Mirage was born from a female demon and a male inccubus who raped her mother. But she was raised no differently, her mother and her mother's wife didn't reject her. Her mothers told her she could be anything she wanted to be, and don't be held down by her label of succubus. She had an older half sister she grew up with, Ebony, before Ebony was exiled. As a succubus she had no sexual desires at all really. Romantic, yes, but she found herself as an asexual. She didn't tell anyone, and once she was not a child in demon years anymore and had to have sexual actions to have energy to stay alive, she left to explore earth and find a platonic romantic relationship. She tried to stay away from other incubuses and succubuses, since they'd ridicule her.
