"I know right! That was just so unexpected!" said Calla
"It's okay. I'm sure, since she knew this from the start, she knew this would happen. So don't cry. She wouldn't like to see you guys like this. It would pain her to see you guys like this. So be strong, okay?" said Jack as he gave a slight small
May stared back at him, "You know for someone who only cares about food, you surprisingly do say some nice things." she said as she wiped her tears
"What are you saying? I always say things like this. I am the mother of this squad." replied Jack jokingly, "It's my right to give you advice, children."
"Aww thanks....mom." replied May
"Mom?," coughs Jack as he looks hurt to hear that, "You know I didn't mean it like that."
"Whatever you say mom." Said Calla jokingly
Azalea along with the rest of them chuckled.
"We will never forget you Snow. No matter where you are, you will always be right here." said May, Azalea, Calla and Jack as they looked at the sky
"Hate to break this to you, but the enemy's here." said Lark as he peeked out.
"Oh we are so not handing over Azalea." said all of them at once as they were now ready to fight even though they had nothing.
"I am not handing myself over either." said Azalea as she smirked.
The guards were now pointing their guns at them.
They were glaring back at them.
They all acted like they had some guns in their pockets. So they acted like they were reaching out for them, which made the guards be cautious.
Just when the guards decided to fire, Jack yelled, "Run!"
Everyone ran to the other room which had a secret doorway which led outside. Jack and Lark were carrying Wren.
"Where do we go?" asked Calla
"I don't know. Just run. Anywhere." replied Jack
"I have an idea! Let's go to that tower!" said Lark pointing at a tall building nearby.
"Nice idea." replied Azalea
They all ran to the tower.

"We have no idea what to do." said Jack panting as he puts Wren down in a sitting position.
"Anyone want some water?" asked Azalea as she takes out a bottle of water from her bag.
Everyone raised their hands to this.
So she gave everyone her bottle one by one.
"Leave some for Wren too." she said
"Hey look. We can see your dad from here." said Lark pointing outside.
"That does look your dad." replied Calla who was now staring outside too.
"Oh and who's that with him? Is that the old man?" asked May who was now also looking out
"He certainly doesn't look old now." replied Aster
"Thanks Lea." said Violet as she drank water and then also went to watch.
"Wait, I'm coming too." Azalea then also went to watch.
"Oh my god, my dad is killing it." she said excitedly
"Your dad really knows how to fight." said May
Just then Bryce got knee kicked real hard in the stomach.
"That's got to hurt." said Jack
"Shouldn't we go there?" asked Azalea who was now worried
"He told you to get away. Besides I don't think he would be able to fight with us there. I'm not saying we'd be a burden, but I'm just saying that he will be worried about us. Not to mention Vidal can take any of us hostage and then ask for you in return or to open a portal in return. " said Lark
"You sure watch a lot of movies." said Aster
"So? It could happen in real life you know." replied Lark
"You are not even denying it." said Azalea to Lark
"I think he's right. I know he's right. Because that's what would have happened." said Jack
"See." said Lark
"Yes yes, your majesty was right. But you know it's not always good to be right." said Aster
"What?" asked Lark
"Hey guys shush. We are trying to watch here." said May
"What's with you guys and watching? Do you always do things like this?" asked Lark
"What do you mean?" asked Violet
"You guys were even watching me and Azalea in the park." said Lark
"So you noticed us? Nice" Said Calla
"What happened in the park?" May asked Azalea
"Long story, I will tell you later." replied Azalea
"You bet you will. I will make you." replied May
"I wouldn't say we all do it. Some of us in both the squads like to stare and watch situations regarding other friends because eventually we do tell each other everything. We are like brothers and sisters." said Calla ignoring May
May and Jack coughed at this. While Calla was laughing and Azalea was trying to suppress a laugh and as well as glared at Calla.
"Oh I meant, some of us are. Not rest of them. I meant like brothers and sisters they are not. I meant we are like good friends. Best friends!" said Calla correcting herself while still holding her laughter
"Haha I get it." said Lark as he chuckled
"You guys really must do this often?" asked Aster
"Oh I wouldn't say often" replied May
"We only watch things that are.....I don't know...interesting." said Azalea
"Well to us everything's interesting." said Jack
"Not really, like we only watched Vile and Ashley confess to each other in their first year of academy. They have been together for a really really long time now. And we also watched our teachers, we even once watched our principal getting slapped in the face by a girl, we watched a bunch of our students, we watched one of the trainers shot himself in the butt, we watched people getting angry, fighting, confessing, even kissing which was gross, and sharing secrets and threatening and blah blah blah you know, just a few things." said Calla
"Wait what?! Principal getting slapped? Shooting himself in the butt?" asked Lark who was surprised
May, Jack, Azalea and Calla started laughing.
