Bailey said
"This is a question where if I don't answer the way you want me to I'm in trouble," Josh said
"Just answer it, I'm not trying to bait you I'm just curious, you can repeat the question right back at me if you want," Bailey said
"No, and no" Josh said
"No and no?" Bailey said, "Did you just double reject me?"
"No as in if I could go back in time and with what I know now and change things then no," Josh said "And in a world where Kenneth didn't exist and the high school me had just seen you then also no"
"Wow," Bailey said
"It's just I wouldn't want you to date high school me," Josh said "I feel like I've improved as a person since then and would rather you have the better version of me"
"...Now my answer seems less impactful" Bailey said
"Why?"
"Because I would have said yes and yes" Bailey said "If I could go back in time with what I know now then I would warn Bailey she wasted so many years on a guy when there was a better one right next to him, and if Kenneth didn't exist, with the whole you and Tahani and Will stuff we would have eventually interacted and without Kenneth I could see me liking you"
"Why does yours seem less impactful?" Josh said "Sounds reasonable to me"
"Because mine was about how I feel screwed over by Kenneth while you just want to put your best foot forward," Bailey said
"You still love him?" Josh asked as Bailey looked shocked "It's fine if you do"
"What! No, I don't love Kenneth" Bailey said as she was then reminded of the voicemail message a while ago "He's out of my life"
"I mean you still have love for him," Josh said "Like no matter what happens Kaycee still has love for Gabe"
"What do you mean?" Bailey said "Kaycee hates Gabe"
"I see love as along the way the people you have in your life own a piece of your heart," Josh said as started cutting up his steak "Your friends, family all have a piece of your heart as they made you who you are today, which includes past loves"
"I think you just mean memories, like the feeling of being together in the past versus the pain from the past," Bailey said, "Yeah they were a part of your life but you can also cut them out of it, you ever had any old friends you lost complete contact with?"
"Yeah"
"It's like that sure at one point you love them but not now," Bailey said "Obviously, some stay like parents, siblings, but not every person you ever been close to has a piece of your heart now"
"I guess that's where we differ, I feel that Julian will always have love for Chloe, Tahani for Will, Kaycee for Gabe, me with my ex, and you with yours" Josh said "I'm not saying to go fall in love with Kenny again, that's actually the last thing I'm saying, but the struggle you had with him affected you which affected your heart which made you the woman you are today"
"Then what about the whole give me your whole heart bullshit?" Bailey said
"I think that's a whole different discussion," Josh said
"Yeah, I don't love Kenneth by the way," Bailey said
"Do you hate him?" Josh asked
"Yes..." Bailey said

"What are you implying," Bailey said as Josh looked at his phone because of the incoming text
"I saw the voicemail," Josh said as Bailey froze "I also know you didn't reply back to him so I don't know how to take that seeing as you didn't tell me about it when I knew you listened to it"
"Josh, it means nothing," Bailey said
"You know it's only been a few months but I kinda saw a future for us," Josh said "I'm 25 I'm not opposed to taking a break so you can go run off with Kenneth again"
"Stop being like this, what's wrong?" Bailey said
"Nothing, Tahani needs an escape from her date," Josh said as he got up "You mind getting carryout for us?"
"Yeah... get the car ready I'll handle it," Bailey said
"Gotcha," Josh said as he went to get the car

