At a Certain Field...
The ground shook violently as a wave of magic suddenly manifested within the border of the Clover and Diamond kingdom's, ancient ruins unearthing from the ground, a massive ruined kingdom appeared, a giant entrance being carved out in front of a dark hallway.
A sinister red light shone from within as a black and red orb with glaring red lights floated at the entrance before disappearing, the entire structure shaking as a pillar of black and red magic radiating bloodlust shot towards the sky, shaking the ground and shattering the sky, dying the sky surrounding the ruins blood red.
A Legacy has been unearthed!
Black Bulls' Hideout...
"Hey, Magna...let's fight." Luck spoke has he looked at Magna, who was currently on top of Asta, the boy doing push-ups with his senior adding more weight.
"No way, you battle freak." Magna shut down the request as he continued to eat his pudding.
"Come on, I'll eat your pudding if you don't!" Luck grinned as he said this, not a hint of fear in his eyes.
"No!" Magna shifted his position on top of Asta, getting his pudding as far away from Luck as possible. Elsewhere in the room, (Y/N) was doing one handed pushups, Orion on his back.
"Orion, can I just say you're fucking heavy." (Y/N) grunted as he did another push-up, almost wanting to kick Orion off his back as the orange haired boy smiled widely, letting out a bit of his magic, intensifying his weight as (Y/N) felt like his back was to break.
"You were saying?" Orion smirked as he saw (Y/N) begin to struggle. By this point he was surrounded in an aura of magic, adding a ton of weight as (Y/N) smirked.
"Bring...it!" Smirking, (Y/N) began to rapidly do his pushups, an anti-bird on his head as Orion became slightly dizzy from the sudden change in speed.
"Woah, woah, WOAH!" Orion screeched as he was sent flying off (Y/N) and face first into a wall, holding up a white flag in surrender.
"And that's five thousand!" (Y/N) laughed as he sat cross legged, the bird on his head seemingly not reacting as Melody, Noelle and Alice all stared at it intensely.
"Silvantus Schnauzer." Noelle proclaimed as she looked at the bird, a cute smile on her face.
"No, he should be called Lencio." Alice denied as she gave her own name.
"It should be Destinim..." Melody quitedly gave her own name, though the bird put its wing down, not wanting any of those names.
"Is no one going to question why they're talking to a bird? I'm not going crazy, right?" (Y/N) sweatdropped as the girls continue to talk about the bird and suggesting names.
Seeing no one respond, (Y/N) sighed as he took the anti bird off his head, taking a good look at it. Hmm...
Something certainly felt off about this bird, but (Y/N) couldn't place his finger on it. Meh, he'd find out sometime anyway since it insisted on following him.
"Hmm, I think it's name should be "Wine."" Vanessa gave her own name, making (Y/N) facepalm.
"I'll allow you to borrow a single letter from my goddess' name." Gauche spoke as he held up a picture of Marie, making (Y/N) deadpan at the boy.
"No, it should be something cool, like...Magnam Fire!" Magna laughed as he gave his suggestion, a proud smirk on his face, though everyone denied the suggestion.
"If you ask me, just go with something simple." Orion sat on a couch after he dragged himself off the wall, lookin at the bird with his eyes narrowed.
"In my opinion...it should be...Toritaro! It sounds so awesome!" (Y/N) almost smashed his face into the floor to end his pain as he heard Asta's suggestion.
"Does no one in this Squad know how to make good names?!?" (Y/N) thought, exasperated as he sighed heavily.
The Squad then began arguing what its name to be, making (Y/N) want to die just to not have to listen to this, only for the anti bird to suddenly start pecking (Y/N), causing the boy to growl in annoyance.
"Ok, that's it! I'm eating bird tonight!" (Y/N) abruptly stood up in rage, summoning Heaven's Reach as the anti bird took flight around him, skillfully dodging his sword strikes, making (Y/N) growl even more.
After a few seconds of this, (Y/N) dropped to the floor in aggravation, the bird also landing on his head as (Y/N) just sighed in defeat.
"Hmm, why not Nero?" Luck's voice spoke as he looked at the anti-bird who raised its wing in agreement, (Y/N) looking at Luck with tears in his eyes.
