RULES:
#if your under 18 then you HAVE to get permission by your parents.
#if you have a eating disorder then you shall also skip this part.
#if your sick then skip this part for your health.
#if you feel exhausted or just totally out of energy while doing this then stop IMMEDIATELY!
#if you have any allergies to any of the food I mentioned then obviously don't do it😅🤗

For the next 7 days you will be going on a diet
This diet is also known as the paper cup diet
I'm going to list all the things you'll be needing on the list below🤗
Needed:
- 21 200 ml. cups
Breakfast:
#1 cup of carbohydrates (rice, noodles or bread).
#1 cup of fibre (vegetables or fruits).
#1/2 cup of protein (meat, fish, eggs...)
Lunch:
#1 cup of carbohydrates (rice, noodles or bread).
#1 cup of fibre (vegetables or fruits).
#1/2 cup of protein (meat or eggs...).
Dinner:
#1/2 cup of carbohydrates (rice, noodles or bread).
#1 cup of fibre (vegetables or fruits).
#1/2 cup of protein (meat or fish).
