I opened my eyes and blinked continuously eventually rubbing my eyes and letting out a loud yawn,My back was killing me,my body was stiff and numb,
The first thing i saw was Maria leaning on the iron seats asleep,Sophia was next to her but was asleep as well,
I looked at the floor and immediately noticed someone sitting next to me wearing black pants and sitting leg on leg,arms crossed and breathing really lightly,
I couldn't see their face because i was Resting my head on their shoulders,i moved away to find that i was sleeping on Eric's shoulder all that time,
He was asleep too but instead of bothering me and leaning on me as well his head was against the wall,sleep probably beat him,after all he couldn't sleep for two days straight.
Fortunately he was wearing a hand watch so I looked at it to know the time and it was 2:45AM
Ivan has been in the operation for six hours now,i was hungry so i got up and stretched more feeling every bone crack in my body,the hospital was empty,silent,and scary.
It was dimly lit and the only noise i could hear was the sound of my footsteps on the tile floor,
I wanted to get to the cafeteria,they said that it was open all day and night.
Just as I entered the cafeteria I realized that I didn't have Money to buy anything,i was too tired to think of money,so i made my way back again and tried to think of ways to at least be able to buy a cup of coffee,
I walked back and everyone was still dead asleep except the guards who went further inside leaving Eric behind whom I ordered to stay which meant that we were all alone,
I was so frustrated because I couldn't possibly get any money.
"Irene?" I heard someone call my name and I turned around to see William coming my direction,he quickly ran and hugged me gently rubbing both of my arms,
"How are you dear? Are you in pain?" He asked looking worried and confused,
"I'm alright," I nodded answering him,
"They told me you lost the baby,I'm sorry for your loss" he sighed sadly comforting me,
"It was going to die anyways,apparently my pregnancy wasn't normal in the first place" i emotionlessly replied,i ran out of tears to cry.
"Come on let's have a cup of coffee at the cafeteria,we'll talk there" he lead the way to the cafeteria,he came just in time.

"How did you find a donor?" William asked placing two cups of coffee on the table,
The place was empty for the most part,there were only around four other people here.
"Doctor Abbot has a son in law,whom he told me abuses his wife, which is Doctor Abbot's daughter," I explained taking my cup and placing it in front of me,
"He reminded me of Edward so I felt like no one would be bothered by his sudden disappearance" i took a sip of the bitter coffee,
"You know about Edward?" He asked surprised,
"Why wouldn't I?" I replied confused
"Ivan doesn't tell the girls he date anything about his history" he explained,
"To see you know such a big part of his history and it's his abusive father,Ivan really trust you to know these information" he smirked, "You're well suited to be in the Mafia."
"I'm suited to be anything i want,if there is anyone whose seen every corner of hell besides Ivan,it's Me" I replied tightening my grip on the paper cup,
"You know what we are trying to do right now?" He asked leaning back on the chair and crossing his arms,
"We are planning to kill Edward."
"Doesn't sound like something new to me.
Ivan despises that man,and I don't hate him any less" I replied uninterestedly
"I love the attitude" he giggled Evilly,
"Here is the deal Darling"
"You.." he pointed at me with his index finger,
"Will help us get rid of Edward,Once and for all."
"Deal" I smirked and stretched my hand for him to shake,
"Deal" he shook my hand and we both finally came to an agreement,
"But you have to explain everything to me,from the birth of Ivan until present day,i want to know it all," I shrugged,
"Once We go back home,we will start,
In fact I invited Candace,Xavier and Kiel to come,you know them right?" He asked raising an eyebrow
"Kiel?" I whispered to myself panicking,i still remember his letter,he most specifically wrote,
"I don't like leaving my jobs halfway done"
He is coming soon,and he probably is planning to ruin Williams plan because he's not on our side.
"Irene?" I flinched when he poked my shoulder bringing me back to reality,
"Oh sorry" I apologized quickly brushing it off,
"Good,they must arrive anytime tonight" he looked at his hand watch,
"Oh Around 8am actually"
"Oh shit" I whispered to myself,
"But Edward will come later,probably a week later," he explained with a groan
"He doesn't even care that his son is dying,he deserves whats coming to him honestly," i rolled my eyes and let out a sigh
"Don't worry Dear,I guarantee you every thing will fall back into place," he explained picking up his paper cup to drink his coffee,
How will I avoid Kiel?
I rubbed the bridge of my nose letting out a faint groan of frustration,am i not going through enough trouble???