"Finally someone who knows how to make a good name!" (Y/N) cried openly, causing some of the members to glare at him in annoyance.
Luck only laughed as the now named Nero walked around on (Y/N)'s head.
Before anyone could continue to comment, however, a silver portal appeared, Yami and Finral walking through as Yami called everyone to attention.
"I have an announcement for you all." Yami spoke with a serious look on his face.
"Yeah, that's kinda why you get people's attention in the first place." (Y/N) commented sarcastically, only for Yami to punch to boy on the top of the head, cementing him on the ground.
"I don't need your sass. Anyway, a new dungeon has been discovered." Yami revealed as the Black Bulls were ecstatic, a dungeon always held promising treasures and surely had strong guardians to fight!
"A dungeon?!" Magna asked, shocked.
Nodding, Yami continued.
"There's something off about this dungeon, however. A person who was in the area reported seeing something weird, but that's for another time." Yami cryptically spoke as (Y/N) raised his head off the floor.
"You're kidding, right? A dungeon just suddenly appearing out of nowhere?" (Y/N) asked as he looked at Yami seriously.
"No, I'm being fully serious here. We've been tasked with investigating the dungeon, and by none other than the Wizard King himself." Almost everyone's eyes widened when they heard this, wondering who the Wizard King had chosen.
"(Y/N), Alice, Noelle, Asta, you're all going on this mission for experience, Luck, you'll be the senior member going." Yami handed out the roles, causing some of the members to sigh in disappointment.
"Don't know why, but the Wizard King insisted you and Asta go, (Y/N)." Yami nodded at the boy, who suddenly went into thinking mode.
"The Wizard King did? But I've never even met the guy...did he grab wind of my awesomeness? Is the Wizard King a fan of mine?!" Seeing the arrogant look on (Y/N)'s face, Yami had to suppress the urge to slam him into the ground.
"Don't go getting a big head, that guy can see things we can't. If he's sending you, it means something big is going to go down." Yami spoke as he waved at Finral.
"The mission starts now, Finral, make a portal there." Yami spoke seriously as he glared at the group.
"And don't you five even think of coming back here without securing that dungeon." Yami glared as his face shadowed, his eyes turning a deadly white color, scaring almost everyone in the room.
"Yeah, yeah, I get it don't get your panties in a bunch-" (Y/N) began, only for Yami to slap him through the portal.
"Anyone else?" Yami glared at the other four, with them shaking their heads and slowly walking through Finral's portal.
Once on the other side, Luck and the recruits saw they were on a beautiful hill, causing Noelle and Alice to marvel, not realizing they were stepping on (Y/N).
"Mmmmmhhhfffhh!" A muffled shout came from under the girls, causing them to look down and see they were currently stepping on (Y/N).
"We're on a mission, what're you doing down there?"
"(Y/N), get up, we don't have time to rest!"
The two girls shook their heads at the boy, only for (Y/N) to forcefully dig himself out in a rage.
"Would've been a hell of a lot easier if you girls weren't stepping on me!" (Y/N) complained as he brushed the dirt of his clothes, a scowl on his face.
"Well, you shouldn't be laying there." The two girls humphed, turning their heads as (Y/N) got a tick mark.
"I WAS SMACKED THERE!" (Y/N) yelled, only for Yami's hand to go through the portal and once again smack (Y/N) into the floor.
"At this point, if there's any enemies they definitely know you're here with how loud you're screaming." Yami sighed as he poked his head through the portal.
"Get in there and secure that dungeon, feel free to take one or two trinkets if you want, I don't really care." Yami shrugged as he went through the portal, with it closing behind him as (Y/N) raised his head from the floor and looked at the distance, his eyes widening.
"...What..what the hell?" Seeing the boy's face, the others turned to look in the same direction, only to find a giant pillar of magical energy there, dying the entire sky a blood red color.
The Black Bulls were awed at this, no one but Nero noticing (Y/N)'s Grimoire faintly shining a black and red color before it returned to normal.
"No use in just gawking here, let's go!" Turning serious, (Y/N) ran off the hill and towards the massive energy signature. Following his lead, the other Black Bulls followed after.
