I plug my phone in and put it on the nightstand on my side of the bed. Ice was curled up at the foot of the bed, but as soon as I was comfortable on my side, he ran up and laid against my stomach, tucked under the blanket with me.
I fell asleep soon after, with the help of one of Corbyn's hoodies I was wearing. It made me feel like he was here.
I was woken up in the morning by being shaken.
"What?" I mumble groggily, turning to lay on my back.
I look up, letting my eyes focus.
"Hey babe." I yawn, seeing my boyfriend hovering above me, smiling.
"Wait-" I say, my eyes snapping open.
"Corbyn!" I yell, shooting up and wrapping my arms around him, burying my face in his chest.
"Well good morning to you too." He chuckles, moving to pull me into his lap.
"Why are you home early." I mumble into his chest.
"I'm not, I told you I wouldn't be back until next week just so I could surprise you." Corbyn explains, pulling me away from him.
He leans down, kissing me. It was our first kiss in a good few weeks. I didn't want him to pull away, but he did all too soon.
"It's been so long-" I say, before getting cut off with another kiss.
