"K-Kuro, hurry up w-were getting late." I said to Kuro catching breaths as we were currently infront of a vending machine. "Just give a cat a sec or you'll make this feline change his mind..." He said in a low husky voice (A/N. which is his actual voice) wagging his long tail from side to side as he was taking his time to think of a soda to drink.
"Ugh...! Just choose your most favorite one then we could leave because Misono is not gonna like it when we're late!" I said to him now frustrated.
"Can't a human be patient like a cat would wait for its snack? Geez you're such a pain..." He said as he finally chose a soda, inserting the coin that I gave him then I grabbed the drink as it came out. I opened it for Kuro then give it to him as he climbs onto my shoulders.
"Are you satisfied now?" I asked sarcastically.
"Hm..." He just nods and hums in approval as he starts to drink his can of soda. I rolled my eyes as I breathed out a sigh, picking up our stuff for the trip, turning to face the sidewalk and continued speed walking to Misono's mansion.
I took a glance at my watch and my eyes widened as I saw that the time just past our exact time to meet in the mansion.
"Ugh...! We're so dead to Misono!" I groaned as I dropped all of the stuff that I was carrying the past few minutes on the ground.
"Why can't you stop complaining and just continue doing the opposite of what you're implying so instead of thinking that we're gonna get late which we are, at least think of the bright side and find an alternative way to avoid that problem from happening, ok? Gosh your so troublesome..."
"F-For once... You are right..." I said wiping the sweat on my forehead as I was breathing in exhaustion, both hands on my knees while bent down.
I got back up, Kuro slowly clawing the cloth of my shirt on my shoulders for balance. I took time to fully recover myself until I stood up straight my right hand reaching to the side.
"Kuro..." I huskily said, gulping the last drop of my saliva in my throat, my hand now opened feeling the wind blow on my palm. "It's time."
My last two words triggered Kuro's self making his bell ring once and all of a sudden, I felt a pain on my arm as I now saw Kuro biting it leaving two small marks from Kuro's vampire teeth and a squirt of blood coming out of it making a blue aura came that with my lead that appeared in front of my hand.
I grabbed the weapon including Kuro and our things then I start to ride it like a horse as my lead started to float in the air, our stuff hanging from the broom. With good control in handling a broom stick, we began flying in the air like a witch would do in fantasies.
"Who knows what will happen if Misono finds out and thinks that we changed our minds in going even though we we're the ones who suggested it." I said looking below as I searched for Misono's Mansion.
"We? I think it's just you." He said carelessly his direction facing behind me on the broom.
"Your not helping... Just stop lazing around and help me search for Misono's house, will you?"
"What about breakfast?"
"We don't need breakfast, we'll eat up as soon as we arrive at Alicein Mansion."
"Fine..." He spoke in defeat as he turned into to a vampire. "Can't a cat get a little snack." I heard him mumble.
"If your that hungry then why the sudden thought of breakfast when you could've just eat before we leave? Anyways, you already drank a soda on the way so is there any problem when you said you were satisfied? NO." I said my voice getting louder in frustration.
Expecting for a reply, it was now silent, the wind only to be heard at this time which just by thinking simply, was the time to not say a word...

We finally arrived at Misono's Mansion were me and Kuro are meeting the guys. I waved at them to get their attention and they saw me, I saw Misono sitting down on his chair just in front of the Mansion's gate with Lily on his hair as a pink butterfly. He didn't look very happy at all. He was on his chair with arms crossed looking right below him. It suddenly made me feel nervous tht I had to walk to them a little slower.
Next, I saw Tetsu repairing a tire from a van with Hugh just above the vehicle which made me thought that maybe that van is our ride to our long trip. Then, i saw Mikuni leaning on the van arms crossed with his doll Abel on his right shoulder looking like he was asleep and Jeje as a snake wrapped around his kneck like a scarf. It's hard to tell when his antique cowboy hat is covering half part of his face, so who knows."
I looked around closely to see what I'm missing, then I realized, where's the Greed Pair? As I finally walked to the Mansion's gate, Misono decided to look up now that we arrived.
"What took you so long Shirota? You and Sleepy Ash are 34 minutes late from the time we were suppose to meet up for the trip."
"Sorry Misono, but my alarm was set so late that I was able to wake up 15 minutes late from the time now."
"Ugh... Fine, but make sure it won't happen... again."
"Now, now Misono, we haven't even left yet, Tetsu is just about to finish fixing the van that means Mahiru-kun and Sleepy Ash arrived just in time." Mikuni spoke as he suddenly woke up from his slumber.
"Gee, thanks Mikuni-san" I said as I scratched my head from embarrassment."
"Hey! Don't talk to me like you're the boss of me. I can take care of myself you know that. And that's not all, you still have that doll I gave you when you were 18 and now you're so obsessed with it that you now act as a 5 year old."
"Gasp! How dare you include Abel and our childhood to this conversation! The reason why I act like this is because you gave it to me when you were 5 years old and when I left the Mansion, Abel is the only memory I had that you were in." Mikuni explained.
"Nyah... I don't like where this is going, you guys are so troublesome" Kuro said felling annoyed.
"Wait... You really remembered that for the past years?" Misono asked Mikuni. "Of course I remember, if Abel wasn't here to give me company for the past years, I would've forgotten you and Lily right now. Isn't that right Abel my darling? Yes you are!." He replied while cuddling Abel still leaning on the van.
"Finally I'm finished, the van is all set and ready to go." Tetsu said as he wiped some sweat on his face with a face towel.
"Good job Tetsu, that's why you are the strongest eve I've ever met! Let's get in the van and hit the road!" Hugh complimented Tetsu which made him blush a bit.
"Wait, I thought we're taking Misono's limousine?" I said in a confused look.
"Well, we can't take the Limousine for a spin because Doudou got sick from spending to much time in the water with Lily's little subclasses. I was thinking of renting myself a car, but a friend of mine insisted me to borrow his van for our road trip." Mikuni answered as he wrapped both his arms still leaning on the van.
"Ohh..." I replied back understanding the situation.
Then I realized someone was missing...
"Wait, before we leave, how about Licht and Lawless?" I said to them feeling worried all of the sudden.
"Oh them, they're right in the van with the angel's manager and Lawless' subclass." Said Hugh riding on Tetsu's kneck.
"You mean Cranz and Guildenstern? They're coming with us, why?" I said to them with a confused look.
"That's because the Greed Pair don't have a very good attitude when they are together if you know what I'm saying." Hugh replied back.
"Ohh, well that makes sense."
"Well, what are we waiting for, let's hit the road!"
We all went in the car after putting all our stuff at the back seat. It's a good thing we can all fit in one van because the van is 2x bigger than the original van. As we all sat comfortably in our seats with Mikuni as our driver, we all set off on our new journey.

"Hmm... It seems that Shirota and his friends are going for a road trip far far away. Well, when a fruit falls off from a tree, it won't stay too long to survive unless it's seed has been planted. AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! Huhh... This will be interesting..."
