Luke and I walked along the side walk. It was our first day in the 5th grade.
Everything was violet. Everything is peaceful, calm, beautiful and content with no worries in the world. Luke and I were the best of friends. I hoped it would stay like this until the end. "Are you exited?" Luke asked me. "Not really." I reply with a shake of the head. "What if no one likes me?" "How can someone not like you, Remi?" he said. "I'm nervous. Do you promise to stay by my side?" I ask, sticking out my pinkie. "Promise." he says intertwining our pinkies. Everything was calm. Everything was peaceful. Everything was Violet.
