Jin laughed out loud along with Jungkook as they watched something on the elder's phone. They were snuggled up against each other on the couch and were watching some videos FOR HOURS! All Taehyung wanted to do was to yell at them and tell them not to be so lovey-dovey. But he didn't. He was afraid of what answer would he get.
He was sure that he would start crying in that exact moment when those words left from the interviewer's mouth. You two look close.
He didn't even know, what brought that two together. They were close to each other even before he came.
Taehyung sighed and looked at the pair again from the corner of his eyes. Jin leaned his head onto Jungkook's shoulder as he laughed at the video. They looked so good together!!
Taehyung felt himself tearing up so he quickly stood up from the armchair he was sitting on and pulled on his black coat that was on the armrest.
He was in love with Jin. He admitted it to himself long ago. And as he noticed it from the others' knowing looks he was quite obvious about it. It wasn't much a surprise, he was always bad at keeping his emotions a secret. Probably, the only one who didn't know about it was Jin himself.
"Tae, where are you going?" Jin looked up from his phone for a moment as their leader asked. Taehyung quickly turned his back to Namjoon and went to the door.
"I'm going to sleep. Don't wait for me for dinner. "And with that, he closed the door behind himself before going to his own room. Jin furrowed his brows for a moment before widening his eyes. He quickly shook his head to make the thought go away as he literally ran towards Taehyung's room. Luckily the door was not closed.
"Tae!! just listen to me."Jin breathed out as soon as he entered the younger's room and Taehyung wanted to punch something. He wanted to kick and scream and throw a full-on tantrum.
"Tae please talk to me."
Taehyung felt his chest tightened. His hyung was literally begging to him. His mouth was just hung open. He knew he should have said something but all he could do was glare at Jin with his teary eyes.
"Are you crying??"
Taehyung had his hands curled into fists and took a step forward while saying. "No, I'm not."
Jin looked at his hands and quickly took one of his hands before interlacing their fingers together.
"Yes, you are. If I hurt you that time I'm sorry." Jin looked at the younger hopefully.
The more Taehyung stared at their interlocked fingers the more he got angrier. He yanked his hand away from Jin's and yelled. "Hyung!!"
"Just go. Leave me alone."
Jin looked at him with a slight frown and tried again."No, you have to talk to me."
Taehyung wanted to be silent, his breathing ragged. Pained. Angry as he still was, he knew he had not been acting under his own judgment. He couldn't fault Jin for stating his choice. But still he didn't know why he could not take it and he was on the verge of tears again.
There was a long silence before Taehyung finally said and grimaced.
"Did I not make it clear that I like you the most then why you can't like me the most??"
"Is it too much to ask for hyung??"
Jin felt like he stopped to draw in a breath, felt it caught in his throat--trying to understand if he had heard it right.
"No!!"
He yelled and his hands went on the younger's shoulders; only then he could feel them trembling. He shook his head sharply, cursing himself for not being careful enough before hurting his VV. His voice was loud and firm as he spoke."VV, you know right you are my most favorite dongsaeng."
Taehyung just stared at him for a moment before asking in a quiet voice."Then why you gave the name of Jungkook??"
"OH GOD!! DO YOU HAVE ANY IDEA??"
"HOW MUCH STUPID I FELT THAT TIME. EVEN I WAS GOING TO SAY JIN HYUNG AND ME ARE MOST CLOSE IF THAT PERSON DID NOT SAY IT'S A LOVE TRIANGLE." Taehyung screamed before yanking Jin's hand away from his shoulder. He moved over to his bed to sit on it while still fuming.
That sudden outburst made Jin quiet for some seconds. He couldn't believe what Taehyung just said to him. He sighed while looking at Taehyung.
"What could I do??"The eldest tried to sit next to the younger but when he sat down, Taehyung left the bed and sat down at a chair.
Jin closed his eyes while running his hand through his hair."You said that our pair is shipped so if I took your name then maybe it could make the situation worse."
Taehyung just smiled in bitterness and looked away. "The other pairs are also started to be shipped."
"I don't care. For me, our pair is the most important."
Taehyung snapped his head towards Jin as soon as he heard him. He stared at Jin for a moment and quickly darted his eyes away again."I know that hyung that's why I wanted you to take my name."
"Only my name. Not his name!!"
Jin furrowed his brows and went near Taehyung. He grabbed at his shoulders, forcing Taehyung to look at him."Taehyung...I..."