Soon, the group arrived in front of the entrance, a dark corridor shining with a faint crimson light.
"After this mission I never want to see a dark corridor again..." (Y/N) thought, annoyed. He'd seen too many dark corridors recently.
"Let's go!" Luck began leading the mission with a smile as he grinned, beginning to skip down the corridor.
"Is he really going to be able to keep us safe...?" Alice asked lowly as she saw how happy Luck was, concern tearing at her.
"He fought me, didn't he?" (Y/N) rolled his eyes and began walking, though he put on the Ancient God's Mask, making Noelle, Asta and Alice confused.
"Since when do you wear a mask?" Asta asked, confused.
"Since yesterday." (Y/N)'s voice was slightly modified as he talked, though the group didn't question it further as they all walked deeper into the dungeon, (Y/N) holding a lantern.
"Hey, Noelle, as much as I love this, mind getting off me? I'm going to trip at this rate." (Y/N) chuckled slightly as he saw Noelle blush, the girl holding onto his arm.
"I need someone to use as a meat shield incase something happens, it's not like I want to do this or anything!" Noelle turned her head to the side as (Y/N) rolled his eyes.
"Sure, you keep telling yourself that." The boy smirked, making Noelle blush further as she punched his arm, making (Y/N) drop the lamp.
"Well, I called it." (Y/N)'s haughty voice was the first to be heard, and in the darkness, everyone could practically imagine his smirking face.
"It's so dark in here..." Alice complained as she summoned up a flame in her hand, only to facepalm as she remembered her flames don't provide light in dark areas.
"Don't worry, I've got this!" (Y/N) smirked as he summoned a flame in his hand, crickets sounding out.
"Well, we're waiting." Noelle stomped her foot, only to not hear (Y/N) say anything as Luck began to laugh.
"Luck, what's up?" Asta questioned the boy, who was rolling on the floor at this point.
"Let's just keep walking..." (Y/N)'s dead voice spoke as he walked past the group, a flame trailing in his hand, and despite the room being dark, everyone understood why Luck was laughing, causing them to also begin laughing at (Y/N)'s expense.
"That's just golden! That's too good!" Alice laughed wildly as she fell to the floor, only to hear (Y/N)'s footsteps continue as the group of four laughed on the floor, (Y/N)'s eyes going dead.
"Alright, we can tease him later. For now, it's time to keep moving." Luck stood up shakily as he began to follow after the (h/c) haired boy.
As a few minutes of endless torture for (Y/N) passed, Luck sensed some incredible mana behind the wall as he pushed on a stone block, a blinding light forcing the group to shield their eyes, the sound of a wall collapsing in front of them resounding.
"Woah..." (Y/N) couldn't help but marvel at the scene in front of him, structures going in all directions, waterways and waterfalls in between, the mana in the location actively creating blue particles, instantly empowering the Black Bulls.
"The mana in this place is so dense..." Noelle spoke as Alice nodded, the two mages finding the mana to be a refreshing change of scenery.
"Alright, well, time to get to work." Jumping down, (Y/N) began walking, only to jump to an unfortunate spot, a Magic circle appearing under him.
"You've got to be fuc-" (Y/N) was swallowed up by a tornado of fire before he could even finish his sentence, scorching the boy as the Magic faded away, (Y/N) having barely saved himself by using his Mana as a shield.
"This mask lied to me..." (Y/N) thought depressingly as he walked forward, only for another magic circle to appear.
"Oh for the love of-" This time, (Y/N) was shot towards the ceiling, indenting the boy in it as everyone else watched in silence.
"I wonder if that dragon would want this mask back...?" (Y/N) thought as he fell from the ceiling...landing on yet another magic circle.
"OH JUST KILL ME ALREADY!" (Y/N) screamed in annoyance, a giant wall of earth impaling the boy. Or, that was what was supposed to happen. A golden glow covered the mask (Y/N) was wearing as the its eyes turned red, a roar emitting from the mask as an insanely dense shield of magic formed around (Y/N), repelling the wall of earth, which shattered on impact with the shield.
