Kai
"You, me. Date. Tonight." Kai says, leaning on the wall in front of you.
"Who says I'm gonna say yes?" You tease, mirroring his stance.
"Because it's the weekend, you're caught up on schoolwork, and you love me." He smirks
"I don't know about that last one." You smirk
Kai grasps his chest being dramatic
"Oh! How you cut me deep!"
"I thought you were a ninja... I didn't know you had experience in acting." You tease
"Didn't Sensei tell you it's part of the package." Kai smirks
You laugh and playfully punch him.
"Alright, Flame Brain. I'll take you up on your offer." You smirk
"I knew you couldn't resist." Kai smirks giving you a kiss on the lips.
~time skip~
Kai takes you to (F/R), and triumphantly smirks.
"I remembered! See!" Kai says pulling your chair out for you.
You sit down and giggle as he pushes your chair in.
"I never doubted you for a minute, Kai." You say as he sits down.
"Then you'll love me even more when- oh look our food is already here!" Kai says rubbing his hands together.
"But we didn't even order!" You say as the waitress sets your usual order down in front of you.
"I called ahead! Aren't you impressed?" Kai smirks as he sets his napkin on his lap.
"Very." You smile and start to eat
Barely a moment later, the ninja burst in with their suits on
"Kai! Kai! Kai!" Jay says
"I heard you the first time you said my name!" Kai snaps
"We've gotta go!" Jay says
"No, you've got to go! I'm on a date!" Kai says looking back to you
"Kai, Sensei said all of us." Lloyd says
Kai groans and runs a hand down his face. Anger starting to grow in his eyes.
"It's alright Kai. I'll get a to-go box and we can enjoy it after you get back." You say gently squeezing his hand.
"That's not the point, (Y/N)! I wanted to spend one night with you!" Kai says anger still in his voice
"Well, that wish will still come true, because she's coming with us." Lloyd says.
"I am?" You ask.
"That's still not the point!" Kai yells, as everyone in the restaurant turns to look at him.
"Kai, it's really okay! It's not your fault. Besides, we can easily reschedule." You smile.
Kai huffs and does spinjitzu, changing into his suit, before storming off. You sigh at Kai's actions, before changing into your suit, and following the others to the mission.
Jay
"I have a surprise for you!" Jay exclaims happily.
"What would that be Jay?" You ask, looking up from the book you are reading.
"Well, if I told you it wouldn't be a surprise would it? Come on! Follow me!" Jay exclaims, lightly bouncing on the balls of his feet.
You give a soft smile and mark your book, before standing to follow Jay. He grabs your hand and quickly takes off, yanking you off balance in the process. Jay leads you down the side of the hill to the lake. Beneath a willow tree, you see a blanket displaying all your favorite foods.
"Surprise! I planned a picnic! I thought down here by the lake would be a beautiful location!" Jay excitedly exclaims.
"Jay," you smile, "this is absolutely perfect! I can't believe you did all this for me!"
"Well of course! I would do anything for you." Jay smiles, leading you to the blanket, and helping you sit.
Jay soon sits beside you, a smile on his face, as you both start fixing your plates. He exchanges a goofy smile with you when he notices you're enjoying the food.
"I see you're enjoying it, my spark! I made most of this on my own, however there are a couple things Zane made. I hope that's okay."
"Of course it is, Jay." You smile, kissing his cheek.
"Awe! Look! Our little Jay is all grown up!" Cole says
You both look around, but fail to find where he is. Jay releases an agitated sigh, and grumbles incoherently as he stands. He walks around looking for any sign of where Cole is hiding, but comes back unsuccessful.
"You were unsuccessful?" You ask as he sits back down
"Obviously." Jay says pouting, causing you to giggle.
You both continue your date until Kai sits in the grass looking at you.
"Um... can we help you?" Jay asks glaring at Kai
"No, just watching. Keep eating." Kai says staring dreamily at the two of you as he tries to sneak some food.