"I hope he saw my text..." Tahani whispered to herself
"Yeah and then I went to Italy and it was so much fun, really is one of the most beautiful places in the world," Will said "You should come one day"
"That would be ni-" Tahani said
"But don't get me started on France, I mean one of the romantic cities for a good reason" Will continued talking
"Did you see the-" Tahani said
"The Eiffel tower really is a sight for the ages, here let me show you the pictures I took," Will said getting his phone out
"Please don't," Tahani said to herself
"Yeah, I took one from right underneath it and from afar I couldn't actually get on it though," Will said swiping through the pictures on his Instagram feed
"Will!" Tahani said
"What's up Tahani? Oh, you need more breadsticks? I can order some more, they were really good, but nothing compared to-"
"-Shut up!" Tahani said cutting him off "Just shut up!"
"Did I do something wrong?" Will said
"You talk way too much, I'm happy you are traveling the world and enjoying yourself with all these stories to tell but you're so self-centered!" Tahani said
"I'm not that self-centered" Will said
"Okay, what's my last name?" Tahani asked as Will looked confused
"Price" Will said with a laugh "I know your brother"
"Wrong, it's Anderson," Tahani said "If you listened to me when you were eating you would know I explained my whole adoption story that I found out recently and I'm trying to go by my blood family's name"
"Oh...sorry" Will said
"Look you're not a bad guy or anything but I don't think we're in the same place right now," Tahani said "You have this side of you to share everything while I like a little balance"
"So, I guess we just don't see eye to eye right now," Will said
"Yeah," Tahani said
"Do you think in the future... I can have another chance?" Will said, "You know when things calm down..."
"...Maybe" Tahani said shocking Will "I remember the Will that was passionate but not so self-absorbed and I still see that in you but right now you just need to be with yourself"
The waiter had come with the bill and Tahani started to pull her money until Will stopped her "I got it, I already kinda ruined your night" Will said paying with a card
"You didn't ruin it... it's always nice to see old friends" Tahani said
Josh walked up to the table "Bailey has the car parked outside" Josh said to Tahani
"Thanks, Josh, goodbye Will," Tahani said walking out the restaurant "How about a kiss?"
"No!" Josh said turning Tahani back around remembering the lipstick from this morning
"*Sigh*" Will breathed out as Tahani was out of sight
"Rough date?" Josh said
"You could say that," Will said
"Sorry it didn't work out with you and my sister bro," Josh said to Will
"It's cool we just want different things," Will said
"Yeah but next time you're in town hit me up I promise not to invite Tahani," Josh said
"Yeah for sure" Will said as he started to get up and ready to leave "Oh and before I forget, Gabe's coming"
"Wait how do you..." Josh started to ask as Will shouldn't know Gabe
"World's a smaller place than you think Price so you should probably warn the happy couple because I hear he's pissed," Will said being observant and assuming Sean and Kaycee's relationship status
"An ETA?" Josh asked for an estimated time of arrival
"I wanna say July but could be sooner," Will said
Next morning
Sean and Julian's apartment
Sean had just walked into the apartment "Good morning bro!" Julian said in a good mood as he was drinking what looked like coffee in a mug "Have a good time next door?!"
"Morning! Yeah but not as good as you did apparently," Sean said as he pointed to the shower where water could be heard running
"Yeah I met a girl last night and she's really cool," Julian said
"Yeah? Thinking about keeping this one around?" Sean said as he prepared a cup of coffee himself
"So far that's the plan," Julian said, "I mean she's a dancer, I already explained the Chloe situation and she's sweet so why not?"
"Happy for you bro," Sean said as the bathroom door opened to reveal the girl in a robe and towel
"Thanks for letting me use your shower Jules," Tati said as she glanced at the new arrival "Who's this? Seems familiar"
"About to say the same thing, I feel like I've seen you somewhere," Sean said as he tried to remember
"Well, you're both dancers so maybe at a job or something?" Julian said
"Maybe, what's your name? I'm Sean Lew Julian's roommate" Sean introduced himself
"... Nice to meet you I'm Tatiana McQuay friends call me Tati" Tati said as Sean remembered where she has seen her before
"Oh I have to go back next door, good seeing you Tati," Sean said
"Sean's girlfriend is across the hall" Julian informed Tati as she nodded "I'll just walk her out and see you all later"
"Sounds good," Sean said as he returned across the hall

"Morning Lew" Tahani said as she was cooking breakfast
"Julian's dating Tati!" Sean said
