Kira looks so happy, her smile is brighter than the last time i saw her smile, her eyes brighten with joy, and she glowing, i smiled at her when she walked my room smiling so bright, this amazing girl infront of me is my friend and i couldn't believe it, i was a lone rogue and she took me in with no problem at all, this amazing woman standing in front of me smiling like a fool has a heart of gold and she doesn't even know it
"hi!" She said excitedly
"hi" i said patting the space next to me and she jump in, moving her body towards me and folding her legs
"what's up?" I asked smiling at her, her smile is contagious
"well as you heard from the pack meeting I'm pregnant" she said nd i smiled at her
"yes, and I'm so happy for you!" I said happly but with a hint of sadness
"but before we go there i have a few questions to ask you"
"shoot" i said then turned to face her she took a deep breath then she started her questions
"where's your mate?" I knew she was gonna ask that and i wasn't sure if i should tell her the truth or lie to her
"and don't lie, remember i can read your mind if you lie to me" i sighed and feel my heart pounding hard
"she's held in a cell somewhere in the stupid assholes house" i growled and she looked at me shocked
"why haven't you tried to get her?" She asked slightly confused and angry
"i had tried a couple of times, believe me I've tried but he has a lot of guards surrounding her"
"well try harder!" She said angrily
"i have scars to prove how many times i tried kira!" I said a little to hard then i sighed
"i almost had her tho, almost" i said and she looked at me confused
"how? What happened?" I sighed and looked down at my hands that were now shaking, feeling the tears threatening to come out but i held them back
"he asked for an ame morte" and i heard her gasp
"if i bring an ame morte to him he'll free her" i said
"so i told my brother to be a semi alpha while i searched for one, but when i saw what he did, how much pain you were in..i...i just couldn't go through with it" i sighed and i let a tear fall hen i felt her hand on my shoulder
"that's why he took me...but he said that i was his-"
"mate?" I finished for her and let out a humorless laugh
"his crazy" i said
"you got that right!" And i laughed
"thank god silo killed him" i said
"he what?!" I looked at her confused
"he didnt tell you?"
"No" she said folding her arms and mumbling something abut strangling him harder this time and i chuckled
"what else?" She looked at me again
"I'm going to help you bring your mate back!"
"No way your not!" I said looking at her shaking my head
"why?" She asked pouting
"your pregnant and silo will kill me!" I said still shaking my head then i guess i hit a nerve cause she punched me hard i might add
"ooww! I screamed
"i don't care what the fuck you and that mother fucker thinks I'm getting her back and I'm killing those mother fucking waste of time and space rogues!" She growled making the whole room shake and her eyes turning black with rage and i shrunk back my wolf whimpering from the power radiating out of her
"i swore to protect you and that includes your mate who is a part of you" she said and i nod she closed her eye and started breathing, i didn't move i was scared to moved so i stayed at the same position leaning away from her a few minutes later she open her eyes
"I'm sorry...its just i know how it feels to be locked up tortured and wishing i was in my mates safe comforting arms" she said her voice full of so much pain
"no kira...I'm sorry" i said then i hugged her
"I'm so sorry you had to go through that pain" i said feeling the tears falling and she cried in my arms after a while she pulled back wipping her tears
"oh no your shirt!" She said looking at my now wet shirt
"its fine" i said giving her a smile and she smiled back
"i am going do it...pregnant or not!" She said determination lacing ever word and i knew that no matter what anyone say shes doing it not for anyone sake but for hers
"and ill help you!" I said and she smiled
"good because i need you for my plan to work" she said then she got off the bed and walked towards the door but before she walked out she turned and smiled
"you were never alone" then she walked out i looked at the door way confused but let it go for another time, then i grabbed the book i was reading and continued reading trying to get my mind off how much my heart pains for my mate.