"Ma'am!" I got startled by the loud noise,
I saw Eric running to me quickly,
"I was worried,you shouldn't wander off like that!" He stopped to gather his breath
"The operation is over Doctor Abbot is calling you"
I stood up quickly running back to the hallway of the operating room along side William who ran after me,
I saw Doctor Abbot standing in the hallway to the operating room,he pointed at the door signaling me to talk privately,i turned to face William and he nodded giving me an "i don't mind" face,
"Doctor!" I quickly ran to him and couldn't even bother to rest and catch my breath,
"Please tell me,how did it go?"
He pat my shoulder and let out a sigh of exhaustion,
"We tried our best" he paused looking for the right words,
"We could only be sure when he wakes up"
"He's alive right?" I asked in a panic
"Yes,Yes he's alive" he answered with a sad smile,
"We could tell that he wants to stay alive,he's fighting with all his strength,Irene" he explained,
"Thankfully he didn't need another lung,his second lung was going to fail but we saved it just in time,so he only had a single lung transplant,which is good news of course,his body is receiving just enough blood and he is hydrated and healthy enough to function"
"Thank god" i let out a deep breath of relief holding my hands together against my forehead,
"But don't have high hopes,I cannot guarantee that he's hundred percent healthy now or will wake up" he replied with the smile fading away from his face,
"Doctors can't completely fix something,we just try and see if it's working,i tried my best but Death is unpredictable,i did everything i could do,now all we can do is play the waiting game,"
"What about the man...." i interrupted,
"The donor"
"He didn't make it,we literally ripped the lungs out of him we couldn't afford to waste time trying to have a careful transplant on him,we harvested all of his healthy and functioning organs and donated everything for people in need,but are you sure you can cover this up?" He asked nervously,
"Eric can take care of everything,I'll call him for you,just make sure to tell him all the details,okay? So when can i see Ivan please?" I asked ignoring the fact that i need to cover up a murder scene,
"Not yet,let him rest a little first you can meet him later" he answered,
"At least a two or three week stay in the hospital as well,I suggest you visit him in the morning,"
"I want to stay in his room all night" I protested,
"Please,only if it had to be me,"
"Okay But don't try to wake him up,disturb him and most importantly never touch any of the medical equipment on him," he sighed and explained with details what i should do to avoid complications with his surgery,

"7:46am" I whispered to myself staring at the clock hanging on the wall,I probably slept for no more than an hour or two.
I laid on the uncomfortable couch staring at Ivan,i want him to wake up but I don't want him to see me,he'll try to talk to me or do some stupid shit I don't want him to do.
I heard a faint knock on the door,I couldn't speak up and let whoever it was inside,
The door opened without creaking and Eric walked in,
I stared at his brown hair part at the middle of his forehead while a few strains of hair were pushed back with his hand,he was exhausted,we all are,it's been three days in the hospital now,it's stressful but yet again I'm happy we ended up here or else we would've died.
He wore a black blazer underneath a black shirt that was at-least four buttons down and black pants too,although he has brown eyes the under eye bags distracted anyone looking at him,he was stressed and sleep deprived,
"Sorry to disturb you Ma'am,but it's time for your medication," he stopped halfway not to approach me any further,
"How do you know about my medicine?" I asked with a faint chuckle,
"Maria gave me details on everything,she said that I should inform you in case she isn't around" he explained,
"Oh well," I tried to get up but I groaned in pain,from my back.
"Do you need help?" He asked in a worry
"No I'm good," i lied,i need help,my whole body is numb from laying here for five hours
"I-I think that you need Help" he timidly walked towards me and gave me his hand,i took it giving in and stretched first thing when I stood on my feet,
"Thank you," i let go of his hand and gave Ivan one last look before going out the door,
I made sure to carefully close the door behind me, "stay here and don't let anyone in unless it's Maria or Uncle Liam" I ordered Eric who was planning to follow me,
"Yes Ma'am" he nodded and stood close to the door.
I was going to go to Maria to get my medicine,Eric told me she was in the Cafeteria so i was going to walk there until my heart absolutely dropped to my socks,
Oh shit,i panicked upon seeing Candace and Xavier's arrival,Kiel wasn't with them but he's definitely here,i speed walked across the hallway to the Cafeteria,if i was with Maria,Kiel wouldn't be able to do shit to me.