"Yep, now that was hilarious." They said
"But how? Did you stalk them?" asked Aster
"Oh no we did not. I don't know, it just so happens that we happened to be there during all these situation. We happened to either pass by or one of us would already be during that situation and would call the rest of us or either tell us later on at our usual meeting place." said May
"So do you still know everything even after not being a member?" Aster asked Azalea
"Yeah, well May, Ashley, Calla and everyone else would tell me. I mean why miss out on the fun. Although there is one thing that we did miss," said Azalea as she looked at Jack and May who both in return looked to the other side.
"She will tell us eventually." said Calla as Jack looked at May.
"Hey, I can't see your dad or Vidal anymore." said Lark
"That can't be." replied Calla
"They must have gone somewhere else while fighting." said Azalea
"But I do see a whole army of ugliest looking people I have ever seen." said Lark
"Oh god they are ugly. Why is their tongue sticking out, doesn't it get dry?" said May as she had a disgusted look on her face
"Where are they coming from?" asked Jack
"That mansion I'm guessing!" said Calla
"The portal must be still opened! Oh my god! This is exactly what Dad was telling me about! Vidal used to experiment on humans on making them those man eaters thing. Maybe he used to do those experiments in Zench and he would do them on the people who were sent there due to their crimes. And he could do that because he was the previous portal owner until he was stripped from his powers!" said Azalea
"I see, then where are they headed to?" asked Lark
"They are heading to the royal castle which is not far from here. It's actually really close!" said Aster
-Melancholias Royal Castle
"We have to go!" said Jack
"Wait, how do we stop them? If they are the same thing as those man eaters then nothing would work on them." said Lark
"Maybe I can help you." said a man who looked around the same age as Bryce. He had brown hair and brown eyes.
"Uncle?" asked Azalea
"Oh hey! Nice to see you again. How are you doing?" he asked
"I'm fine. How are you? What are you doing here?" replied Azalea
"I came here for you guys. Man, let me tell you, you guys really need to stay in one place. I went to your secret base and it was filled with the enemy. Finally I found you guys!" he replied
"I see, do you have something for us?" said Azalea as she smirked, "I know you have invented something new this time, what is it?"
"You get me. I present to you these." He opened up his bag he was carrying. "I could only bring this much, frankly, these are all I could make in such a short amount of time. But these are special bullets, just put it in your regular gun and use it. It will kill those things in one shot. And plus these knives will come in handy. It's also been made of the same material. It's all yours!" he said.
"Oh wow amazing! " said Lark
"With these we can win." said Jack
"I am guessing those man eaters army is around less than 5 thousand." said May
"But we don't have any guns." said Azalea
"Oh wait! We do! I forgot, I brought guns for all of you guys." said Calla
"Couldn't you have shown us this before?" said Aster, "also," she whispers in Azaleas ear, "Who is that man, and why were you calling him Uncle?"
"Oh he, he is Wrens dad. And as far as uncle thing goes, him, my dad and the king did a bet and I don't really know what happened but now I have to call the king and him uncle while Wren and his siblings have to call my dad and the king uncle for six months." replied Azalea
"What? He doesn't look like him that much. Wait no, now that you take a closer look at him he does look like Wren. But a bit older and his eye colours different too," said Aster
"Okay so that's covered. How is he doing?" he asked as he looked over at the still unconscious Wren.
"I don't know, he hasn't regained conscious yet. Your device did work and the bullet is out, but maybe it didn't work that well?" said Azalea
"Are you kidding? Of course my device works. I made it!" he then went over to Wren and knee kicked him on his stomach, "How long are you going to stay asleep you idiot?!"
Everyone was watching with their eyes opened. Hitting an injured person was not what they were expecting, Wren had actually suddenly started to gain conscious.
"See, that's how you do things. If that doesn't work then hit his head with a bat." his father said.
Wren opened his eyes, and he tried to stand but he still couldn't stand.
"What....what....." he was looking around, "what just happened? Argh, I feel like I got kicked in the stomach real hard." he said as he looked around and found his father standing there.
"Hi." he said as he was still trying to regain back full conscious.
"Hello. Good morning." his father replied
Wren eyes went wide opened, he turned around again to properly look at who it was.
"Dad?! What are you doing here?!" he asked
"Came to check up on you to see if you were still alive. I'm going to go now. Explain everything to him from me will ya? Bryce opened up a portal for me and it's not gonna last long. Sorry I can't stay here longer. Bye." he said as he went down the stairs
"What just happened? Why was he here?!" asked Wren who had no idea what was going on.
After everyone was done explaining to Wren what had happened, they all decided to split up into groups.
Group A which consists of Azalea, Wren, Lark would go to the mansion to destroy that portal to prevent further of those man eaters from entering inside.
Group B which consists of Jack, May and Calla would go to the royal castle to fight those man eaters because no one over there has these bullets or knives.