"I ship it." Lloyd states sitting on the blanket beside Jay and grabbing the food closest to him, only for Jay to smack his hand.
Cole jumps down from the tree and puts Jay in a headlock, giving him a noogie.
"Little Jay did a good job on the date for his girlfriend~!"
"Cole Alexander Brookstone! Leave me alone!" Jay yells trying to get out of the headlock
Kai and Lloyd take the opportunity to steal some food and take off running, before Cole releases Jay and follows after the others.
"They just stole our food!" Jay pouts, crossing his arms.
"Yeah, but don't worry," you say as you make darkness surround them.
You hear some commotion, and turn to see all three have taken a tumble and are now wearing the food.
"they won't be enjoying it." You finish, smirking
"You are the absolute best, (Y/N)! I love you so much." Jay chuckles
"I love you too." You say, kissing his lips
Zane
"My flower, I know it has been 1 month, 2 weeks, and 4 days since our last date, but I was curious to know if you would join me for one tonight." Zane asks cutely, as he takes your hand in his.
"I would be honored!" You say, returning a cute smile and kissing his cheek.
Zane's face turns a bright red, and you swear you see a spark come off of him.
"I-I must a-apologize in advance, m-my flower. It will be unable to compare to previous experiences, but I assure you it will still prove my love to you." He says, still trying to recover from the kiss.
"I never doubted it for a moment, Zane." You smile
~time skip~
When sunset comes, Zane meets you outside the monastery dressed in a tux.
"You didn't tell me I needed to dress up that fancy!" You exclaim, as you look down at your sundress.
"Because it is not necessary for you to dress up as I have. Lloyd informed me it is proper for the male to wear a tux on dates."
"Of course he did." You smile, and accept Zane's outstretched hand
He leads you along a path until you come to a hill overlooking Ninjago, the sun setting against the horizon.
"Have a seat, my flower." Zane says, sitting down and patting the ground beside him.
You sit down and cuddle as close to Zane as you can, his arm gently wrapping around you to bring you closer.
"I thought we could stargaze tonight, my flower. I hope that is a satisfactory date." Zane says looking down at you.
"It's perfect, Zane." You say smiling up at him.
He kisses you on the lips, and pulls back with a deep blush plaguing his face.
"Awe~" you hear behind you.
You both turn to look and find the four guys standing there watching.
"Brothers? What are you doing here? Is there something you desire?" Zane cluelessly asks
"Yeah! We desire watching you! You are our student!" Jay says
"We're so proud of you Zane! It appears you kiss like a pro!" Lloyd exclaims, approaching and squeezing his cheeks.
"Are you going further than kissing?" Kai smirks, causing both your faces to turn red.
"If you are referring to the method of reproduction shown to me, then no. We are not currently at that stage." Zane says, causing your face to heat up more.
"Just act like we're not here." Cole says, as the guys all sit down to watch.
"I am not submitting (Y/N) to this during our date. My apologies, my flower, but we must reschedule our date so my brothers will not disrupt us. Come, let us go back. I believe there is ice cream in the fridge for us to consume." Zane states, offering his hand to you.
You take it as he leads you back to the monastery. The others following closely behind, bombarding you with questions.
Cole
"Hey, (Y/N)! Um... would you like to go to the movies tonight? They're doing a throwback night, and they're showing (F/M). I know that's your favorite." Cole says blushing.
You smile and kiss his cheek, causing his blush to darken.
"Of course!" You say, "that sounds wonderful!"
Cole breathes a sigh of relief hearing you agree, causing you to giggle.
"I love how you still get flustered when you ask me on a date. It's rather adorable!" You say booping his nose.
Cole cutely pouts, causing your laughter to grow.
"Don't draw too much attention. We wouldn't want your brother to third wheel." Cole mutters
"Yeah..." you blush
~Time skip~
You hold onto Cole's arm while patiently standing in line for concessions. When it's his turn, he orders a large popcorn with extra butter, two drinks, and
(F/K/C). You smile happily as he hands you your candy and drink before leading you to the proper screen.
