I screamed into the duct tape, as my kidnapper yanked my by my hair. I was tied up to a chair, in my bra and panties. The man pulled out a knife and traced its sharp edge against my neck. He slid his hand down my chest, towards my panties. I cried silent tears, praying that someone could save me.
"Mateo, have you seen my-"
A boy came down the stairs of the dark basement. He had a shocked on his face.
"M-Mateo, what are you doing?"
"Stay out of this, Jacob," my kidnapper yelled.
Jacob shook his head, appalled. "What the hell do you mean, stay out of this?! You have a half-naked girl tied up in the basement, crying, and you tell me to stay out of this?! You are somethin' else, man."
Mateo tackled him. "I said stay out of this."
Jacob punched Mateo in his face, and it turned into a full-fledged fight. Jacob then got up and pushed Mateo into a table, knocking him out. Jacob ran over and started to untie me.
"It's gonna be okay. Shh, don't cry, it's okay."
I cried tears of joy, because I was now free.