"Ok...so it didn't lie to me. Wait, this thing only blocks fatal attacks?" (Y/N) thought curiously as he felt the shield around him grow null, the magic dissipating. But he had to admit, that magic was quite impressive, the amount of mana he felt was simply insane. It was even more than Yami's when he had released his at the Entrance Exam.
"What kind of magic item is that? It released so much mana!" Luck's awestruck face was the first thing (Y/N) saw.
"Just a mask I found while exploring an old room, nothing more." Though Luck didn't seem to press on, he didn't seem convinced, though he turned his attention to the surroundings.
"Now, then..." Luck's face shadowed as he focused all of his senses, trying to find any foreign magic signatures, feeling a faint spark of lightning in one of the many adjacent doorways in the room.
"So I was right...there are others here." An insane looking smile covered Luck's face as he turned to face a doorway.
"[Lightning Creation Magic: Holy Lightning Boots.]" Luck casted a spell as he jumped into the air, sending him flying as he looked back at the juniors.
"Something came up, I'm going to leave exploring the dungeon to you guys! Have fun, and don't die!" Luck laughed as he ran off, disappearing in a matter of seconds as everyone sighed.
"So much for being our Senior..." Alice deadpanned as she watched the door Luck left through.
"He's kidding right?" Noelle asked worriedly as she saw the veteran Black Bulls member leave.
"That was so awesome..." Both (Y/N) and Asta commented. It wasn't too fancy, but he still escaped having to babysit them.
Looking at the two fascinated boys, a single thought went through Alice and Noelle's minds.
"We're going to die here!" Both of the girls thought as they panicked, (Y/N) and Asta still marvelling.
"Alright, let's get going. We only need to explore, not fight anything." (Y/N) walked forward and towards a staircase, the rest looking at each other and shrugging before following the boy.
"So, what do you guys think we'll find in the treasure room?" Alice asked as she tried to begin a conversation.
"Well, I just want a weapon. My current sword is nice and all, but I'm getting bored of having to rely on a single weapon. It'd be nice to get some variety." (Y/N) huffed as everyone around him sweatdropped.Leave it to (Y/N) to think of only a new weapon for combat.
"Oh? What kind of weapon?" Asta asked curiously, making the two girls deadpan.
"Well, I'd like something with a little more range. And a hell of a lot of badassery points. I feel like I know what weapon it is...but it's like I can't seem to say it." (Y/N) spoke as he tried to think, only for smoke to blow out of his head as he looked dazed.
"You're kidding, right?"
"That's just sad..."
"This is who I have a crush on?" Both Noelle and Alice asked out loud and to themselves as they facepalmed, though inwardly they couldn't help but giggle.
"Alright, let's just get going- oh fuck my life." (Y/N) spoke as he saw a magic circle appear beneath him, vines binding him as his Grimoire appeared, Heaven's Reach in his hand in a second as he segmented the blade, slicing the vines to hell.
"Ahhhh!" Hearing a scream, (Y/N) turned to look at Noelle, Alice and Asta being bound by the vines as he sweatdropped.
"How the hell did you guys get captured?" (Y/N) asked as the group glared at him, their eyes saying "Just get us down from here!"
"I will, I will...just give me a few seconds to enjoy this scene." A playful smile appeared on (Y/N)'s face as he saw Alice and Noelle blush wildly, beginning to flail endlessly as he laughed.
"Ok-" A swift sword made of air passed by (Y/N)'s face as he narrowed his eyes, the sword stabbing a plant monster that had risen from the Magic waters.
"Magic of that speed and strength...they got assigned here too?" A smirk slowly formed on (Y/N)'s face as he saw more blades swarm towards the creature, freeing the captives and slaying the plant monster as (Y/N) turned to look at a certain door, and at the same time so did everyone else.
"I've repaid my debt, Asta...and (Y/N), Alice, it's nice to see you again." Yuno's stoic voice contained a hint of pride as he looked at the group below, the two figures of Mimosa and Klaus next to him in the doorway.
"Yuno..." Asta grinned as he saw his rival and foster brother, excitement starting to surface in his eyes.
"Well, well, well. You got stronger yet again, it seems like I'll have to try harder to keep up." Alice also smiled as she saw the black haired boy.