Taehyung tried to push Jin off. The older was stronger so he was unable to. Finally, he looked at Jin and squirmed while closing his eyes."Please, hyung."
"I am tired. I want to sleep. Please leave me alone."
Jin did not say anything more as he took his hands off from Taehyung. He went out of the room and Taehyung immediately closed the door. Jin did not understand why the younger was feeling so much insecure just for a god damn ship. But is it really only because of a ship??
He massaged his temple he didn't know what to do. But he knew one thing for sure he had to do something to make his VV feel special again.

The next day the members were all having their breakfast together like they do most morning. But unlike most mornings both Taehyung and Jin weren't very chatty. Neither of the other members knew what was going on between the eldest and the second youngest members. Namjoon was the first one to notice this tension. He leaned his side and whispered in Jin's ear."What is going on with you and Tae?''
"Nothing" Jin answered too quickly. Both Jin and Namjoon knew he was lying. Jin chewed his food and took a glance at the boy who was totally ignoring him the whole time.
After some time Taehyung finally laid down his chopsticks and turned to Namjoon. "Hyung, I'm gonna take shower before the practice."Namjoon nodded and Taehyung stood up and left, leaving the table in silence with all other members including Jin looking back at his seat and then at his back.
But before he could enter his room, Jin took his wrist all of a sudden making the younger look at him."Tae, we need to talk,"
"Yeah, Okay, "Taehyung mumbled and hung his head low.
After they come into Jin's room. Jin closed the door and immediately hugged Taehyung. At first, Taehyung was shocked. But he took no time to hug him back. They continued to hold each other like that and no one talked for a while. Finally, Taehyung broke the silence as he mumbled."I am sorry hyung."
Jin pulled himself back from the hug and grabbed the younger's shoulder tightly."No, VV. It was my mistake."
Taehyung shook his head"No no..!! I was being childish."His voice quieted as he looked at Jin.
"No, Tae you were right." Jin cupped Taehyung's face gently while rubbing his thumb against his cheeks."Trust me I love all the members but I love you the most and you are the only person I am closest to."
Taehyung grasped Jin's hand and nodded his head."I know hyung. I know."
"I'm really sorry."
Jin hugged Taehyung again and this time tighter. "Shhh. You don't have to say sorry anymore. Just don't forget VV."
"Hyung loves you the most."Those simple words made Taehyung grow a big smile on his face. He pulled away and gave Jin a warm smile, and Jin felt his whole being radiating with that warmness.
"And I love you the most."
"Really??"Jin whispered, holding out his hand. Taehyung nodded his head and took his outstretched hand."Yeah, Is there any doubt?"
"Well, no but I have something for you."
"Really!!"
"Yeah."Jin closed his eyes and pressed their foreheads together before pulling something out of his pocket.
"What??"
"A cuff bracelet!!"Taehyung squeezed Jin's hand, his heart racing.
Jin nodded and smiled widely while still closing his eyes."It's a couple bracelet. I know we are not a couple or something but I really want to make you believe that our bond that we share is very much special to me and I want you to feel the same."
Taehyung brought his hand to Jin's jaw, rubbing his thumb against it making him open his eyes before bringing it to rest on his neck."So, only we two have this bracelet. No other members."
"Nope and I want you to wear it while we will go to Thailand for Run episode."
"Of course I will. We will wear it together." Taehyung grinned and looked back at the bracelet. Jin chuckled lightly making Taehyung look up at him and wrapped his arm around the younger's shoulder tightly."You forgave me right?? "
"Ahh hyung. It was never your fault. I was overreacting."Taehyung leaned forward and tapped their noses together while continuing."But still, if you are asking me then yes. After all, I can't stay mad at you for a long time."
"You save me VV. Now let's go."Taehyung gave a soft smile hearing Jin, trailing his own hands down Jin's arms to his fingers as the elder stepped backward and let himself be led over to the door. "All the members are probably waiting for us. We have to go to practice."
Taehyung was feeling like he was the happiest person in the world and this happiness doubled when finally Jin admitted to everyone in front of the band members, in front of their fans when he answered that he is closer to Taehyung than all of the other members in the band.
Taehyung could not help himself but immediately hugged the person he loves the most and he admires the most...

Don't you think how it's a little bit suspicious that how Jin changed his answer completely from Jungkook to Taehyung? And we all know what was Taehyung's reaction when Jin took Jungkook's name at that time. So???😬😬