"Hana?" I heard Candace's sweet gentle voice call my name,i was going to ignore it but i heard her call again and her high heels echoed with every step she took closer,I turned around and was greeted with a hug first thing
"Are you okay? Is Ivan okay?" She asked as she let go of me,
"U-Uh yes I'm fine,and hopefully Ivan is as well" i sighed answering her,
"Hello Hana,good thing to know that you're fine" Xavier pat my shoulder,
"Thank you" I replied
"How are you doing" i asked as I noticed Candace's baby bump,
"Oh I'm great," she chuckled rubbing her bump,
"Glad," I smiled back and it suddenly started to get awkward,
"Where is Ivan?" Xavier asked breaking the silence,
"Oh he's in his room,he didn't wake up yet but-" i was going to explain his situation when i was interrupted,
"I'll explain everything for you" William approached,Candace's eyes widened and she dropped her purse and ran into his arms,
"I'm so happy you're finally here Uncle Liam," she chanted as she hugged him so dearly,he was someone the family loved.

There was no sign of Kiel whatsoever,and it's not a good thing,i should be happy that he isn't here but instead I'm worried,what if he's secretly planning something?
I don't know,but I'm currently resting in my room,I couldn't convince the doctor that I didn't need any further medications,in fact I'm still bleeding,which seems to be normal when you miscarry
It will continue like this until i get my period,
And it's when it's especially safe to "try" again,
But to be completely honest,I'm not ready to try again,and I won't let Ivan touch me unless he's ready to provide protection,
"You seem to be doing great," the same nurse who gives me medications and continuously comforts me any time i need to,stroked my hair distracting me from the fact that a needle is currently piercing through my skin.
"Here you go," the other nurse who was responsible for my injections smiled putting the syringe away,
"I'll go bring the other medications for you so wait here okay?" They both left the room closing the doors after them,
I sighed gently laying down on the bed and trying to rest but unable to due to my paranoia,
I heard the door open so i sat up again to get my medications,
I rubbed my eyes waiting for the nurse to approach but heard the door being locked instead,I stopped and suspiciously thought to why she'd wanna lock the door,
Just as i looked up to ask her the reason for the door being locked i met my worst nightmare,
"Missed me?" Kiel smirked pushing his hair back and slowly approaching me,
"Hell no" I jumped down from the bed and stood facing the bed that was between us,
"I don't want to be here with you"
"What a shame because i missed you my Irene" he sighed sarcastically,
"I'm not your Irene. Let me out" i tried walking to the door but he stepped in front of me blocking my path,
"Why? Got somewhere you wanna be?" He laughed annoyingly continuously blocking me from moving,
"Move Kiel! I don't want to see you!" I pushed him gently and walked to the door but he grabbed my wrist back and pulled me into his arms,
He wrapped his arms around me tightly and firmly allowing me little space to move,
"Leave me alone!" I tried pushing him away but he only held tighter,
"Don't try baby you can't escape my arms," he whispered into my ears,
"I missed you so much I couldn't stop thinking about you...or your lips...or your body when i left,it kept me awake every night,I can't believe I couldn't get a taste of you"
"You're disgusting!" I hit his chest with my fists continuously but it did him no damage,
"Stop trying so hard,I won't let go of you" he held me even tighter,
"What do you want!?" I yelled in frustration,
"I want you" he replied bitting his bottom lip,
"Keep dreaming asshole" I tried pushing him again and he finally let me go,
I ran to the door and swung it open,
He didn't stop me,purposely,he let me go,
What the hell is wrong with him?!
I walked into Ivan's room which was still guarded by Eric,as soon as i shut the door i took a deep breath releasing my bottled anger,
"I swear to god I'm killing Kiel next!" i yelled to myself,Ivan was still unconscious,i counted every minute since his surgery and I can't be patient anymore,i want him to fucking wake up already,
"Are you okay in there Ma'am?" Eric said from behind the closed doors,
"Can you come in Eric?" I said sighing and asking for him,
He didn't ask why,he just opened the door and walked in closing it behind him,he stood in the middle room with his hands behind his back.
"Listen you are the only person i can trust right now...please,if you ever see me alone with Kiel,or if you ever suspect Kiel wanting or trying to do anything to me,talk,touch,or even if you see him walking close to me,please I'm dependent on you,I can't break him alone I'm too fucking weak! Please do something!" I yelled in frustration and fear
I looked back at him and he was frozen in his place,eyes widened and speechless,
"Please Eric,once i get off these stupid medications that make me feel as fragile as a paper I'll be able to-!" I continued explaining until he interrupted me,
"Ma'am. There is no such thing as a naturally strong person,you aren't weak you're just not trained to defense yourself in these situations,it's my job as your bodyguard to protect you,you shouldn't ask me because anything you say is an order that i must follow wether I desire or not." He explained calmly
"I do not mean to disrespect you with any actions but i will warn you from this point on that i will do anything to keep you safe,and all my intentions are merely pure and for your safety."