"Nice job, Yuno...BUT YOU STOLE MY SPOTLIGHT!" In a fraction of a second, (Y/N) used [Void Rift] to appear in front of Yuno, yelling at him childishly. Looking away in laughter, Yuno had to hold back his laughter as he heard (Y/N) complain.
Looking behind Yuno, (Y/N) saw Mimosa and Klaus as he greeted them.
"Sup beautiful, did ya miss me? Oh, and hello to you too glasses." (Y/N) carelessly spoke, causing Mimosa to blush intensely and Klaus to gain a tick mark.
"My name is not "glasses!" It's Klaus! K-L-A-U-S!" The blue haired boy raged at (Y/N) as he turned his head away.
"But glasses is simpler." (Y/N) commented stoically as he looked away childishly, Klaus sighing as he fixed his glasses.
"What are you guys doing here anyway?" Klaus asked as he looked at (Y/N) expectantly.
"Well, apart from watching the two beauties behind me and the one behind you, I'm here on a mission." (Y/N) laughed as he saw Yuno, Klaus and Mimosa smile.
"Well then, that makes two of us." Yuno smiled at his friends, though there was a challenging look in that smile.
"Greetings, Noelle." Mimosa smiled as she walked up to the silver haired girl, said girl's mouth twitching in annoyance.
"Why her...of all people, why her..." Noelle's lips twisted into an annoyed smile, though Mimosa seemed to miss it as she smiled happily.
"I don't think I've seen you since the banquet last year." Mimosa held a hand to her mouth as she smiled, an innocently rude gesture, though the girl wasn't aware of it.
"You know her?" Alice asked curiously as she looked at her friend.
"Yeah, somewhat." Noelle sweatdropped.
"Oh, I haven't met you before. Nice to meet you, I'm Mimosa Vermillion, Noelle's cousin." Mimosa greeted Alice as the two girls smiled at each other.
"Likewise, I'm Alice Hellian." The girls talked amongst themselves as (Y/N) glanced at them.
"Well, if we're all here to secure the dungeon...I'd say we team up!...Nah, just kidding that'd be boring." (Y/N) laughed as the other boys all nodded.
"We're here representing the Golden Dawn, and you two the Black Bulls, the results are obvious." Klaus fixed his glasses as he scoffed.
"Yeah, don't feel too bad when you lose. Of course, a moderate amount of salt won't kill anyone." (Y/N) mocked as a vein appeared on Klaus' forehead.
"That's (Y/N) alright, able to get on anyone's nerves." Both Asta and Yuno sweatdropped as they watched the two argue.
After a few banters, the topic of Stars was brought up.
"Oh, our group got a star from the Wizard King for our last mission." Mimosa proudly giggled as the two boys behind her got prideful looks, only for Alice, Asta and Noelle to also gain prideful looks.
"Well, we got a star off our last mission as well!" The three proudly proclaimed, stunning the Golden Dawn members as (Y/N) laughed to himself.
"I was there for both of those...2 to me, 0 to everyone else." (Y/N) had to hold back the urge to laugh as he saw the two groups banter a bit more, Asta and Klaus getting into an argument over which Captain was better.
"Very well then, let's just show you the difference between the top Magic Knights, and the bottom ones." Klaus proposed the challenge as (Y/N) smirked.
"I'm listening." The boy said coolly as Klaus adjusted his glasses.
"Mimosa."
"On it." The vermillion haired girl's Grimoire opened as she casted a spell, [Magic Flower Guidepost], creating a replica of the dungeon as (Y/N) raised his eyebrow.
"Alright, I've memorized the basic layout of the dungeon." Mimosa claimed as the two boys behind her nodded, Yuno summoning up a gale of wind and creating platforms of wind beneath the three, beginning to take flight.
"Mimosa, after this, go on a date with me." (Y/N) spoke seriously as the girl blushed madly, Noelle and Alice nearby feeling a bit annoyed at this.
Soon after, the Golden Dawn members left with a smirk as (Y/N)'s face shadowed.
"Alright, let's go! We're not letting Yuno get ahead!" Asta charged forward, Noelle and Alice following after the boy as (Y/N) didn't move.
"It seems there's a pest in my space..." (Y/N) thought darkly as he felt a massive magic signature, one that shined of diamonds and flames.