"Where would you like to sit,
(Y/N)? Front, middle, or back?" Cole asks looking at the available spots.
"Middle to back." You say, finding the perfect spot and heading towards it.
You and Cole quickly get settled down and start snacking on your popcorn before the previews begin.
As the lights go down, and the previews begin, four hooded people walk up and sit on either side of you. Neither of you think anything about it, and continue enjoying your date. As the movie begins, you lean closer to Cole as he intertwines his fingers with yours. He gives a sweet smile, and lands a soft kiss on your lips.
"Nope!" The person beside Cole says, quickly rising to his feet, and sitting on the armrest between you.
"Hey! What the heck!" You whisper, getting ready to fight the stranger.
They turn in your direction sending you a smirk, allowing you to see who it is.
"Lloyd Montgomery Garmadon! Get out!" You say loudly, getting a couple glares from others in the theatre.
"I'm afraid I can not, my dear sister," he smirks, "the guys and I paid for our tickets."
Lloyd holds up his ticket, as you and Cole look at the others beside you.
"Hey man, I just wanted to come spy on you, so I knew if you were getting any action." Kai smirks
"I just wanted to watch the show when (Y/N) and Lloyd brawled." Jay exclaims.
"If I may be honest, Lloyd claimed my attendance was mandatory, believing it would be far more affective, if all of us were to be present." Zane says.
You and Cole sigh, plopping back down in your chairs. As you watch the movie, you begin plotting revenge on your snot nosed little brother.
Lloyd
"I really hope we can make it through the whole date this time, (Y/N). You have no idea how bad I always feel when it happens." Lloyd says holding your hands in his.
"Lloyd, you're a ninja. When duty calls, you have to respond." You say, smiling sweetly at him.
"I'm so glad you understand, (Y/N). I definitely don't deserve you." Lloyd halfheartedly smiles, leading you into the spa.
"A spa?" You ask looking around.
"Yeah! I thought we could get a couples massage. You deserve it!" Lloyd smiles, kissing your hand.
"Well, thank you Lloyd! With everything you do for this city, you deserve one too! Please let me pay?" You beg.
"Too late! Already paid for it!" Lloyd exclaims opening the door for you.
As you walk in, the receptionist greets you with a smile.
"Do you have an appointment?" She smiles
"Yep! Couples massage for Lloyd Montgomery." He replies.
"Oh, yes! Your rooms are ready for you! Right this way!" The receptionist smiles, getting up to lead the way.
"You used your middle name?" You whisper, following the receptionist.
"Yes. I do for most places that require a first and last name. Limits how many people recognize me, and tries to take pictures. It get tiring, you know." He whispers back, as you get back to your room.
The masseuse smiles and instructs both of you what to do. You both smile, and do as instructed, before lying down on the beds. As your massage begins, the masseuses talk to you, in an attempt to relax you.
"Your muscles are very tense. Just relax and allow me to work it out." Your masseuse calmly says to you, trying to work out your shoulders
"You carry a lot of tension sir! Your job must be very stressful. Just relax and feel the tension leave your body." Lloyd's masseuse says.
Suddenly, the door bursts open, and the ninja's voices fill the room.
"Lloyd! We have to go!" Jay yells
"There's trouble down by the docks!" Kai exclaims
"Guys... I'm kinda busy." Lloyd grumbles
"Lloyd, Sensei said we all have to go!" Cole says, as both masseuses loudly sigh
"With all do respect, Mr. Montgomery paid for two full body massages. He is carrying a lot of tension and it has worsened since you have entered the room. Please leave." Lloyd's masseuse states.
"Ma'am, with all due respect-" Kai starts
"Did I stutter?" Lloyd's masseuse asks glaring at the ninja, "Please leave, or I will call the cops."
Grumbles follow, and the ninja leave, slamming the door on the way out. The two masseuses exchange a few words before getting back to work, allowing you to enjoy the rest of your massages in peace.