"Thank you,Thank you so much Eric," i sat down on the couch letting out a long sigh of relief and burying my face in the palms of my hands.
"Woah" Kiel walked in and I immediately stood up again once i saw him, "Why hello there Eric,"
Eric just nodded not saying anything,
"How about you leave us alone for a second?"
"I'm sorry I cannot do that." Eric replied,
"You wanna get fired?" Kiel replied back with an annoyed chuckle,
"I'm afraid the only person who can fire me is Master,and that he's currently unconscious then it's up to her." He pointed at me,
"You have no power over me," he faced Kiel again
"Heard that you dumb bitch? Now leave" i pointed at the door,
"It will be quick. i promise I won't lay a finger on her." Kiel replied,
Eric gave me a look to see what my response was,
"It will be only ten minutes no longer than that" he smirked, "It's really important"
"E-Eric stay by the door outside,ill call you if i need you," I timidly ordered,
"Are you sure Ma'am?" He asked again,
"Yes,Yes I'm sure." I replied rubbing my sweaty palms together,
He gave Kiel a glare and walked out slamming the door shut after him.
"Tsk Tsk Tsk" he looked at Ivan,
"Is it bad that I enjoy this sight?" He looked back at me and smirked,
"Are you fucking nuts?!" I cursed in anger,
He dragged the chair putting it closer to the bed sitting on it.
"My cousin is on his death bed,let's pray together shall we?" He put his hands together and pretended to feel bad and pray,
"Get to the fucking point Kiel," I slapped his hands away and crossed my arms tapping my foot continuously on the floor,
"Okay so heres the deal," he cracked his neck and stretched obviously taking his time,
"Leave Ivan and come with me," he really said that with his whole chest,
"Or?" I rolled my eyes,
"Or I'll kill him." He replied with an innocent smile.
"Do you hear yourself?" I chuckled,
"You wouldn't do shit,you've always been a coward and will always be,just accept the fact that you're literally a loser," i said rolling my eyes again and walking for the door to call Eric,
Until i felt him follow me and cover my mouth with his hand as he pulled me back by the other,
"You're talking too much for a weak bitch," he whispered as i tried to break his grip and call Eric,
"Do you hear yourself? You love a man who caused every single problem in your life this one being one of them," he covered my mouth tightly and explained firmly,
"Listen close to what I'll have to say,"
"When Ivan wakes up,You'll tell him that you don't want to be with him anymore,and you want me understood? If you tell him about this or not do what i told you,I'll kill both of you and even if I couldn't do that I'll make your life actual hell." He threatened,
"If you truly love Ivan,you would do this and save his life."
"He wants nothing from you but a child and you lost it" he continued and my eyes widened in surprise,I was confused how did he know?!
"If he has the grandchild of the mafia leader no one can cease his power,he'll gain greater power."
"And you'll notice that,once he wakes up he'll tell you how he doesn't need you for shit now,all of his girlfriends were failed attempts of him trying to gain a child," he explained more, "He's not all that Irene,"
I removed his hand slowly,signaling him that i want to say something,and he got the message letting me talk,
"You're trying to do the same thing,plus Ivan isn't like that i know," I whispered quietly,
"No Irene,I don't want a child i want you,"
He replied
"You can't lie to me Kiel,you know damn well that you don't fucking love me,you're just a sadist who wants me so that Ivan is hurt and unsatisfied" I pushed him away,
"I'm not leaving Ivan,and i don't care how much you're planning to hurt me," i yelled at him,
"And if what you're saying is true then,I won't hesitate to give you everything of me"
"I'll make you're entire existence a living hell" he pointed at me in anger,
"Let this stupid game that you started began" i said watching him fume in anger,
"You'll regret this" he said before he raged out of the room.
I sat down on the chair and began rehearsing what he told me again and again,
I know that Ivan loves me,he is literally planning to kill his father so why bother with a child? Or why wasn't he as happy as he should've been when i told him that I'm pregnant? No No..Ivan loves me
William told me that Ivan only allowed me to know about his life,he told me that I'm different from all of his other girlfriends, so if i was just another lab rat to him why didn't he kick me out by now?
He gave me something his mother owned,
He crossed more than a thousand line to have me,so are you telling me that I'm a failed experiment?
Even if he says that its true he's just lying