"Right now, that person won't be a problem, I should just focus on beating the Golden Dawn first..." (Y/N)'s face returned to normal as he sprinted after his Squadmates, catching up in seconds.
"Wait, do we even know where we're going?" Alice suddenly asked as she stopped running, the others also pausing as they realized they had no idea where they were going.
Feeling a rustle in his hair, (Y/N) shivered in annoyance as Nero rushed out of his hair, going down a doorway as (Y/N) sighed.
"Guess we're following the crazy bird, just my luck..." (Y/N) almost facepalmed as he began to run after the anti-bird.
At the Capital...
"Sir, I have news for the Wizard King!" A robed mage spoke as he kneeled before a set of stairs leading up the a blue haired wizard and a man in red robes.
"The Squads from the Black Bulls, Golden Dawn and Blue Rose have all arrived at the dungeon. We've also confirmed the presence of two military presences from the Diamond Kingdom." The robed man spoke as the current Wizard King, Julius Novechrono looked towards the roof in wonder.
"Well then, it's a trial by fire. Just how will you fare this time, (Y/N)?" Julius muttered to himself before smiling, thanking the robed mage as he walked away, leaving Marx and Julius the only two in the room.
"You sent three teams of newbies on a mission that could determine the future of our country?" Marx couldn't help but ask his superior, only to receive a strange smile from Julius.
"I'm just testing out a hunch, is all..." Julius replied before drifting off into his thoughts.
"The appearance of a Legacy means that it has found another host, so let's just see. Are you who you say you are, or a calamity in waiting? I do wonder..." Julius thought as his smile slowly widened, excitement in his eyes.
The Dungeon...
In one of the many rooms of the dungeon, Luck was holding a mage wearing a robe which belonged to the Diamond Kingdom, enemy of the Clover Kingdom. An insane smile was on Luck's face as he dropped the mage, turning his attention towards a black haired man sitting on a fallen pile of rocks nearby.
"That was no fun." Luck complained as the man nearby sweatdropped.
"I'm guessing you're the leader, right? So you have to be strong! Give me a good fight!" Luck pointed at the black haired man who only sighed.
"Good grief..." The man spoke as he jumped off the rocks, before turning tail and running.
"Actually, I'm pretty sure we don't have to fight. Let's just compete nonviolently!" The man exclaimed as he ran at a surprisingly fast speed, though Luck's smile only widened.
Looking back, the black haired man only smiled bitterly as he saw Luck right next to him, kicking at him with a lightning-clad boot.
"You sure are fast..." The man commented in some surprise as black smoke began surrounding the two mages, causing Luck to miss and redirect himself towards a wall.
"He dodged me?" Luck thought in slight shock, only to see a Grimoire floating in a gray aura within the smoke as the man revealed himself from within.
Elsewhere, Asta, (Y/N), Alice and Noelle were all in a room with inverted gravity, causing the four to literally flip out.
"Ugh...I don't feel so good..." (Y/N)'s eyes went dizzy as he spun in place, the gravity constantly changing where he stood.
"What's with this place? Gravity's all wrong here!" Noelle complained as she was bounced up and down.
"No kidding!" Alice yelled as she landed on yet another wall, immediately being sent flying towards another.
"Ooh! Treasure!" Seeing a treasure chest running away, Asta completely ignored the gravity change effect, which hadn't affected him much, and ran after it.
After finding a...disturbing...sight inside, the group continued on past the gravity room, all in annoyance.
Back with Luck, the boy constantly sent attacks at the man, though he only dodged barely, never sending out attacks of his own.
Seeing this, Luck's eyes narrowed in slight suspicion, though he saw nothing out of the ordinary as he kept attacking, until suddenly he felt a strange wave of magic stun him momentarily, the boy's eyes widening.
"When did he...?!" Luck thought in a panic as he saw the man smirk.
"That took longer than I expected. But now, it's all over for you, kid. While you were busy beating up my underlings, I took the liberty of filling this entire room with my magic." The man explained as Luck looked over at the fallen mages.
"He used them as a sacrifice?" Luck's mouth slowly arched up, excitement starting to swell inside him.
"It's very important, isn't it? Teamwork, I mean." The man asked Luck as he held an amused look in his eyes.
Elsewhere, two men walked upon a pathway of diamond, a gray haired boy and a boy with black hair wielding an azure sword that radiated a strange mist.
The two walked in silence, and in another corridor the Golden Dawn members flew through the area, Mimosa leading the way with her magic.
And soon, the group arrived in front of a large, intricately designed door, causing Mimosa to gasp in awe.
"So amazing!" The girl was awestruck as she looked at the surroundings near the door, not believing such a place really existed.
"That's all there is to dungeons? That wasn't very difficult." Klaus scoffed as he looked at the giant door in front of him.
"I wonder how we get in." Yuno pondered as he landed the group on the floor, with the members looking around.
"It appears the Black Bulls haven't arrived here yet." Mimosa noticed the lack of some individuals, though Klaus beside her only scoffed.
"Of course not. There's no way they'd beat us here." The boy disregarded as he returned to looking at the door.
Behind the three, unnoticed, a stream of diamond spikes was forming towards Mimosa.
"Augh!" Mimosa coughed out as she was impaled with multiple diamond spikes, ripping through her cloak as she coughed up some blood.
"It ripped right through her mana shielding cloak?! She's an expert at sensing mana, and even she couldn't react in time...just what are we facing here?!" Klaus turned his gaze towards the attack's origin, finding a man walking towards them.
"This is...the Diamond Kingdom!" Realization dawned upon Klaus, a look of rage covering his face. To dare harm his underlings in his presence...!
"Do you intend on standing in my way?" The black haired boy wielding the azure sword asked as he continued to approach the group, another light purple haired man behind him.
Elsewhere...
"Friends you can trust are worth their weight in gold. Sorry, kid. But stay there for a while and get weaker, then you won't have to die." The man began walking away as Luck fell to the floor.
"Win...Win...Keep winning, Luck!" Luck's face blanked out as he recalled her voice. The voice of the only person who'd ever "cared" for him.
Suddenly, with renewed vigor, Luck stood up as lightning sparked ominously around him, an insane look on his face.
"Wait...Its been a while...since things actually got interesting." The smile on Luck's face widened even further, an insane look in his eyes as he stared at the smoke mage.
As the man tried surrounding himself in smoke, Luck pierced right through the smoke and clawed at him, leaving a small scratch on the side of his face.
"More...more! Let's fight more!" At this point, a completely insane lust for battle empowered Luck, making the man grimace.
"I'd rather not pluck such a young bud." With a grimace, the man prepared to fight the Black Bulls' battle maniac.
Elsewhere...
Yuno and Klaus stared off against the two Diamond mages, a tense atmosphere.
"No one has to die here. Walk away, and you may keep your lives." The black haired man pointed his sheathed blade at the two mages, causing Klaus to grit his teeth.
"You believe we'll just stand aside?!" Klaus raged, the black haired man gaining a solemn look.
"Then you'll die here." Klaus had no time to react as the black haired man swung his sword, a wave of dark blue magic shooting towards the two mages at an impossible speed, arriving before the two in a second.
However, just before it made contact with the two, a wall of earth appeared before them.
"Men are so useless." A voice spoke, a black haired girl wearing a blue robe with a distinct rose on it, two others wearing the same robe behind her.
"Let's make this fair, shall we? I'm not particularly fond of men, so prove to me you have your uses." The girl walked up, the two beside her also joining as the five stared off against the two Diamond Kingdom mages.
Lana stood beside Michio as the two stared off against the mages. This wasn't going to be an easy fight, but they'd fight regardless.
The Blue Rose and Golden Dawn against the Azure Swordsman and the Crystal Mage.
Elsewhere, another fight began to brew.
The Black Bulls against the Smoke Mage.
"Heheheh...Things are really getting interesting now...wouldn't you say so?" A girl giggle could be heard in a phantasmal space, devoid of any life apart from the girl.
"It's almost our time to meet, (Y/N), so don't die until then. Your death is reserved. Just~ for~ me~." The girl sang as she giggled, an excited look on her face.
Just how will you get through this? Can you get through this? I'm quite dying to find out...
